clean rooms, friendly reception, easy, integrated parking: the area can be slightly 'lively' on occasion but nobody bothers you unduly.

series of post-booking emails saying that they don't man the reception after 18:00 were a bit of an annoyance.

Location is little bit far away from city center but there are lots of possibility of Train, Bus and Taxi.

There was a small kitchen but no water boiler. Only there is Caffe machine.

Staff was exceptional!!

breakfast is ok, but not worth the €18, room is ok, but also too expensive. Surrounding is also not so nice, except for the shopping hall right next to the hotel

it was the only hotel available that night as Kiss concert was on in Stuttgart

they put me in an adjacent building. no lift. no aircon. very old decor. it was really hot. plastic mattress cover which I had to remove. it was above a thai restaurant. lots of noise.. drunken people in the bar below until 3 am. €14 for breakfast with no eggs when i got there. only some greasy bacon. a few bread roles. some cheese. no fruit. I didnt see a toaster) very poor breakfast to be honest, worth €4 not €14. the receptionist at checkin was very nice. i do not know if the main hotel as a lift or aircon but the annex was terrible. they should not rent rooms out.

located in a sketchy area. it was in close proximity to a bar/club and the music from the bar was heard all night in the room.

called me mid-afternoon with the news that they close the reception at 6pm, and would I mind driving at 300km/h to get there at their convenience? Seriously!! I said I had stayed with them about 20 times in the last decade and the staff member said "yes well I will have to check that" - so THEY call ME and suddenly I am the faker! Told them to Foxtrot Oscar and booked somewhere else. Still got charged for the room. Dreadful behaviour.

I have travelled across Europe and beyond and to be honest I can’t recall a hotel that lacks more essentials than this! disgusting customer service and disgusting facilities would not be enough. we arrived at around 9pm and spent 80 minutes trying to contact reception to let us in not what is required after a good 8 hours travelling. we finally after a 17 minute walk arrived at our room and it was so bad we immediately checked out a booked into the IBIS which I would recommend over this monstrosity of a hotel. please please please do not make the mistake we did and stay here it’s not worth the hassle myself and my partner did not feel safe and it’s at a very aggressive part of the town. if you read this and still book you only have yourself to blame think inbetweeners movie and you get my drift

everything it was terrible from start to finish well I say that but I only stayed for 1 hour before checking into a different hotel and they wouldn’t give me my money back either
