I loved that the air conditioning was adjustable so well and that the shower was as well! The breakfast was amazing, not too crowded yet not too empty and the staff always were kind to us. The sound proofing of the walls etc was amazing too. Outside our window were some works being done at the arena and you didn’t hear a single sound at any time. Also our room was very close to the elevators and stair etc yet we didn’t hear anyone passing our door. What also was amazing was the mini fridge. We were there for a concert and on the day it was it was so hot outside so we cooled our drinks in the fridge to get through the waiting time better and it worked amazingly

The entrance to the parking garage was not that obvious and quite hard to find. We had to drive 3 rounds around the entire area to find it

Great location and quiet rooms. Breakfast was good. All very clean and tidy, service was ok. Staff at the reception were sometimes a bit difficult to understand (language).

One of the 2 escalators of the hotel was not working, which caused a lot of time to simply get to the rooms, and the one functioning elevator was a bit overcrowded because of this. Also, the entrance to the car park facility (which is also the car park for the Porsche Arena) is very (!) hard to find (even with an up to date navigation system this is almost impossible). There is a lot of construction happening in Stuttgart, which makes it even more difficult to get around. I only found the car park entry simply by luck.

The room was big enough for us four, it was clean and had everything we needed. There is a good restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is in a good location - near the Mercedes Museum, quite close to the transportation hub where you can jump on a U-bahn and get to any place in the city. You can walk for 15-20 min to it or just use a bus. The train station is close too.

WiFi + Room + Facilities were all great. Restaurant linked to hotel was very good at a reasonable price. Although lots of stuff going on outside, the room was quiet, so well isolated.

Parking facility is not free, which is a shame considering the price for a night. Pillows could be better. Shower gel present but no shampoo which was a bit shocking.

The hotel is in a walking distance to Stuttgart stadium and Mercedes museum, the hotel has all the facilities needed for the stay. What is so special about the hotel is the air conditioning which is really cold and comfortable specially during hot weather, plus the hotel has it's own secured private garage if your are coming by your car.

after a long time travelling from the west of Ireland we were greeted at reception by Nelson. He was calm, amenable and most kind and understanding. It started the stay off on the right note. The next morning at breakfast I met Lorenzo, he was so kind and attentive. Even house keeping went out of their way to make us happy all the time. I would like to thank them all for making it a hotel I will always be happy to go back to.

The location was very good because we wanted to visit the Mercedes Benz Museum, within walking distance.

It is not easy to find the hotel, because the access by car is in a parking lot at Carl Benz Center. Even the GPS had difficulty. But we managed with the help of a parking lot employee.

The SPA and the fitness room were great.

I didn't like the restaurant/pub and we opted to have dinner elsewhere. Breakfast was disappointing as the bacon was overdone, and the coffee is not particularly good. It is also a pity that one of the saunas was not working.

Everything was as we expected and even more. We stayed at this hotel for the Mercedes-Benz Museum which was very close, ~5 min walk. The river and the old town with the restaurants and things were also in walkable distance. This hotel is also excelent for arena events.

Excellent location for the stadium and other sporting venues. The restaurant was closed when I was there as it was being used by the event happening next door so I can’t comment on it but overall a nice hotel with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

One of the two elevators was out of service and it was a little tricky finding the stairs.
