The room was spacious and clean (although we did find dog's hair near the radiator but it didn't bother us). Breakfast was very good. It was near the Wilhelma Park which was fantastic for us. There were shops in close proximity. Tram line runs nearby.

A bit pricey car park, not close to the old town (but public transport can get you there easily) and no minibar

The receptionists were so great….so helpful and understanding. I travelled alone with two small children and they helped me check in and were so sweet to them. They greeted them with such attention every morning and they gave them little shampoo bottles and coloring pencils and that was everything to them and thus to me. Perfect location right in front of the tram and so close to the city center. We loooved breakfast…so delicious and plentiful.

I can’t point anything I didn’t like. Everything was great!!!

We had a huge living room and another bedroom, the kids loved it! It was very convenient, had a great little balcony with a street view, located walking distance from the zoo, right next to the tram station! Also have a convenient parking for the hotel, all in all, would come again any time.

It was all great, nothing detracted from the experience, but the price wasn't cheap (again, we had a family suite).

Lovely location in a green area. Good sound proofing: there is a tramway line in the street but I could not hear it (my room was at the back). Breakfast served between 6:30 and 10:30, so good for both work and free days. Fresh bread rolls every morning and good coffee.

Nothing. Met my expectations for a work-related stay or a short private stay.

Nice and clean room, good breakfast, excellent location nearby spa and with great location nearby the U-bahn. Cool restaurant with tasty finger food.

Missing wardrobe & minibar in the room. Pity that bar was closed most of the time we came back to the hotel.

very ecologically friendly and the train to Wasen was right outside the door and 3 euros. i hurt my knee a few days before we got here so we only went to Wasen for a few hours. we ate 3 nice meals at the adjoining restaurant

All was perfect, except for the WIFI, please fix the WIFI, since most come on business two different occasion WIFI was very poor. otherwise Thank you for the good clean service

Good location, tidy room (contemporary suite), good breakfast.

There were no drinking glasses in the room which was strange and inconvenient. Parking cost 17 euros per night. The beds were worn and not so comfy.

Location is just 2 min walk from tramline..clean and nice room with separate beds for my two children..breakfast is just fair for money..very comfortable stay…highyly recommended..

The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were really friendly. We will stay here again.

The outdoor seating area could do with a tidy / weeding.
