This property has been operated by the same family for 160 years. Mrs. Krehl warmly greeted us upon arrival and made us feel at home immediately. She has a very fun sense of humor. The staff is friendly and efficient, all with beautiful personalities. The breakfast has something for everyone but the dinner’s are totally amazing. We loved our room on the top floor and it seemed like we were staying in a treehouse with the beautiful foliage outside our windows.

Warm welcome. The owner of the hotel booked for us the dinner at their excellent restaurant. There was a special menu for hotel guests (with cheaper prices). The food was excellent. The room was very confortable.

There is no parking space and to find one is a bit challenging. The breakfast was very good but the service was a bit arrogant: the guy was asking what kind of coffee we would like and was a bit in a rush, if we said tea he was like "Then serve yourself here I am asking for what coffee you want." He sat us the family of three with other two people at the small table. At the check out he asked about the minibar and was unpolite for waiting for us to answer what did we take from the minibar like we were doing something illegal. There is no lift in the hotel but it is understandable since it is an old house.

Love that it’s not a franchise hotel. Great hospitality and love the traditional vibes. There is a restaurant on location that is excellent and cute courtyard to enjoy when weather is nice!

The location is a bit of a challenge for parking. Fees can be on the higher end at the parking garage next to the hotel (not a part of the hotel). There is a bus station near the hotel that would be ideal but you still have to pay parking fees and then a bus pass if you leave your vehicle to travel by bus.

Quiet area of the city. not very far from the city center. Near the metro station and train. The room is not large, but clean. conveniently that check in can be sent at any time.

Unfortunately, on Saturday and Sunday breakfast is served only from 8 am. If you have a run-in you may not have time to have breakfast before the road. I enjoyed my breakfast.

Staying at the Krehl Linde was a once in a lifetime experience. This hotel has been in the family for over 160 years and they care about the happiness of their guests. They are also trying to preserve the area’s culture. We feel so lucky that we you this boutique hotel.

Nothing really except that Americans always appreciate a good washcloth/facecloth.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was the unexpected star of the show, good food, beautifully presented, service just right, good value although not cheap (which seems right to me) Very easy access (5 minutes walk) to Nurnberger Strasse Sbahn and two Ubahn stops

Weak wifi. No aircon, at least none that I found.Well equipped shower room was tight fit space.

Lovely staff, excellent location and a fantastic breakfast!

We were put in the ‘Cinderella room’, which had a small single bed and a double. I booked for 3 adults and we weee 3 friends staying in Germany for the football. We didn’t ask to move as we were only there for 2 nights.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was understanding and super friendly. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! Bed was comfy and room was quite.

Wo got the impression that parking is included and it was a bit misleading as the parking was on the street and we had to pay for it. It was less than one euro per hour and free from 10pm till 7am so not so bad. Just a bit misleading

Room was well equipped. Work table even though small would do the need. A small sofa and a great bed. There was a table fan as well in the room which kept the room well ventilated. It was a small family run hotel but was kept well. The breakfast was awesome and had a great variety to choose from. I wasn't expecting such rich breakfast options. We arrived very late in the night and I had a great communication with the reception though booking.com's chat portal and they made sure to make our check in as easy as possible. We were provided with the checkin code at the entrance to make a self check in and all the instructions to find the room where well written and placed in an envelop at the reception. Recommended hotel for a stay in Stuttgart.

The stairs to the rooms were made of wood and were covered with a carpet. May be they were being repaired or so. Finding a parking on the street was very difficult and the hotel has no designated parking space. The reception told us to look for a clinic parking beside the hotel which costed 15€ for the night.

The hotel has a warm atmosphere and the staff is really kind. The rooms at our floor were clean, modern and bright. The garden restaurant is very romantic and nice, breakfast was superb (warm eggs and bacon, salmon etc.), and the dog Athos is the BEST member of the staff.♥️ He lifts the atmosphere even more. (For those who are not dog lovers, he is very calm and if you don't want to interact with him, he doesn't bother you). We are definitely coming back! ♥️

The rooms have transparent doors, so if you are not comfortable with that keep that in mind.
