Everything!! From the moment we were greeted by the lady on reception who was charming and helpful we knew we were going to love this place The room was spacious and comfortable especially the bed and the pillows, the shower room was large with an excellent shower,we also had an outside sitting area.although on a fairly busy road it was peaceful We ate in the restaurant the staff were so helpful with the German menu Josie explained everything perfectly, the food was outstanding and delicious the best we have had on our European trip,the other waitress was very pleasant Breakfast was superb excellent selection of dishes with good coffee 98 We cannot recommend the hotel enough

Leaving wish we could have stayed longer

The staff, the breakfast and the service of the hotel were close to perfect. The rooms were clean, decoration and furnishment were also perfect. Breakfast was very well. The hotel's restaurant (serving dinner) was very high quality and in our opinion, it was more than perfect a Michelin restaurant.

We had only two certain problems. 1) On Saturday night (October 14), there was a party in the hotel restaurant and very loud music was played. This kept us awake until 4:00 a.m. We informed the hotel staff at 2:30 a.m. but no action was taken. We think that the hotel management should be sensitive about loud music and should take precautions, to rest his guests. 2) It is almost impoosbile to find taxi after 7:00. If you have visited Hamburg, you can easily return to Bargteheide (the closest connection point to Hammoor) anytime by train, but there is no transportation from Bargteheide to Hammoor after 7:00 pm.

Landhaus Hammoor is a delightful country hotel with an exceptional gourmet restaurant. This is our second stay here on road trips between Norway and Europe. The rooms are spacious, the beds exceptionally comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient, and the food - both dinner and breakfast - superb! This is our go-to hotel when we are in the Hamburg area. Highly recommend!

It's hard to find anything to criticize. The only thing we missed was a hot water kettle and packets of coffee and tea in the room.

There is a lovely restaurant Klassenzimmer, where we enjoyed a lovely vegan menu. And the lady taking care of breakfast went out of her way to provide us with a varied vegan breakfast. We only stayed one night for a stop over, but from what I have seen the area of the hotel is well suited for (dog)-walks and bicycle rides. And the dog from the neighbouring farm was very friendly.

Breakfast was really nice, Gabi worked very hard to prepare delicious, fresh and wholesome food fro breakfast. The lady at the checkout was also very friendly and gave us directions to a good place to stop (citty Park) for gas and supplies.

There was a little bit of noise from the road early in the morning but otherwise we were very happy. The spacious rooms are very clean and comfortable with good beds. We like the feel of a cosy inn rather than an impersonal hotel and the personell very helpful, a classy place that I would like to come back to on our way to Denmark.

Great property conveniently located near to A1 and Bargteheide. Spacious and clean rooms. Ours had a kitchenette and deck. Wonderful breakfast variety. Breakfast lady is very attentive to any needs. Great restaurant on property for lunch/dinner.

Lack of AC...but that is normal in most hotels in Germany.

The host with the most! Friendly and helfull staff at both the hotel and the restaurant. Really good food at the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent too. Dogs allowed, they even have dog treats. E-charger for 2 cars 😊 Easy acces from A7.

Good place to stay during out trip to Sweden. Close to the high way. Clean, comfy rooms. Correct and haelpfull staff. Reasonable price and good breakfast. And a nice and good restaurant. We keep this in mind for our next trip

Excellent apartment accommodation for a family of four which is hard to find, therefore saving on the cost of two rooms. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi. All staff take pride in their work, and are friendly. Dinner in the attached restaurant was good quality with a nice relaxed atmosphere, the same can be said for the hotel breakfast.

Honestly no criticism. Even if I think hard for purposes of feedback.

Excellent location close to the road leading to Puttgarten and the ferry.

We kept the windows open for ventilation but the traffic was quite loud. Also, our room was next to the breakfast room so we woke up to the staff coming to work at half past four.
