There was good parking and a very kind receptionist who helped me to carry suitcase to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was nice and surely a good choice. I got extra tea in the night from the receptionist and she was very kind.

I would have liked a room on the ground floor due to difficulties to climb stairs, a health issue. Saturday breakfast time finishing at 10am is a bit too early, as usual it is extended longer in other hoels on the weekend. The shower door was broken and wouldn't close properly thus leaking water on the floor. There was a whole in the ceiling (contruction mishap with electricity wies visible) in the bathroom.

Lovely location with easy parking on site. Check in was efficient, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, modern with a king size bed, tea/coffee facility and a complimentary bottle of sparkling water. The bathroom had quality towels, a hairdryer and an excellent shower. Across the road was a restaurant which was exceptionally good. Breakfast at the hotel was superb with a good range of items offered buffet style. I have already booked my next stay with this hotel

The hotel was a perfect stop during our drive through the Ulm area. The staff was very friendly and we were very satisfied. The price included access to the sauna as well as breakfast, so this was a tremendous value. Their breakfast was extremely good and the hotel provided everything necessary for using the sauna.

The only thing we didn't like was the pullout couch for two in our quadruple. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable, but the mattress on the pullout couch was unfortunately not very flat and thus not comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is situated across the road from a venue selling very tasty meals, Being able to walk to dinner was really nice.

Under cover parking for my motorcycle would have been nice but at this point I'm being very picky. An elevator would have been an advantage but the old world feel that I really liked generally has some drawbacks and this was one and it wasn't a big disadvantage just something that would have been nice to have.

Gorgeous property. It was so quaint and cozy. The room was a decent size, and they set up a crib for us without us even requesting. I made a mistake and forgot to book for one extra day, the day before, and they were so accommodating on giving us an extra day with only a days notice. The breakfast was delicious and they set it up beautifully. There was a fire, Christmas tree and a beautiful nativity while we ate. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to the Christmas market in the city but it was 100% worth staying here and driving to the city. Was also really nice to have a hotel with a parking lot and not having to worry about parking at night. Would 100% recommend this to our friends and family.

exceptionally friendly and helpful staff!! very respectful and helpful, loved the staff!! they informed me about the sauna to be free and I had a most relaxing time there during my one night stay during my business trip. the top floor bedroom was with very charming wood beams throughout the room...which I saw on photos and was hoping to have as I love that architectural style, very warm and cosy ambience! breakfast buffet had a healthy mix, all wonderful and fresh!

This was exactly a hotel I was looking for when I wanted to stay away from downtown. A quiet cozy place in a village with a local restaurant serving typical foods. The people are friendly. A small hotel but really worth for stay and value for money with clean room and nice sauna which made me comfortable after long drive. I will surely recommend to anyone who visit this area. And I shall come back if having any chance

The hotel is beautiful! Cozy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I traveled with my daughter so we asked to use the sauna. It was very clean and relaxing The restaurant on the other side of the road is excellent!!! Breakfast was very good. The staff never gave you the feeling they want you to leave. I stayed to work at the beautiful winter garden and it was great. We had the best time.

Very nice traditional hotel. Nice room with a large bathroom. Excellent breakfast, as often in Germany. Friendly waitress, who was the only staff we saw. Lovely trusting bar system where you helped yourself to drinks and added them on a list, just what you want when arriving late in need of a beer. Very good Kellerbeer! Room was nicely decorated with a style, without it being too much. We would come back for sure.

Late arrival and key was left outside, but the system was a bit confusing and you then had to walk to the other side of the hotel to enter. A little strange to have a hotel with no staff. We had been promised a parking space, but the only available spaces were not allowed or in front of the handicap ramp. Apparently there was more parking on the other side of the street, but that was not obvious when you arrived in the dark and it was next to another hotel. Shower cubicle a little on the small side, but very good pressure on water and good shower gel provided.

What an amazing little hotel - we wish we could have stayed here longer! I visited here with kids on a road-trip, and this hotel was a perfect stop along the way. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast... Well the breakfast was fabulous. It's rare to have such a nice breakfast, even with some vegan options available!
