Comfortable room, adequately sized, very clean. Great breakfast with very friendly and efficient staff. Food options being continually refreshed and tables cleared in a timely manner. All staff in hotel very friendly and helpful. There is a basic bar food menu if you don't want to eat out. Lounge is very comfortable. Hotel is ideally placed on edge of town with secure underground parking. Bear in mind, hotel is a 20 minute walk into town if that is an issue for you, however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and had a safe that was big enough for my 14 inch laptop. Also it was nice to have a water cooker for coffee in the room. And there was a big complimentary bottle of sparkling mineral water too!

Finding the entrance of the hotel was not easy, For your information, it is in the inner courtyard and cannot be seen from the street. If you walk from the train station with your luggage, the best way to enter is from the Gustav Stresemann Ring as there are no stairs to climb.

Everything was very good, including the parking garage. The room was spacious and well presented, with a gift of bottles of mineral water.

There was an outage of the tv and internal phone line, for a period, but that was due to a thunder storm and beyond control of the hotel. Otherwise, there was nothing, in particular, that we didn't like.

The GM (or I assume he was the general manager) was very friendly and engaging. Felt welcomed in the first minute. The check-in was smooth, personal. Some say the best hotel is the one like home, and I got this feeling there.

It took me a little bit to find the entrance, mostly because the Google Maps walking route was a bit misleading from the main station.

Nothing All was excellent

Third time here and I would return again. It continues to be an easy choice. It's a little outside the center, but if that's not your main criteria, then you're doing nothing wrong with this hotel.

Fresh breakfast, but similar each and every day. One could think it may change a bit over time. Reception and management very friendly and helpful in every way. Nice parking.

This was our third stay at the Best Western Wiesbaden and we feel like part of the hotel family now. We were there for three weeks in September/October while apartment hunting in Wiesbaden, and for another three weeks plus in December while placing orders for furniture, etc., for our new abode. This time my husband arrived first and stayed for 10 days before I arrived, then we stayed there together for two more before we moved into our new digs. The Best Western has the most terrific staff in the world, an abundant and delicious breakfast buffet, good snack food and excellent drinks if you don't feel like going out to eat at night, the soundproofing of the rooms is superb and -- oh joy -- the hotel has air conditioning! The location is excellent, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel plus ample subterranean parking at a not-too-high charge. You can walk to the main train station in less than 10 minutes and buses, city trains and regional trains to pretty much everywhere in the area leave from that point.

There is absolutely nothing bad to be said about the Best Western Wiesbaden. In a way I'm sorry we're settled into our apartment because I really liked staying there and the people are just plain nice. In fact, if it gets hot enough this summer I may take a mini-vacation there just to enjoy the A/C and seeing my new friends there again!
