I can't say enough good things about our stay! We got two rooms, they were clean and comfortable. It's a small hotel, family owned, and pride of ownership was evident. Breakfast was provided daily ($8.50!), including fresh fruit, fresh coffee, eggs, a variety of breads, fresh oranges for fresh squeezed OJ, and a different breakfast meat each day. Owner Matt and his son were so nice!! Told us about local places to go for fun and food. The hotel itself is right in the heart of the city with tons of restaurants, shopping, and places to go within walking distance!! I HIGHLY recommend 👌 and give it a 5 out of 5 star rating!!!

The hotel's team is highly professional: we felt their care, friendly attitude and attention to details. Breakfast is just wonderful. It's not just regular eggs, bacon and yogurt. They have variety of choices - fresh fish, set of meat, set of cheese, salads, homemade desserts and fruits. We stayed on Easter with them and they baked rabbits for their clients. It was impressive and very kind. They are pets friendly. We traveled with a cat and there were no limitations for us connected to that. Location is perfect. Room is clean and comfortable. Pillows are made for good dreams. Mini-bar has adequate prices. Lastly, they made a book about the history of hotel's foundation, their team and rules of stay. It is family business. It feels that people love what they do.

Nice people, nice room, comfy bed and small details that made the difference. A quick breakfast is available at the room if you just want a tea, chai latte, chocolate or french coffee. A very functional clock alarm, an iron in the room for all the stay as requested, all you may need for bathroom and a very cute note with some chocolate upon arrival made it for me. All services are easy and well thought! Thank you for everything, will repeat.

Just to state some details that I noticed during the stay for future travelers to know, all TV channels were in Germa. The heaters although set in the wheel to the max were always cold, although the room was not cold enough to complain. Also, please consider the images at the entrance, I know they were meant to show "diversity" but they really are quite biased.

The Town Hotel in Wiesbaden is a perfect place to stay. I liked everything about it, especially the friendliness and great attitude of the staff. The hotel is right in the centre of this beautiful city, within an easy reach of the main street, restaurants, parks and historic areas. The bathroom is spacious enough and supplied with toiletries. The hotel itself is clean, functional and very quiet. I'd love to return and experience once again all the best things.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located right in the shopping district downtown right next to the big elegant hotels. We could walk to everything. Restaurants were everywhere around us, etc. the only thing was the room was a bit on the small Side but we did have a king bed and a portable a/c which definatley came in handy. It was almost 90 outside.

Super convenient self check-in with instructions provided in direct message after booking. Location one block off the main strip. The room had good air conditioning. And the honor bar was convenient for getting a bottle of water late at night when everything else was closed.

Not a fan of the German style beds (a "queen" size is 2 twin mattresses pushed together). Not great for couples because one person ends up sleeping on the crack between the two mattresses. Very uncomfortable.

Everything! Great location, very friendly staff, flexible as in we could choose in the morning whether or not we would have the breaky. The nearest (underground) parking is 30euros for 24h but if you stay in the hotel you can use the 24h parking for only 14 euros. There are some drinks and small snacks available at the reception. It's with an honesty system, just pay when you check out.

Location was good, entrance is located in a side alley but essy ti find on google. Bed was confortable, had elevator, possible to do late checkin with code

Breakfast was ok but could have more options, bathroom was very small, corridor between elevator and room with moquette had a strange smell (desinfectant?)

The location was amazing and we were welcomed very warmly by the man at the reception. For the price it was definitely worth it.

The sink was a little bit dirty, and the bed consisted of two seperate mattresses.

It was clean, comfortable, and extremely professional. I enjoyed it so much that I canceled two nights in Frankfurt just so I could stay longer. The value and level of customer service can not be beat
