It was less impersonal than a regular hotel. The communal kitchen with tea and coffee and cereal was a lovely idea. We met other guests and we could drink our tea on the terrace and look out at the town. Brilliant location, 3 supermarkets next door, a short walk to the shops and the town centre. It was quiet, off the road, and with a lift so no slogging with suitcases.

There was one employee who was a bit shirty and unhelpful. The exception not the rule.

this was a wonderful property and a great location. We came to visit family, they were seven of us. We were treated courteously, efficiently. I loved the balcony, view of the city, and breakfast room. We were allowed to cook some of our own food, as well as having coffee available. the rooms were very small but clean and efficient. There’s nothing I could say negative and would cheerfully come again. good value too

Really liked the clean, comfortable, spacious room with a good bed and nice bed linens. The bathroom was very nice with a good shower and excellent makeup mirror, but lacked shower gel. The 24-hour breakfast kitchen was very convenient and helped make it a great stay. I had everything that I needed to be ready for my meetings.

The towels were a little thin and rough, These might need to be replaced more often. We also needed better and more timely information about driving directions and how to get into the hotel parking.

Very very poor Reception location . very difficult to find entrance with very poor signs . reception was found after 1 hour of searching behind a 5th floor dark unsigned locked door requiring banging on the door for entry . During my stay I helped/showed 4 different other guests how to gain entrance to the hotel . many guests lost on pavement outside . the hotel emailed some instructions on the day of stay but not useful as I was travelling and not looking at emails. .it would be helpful if instructions are sent some days prior to a visit . poor free wifi

The location of the ho(s)tel is excellent, in walking distance from the centre, shopping area, sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen with free coffee, milk and cereals was a nice treat in the morning. Irrespective of this, there're two grocery stores (Aldi, Tegut) and a Kiosk practically next door as well as two bakeries in the vicinity. The roof terrace is a very nice place to rest and enjoy a beer after a long day.

The walls and the door are quite thin, so it can get a bit noisy. The bedsheets were so-so.

Place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I really liked the shared kitchen/dining room. I used it to work a bit too, since it had nice light and views. The balcony was closed while I was there, but it would be a really nice place to relax and hang out. The kitchen was excellent and had everything one would need. I wish there were an oven, but overall still a well maintained and big common kitchen. Location was also excellent, very near the marktplatz and a short bus trip (3 stops) to the Hauptbahnhof.

Convenient location for RMCC, Kitchen was well equipped and breakfast options were a pleasant surprise. Nice to be able to access the terrace and sit outside.

No shampoo / shower gel. My booking information specified air conditioning was available in the room, but this wasn't the case. :( However room was comfortable with window open at night.

Good location for walking and day trips. There is a nice common kitchen where you can hang out or have coffee and cereal for breakfast.

There were workers on the roof starting at 7am so it was noisy in the morning. If you have a car, the garage is a tight fit maneuvering to your parking space.

Really good: muesli desk with corn flakes and several type of muesli, milk for free. And: coffee all for free, all night long. Spacious kitchen (with lot of seating space) with pots, cutlery, and nearly everything. Very beautiful roof-top area. Late check-in easy and well organized.

Some other guests did not do their washing-up in kitchen (well, happens...). Some months earlier milk had been eco, now just normal one (but: definitely enough milk).

Room was spacious, impeccably clean, loved the option of the full kitchen facility and open tea/ coffee and muesli. Would certainly recommend this to someone on a budget and wanting a great location, lovely room and cleanliness.

Would prefer the bathroom to be a little more private.
