The best staff! Michael was incredible. I was there with my mom in wheelchair and the staff was there to assist anytime I needed it. Michael was so cheerful and always had a smile. All the staff was top notch.

Okay the bathroom is funky and although they have a great shower the fact it has the toilet which doesn't always like to flush sucked so we used the tub shower with no curtain. With that being said room 302 was had the perfect view of the Parthenon and would 100% book this hotel again and recommend it.

Excellent breakfast buffet each morning with a variety of cereals, cheeses, meats, Greek pies, French pastries, Greek breads, eggs, beans, sausages, coffee, and juice. We had a great room facing permanent Athenian housing (away from noisy street). Staff were exceptional. Good A/C in the room and elevator on the property. We didn’t try the restaurant. Location was good for reaching all central Athens restaurants and attractions either by walking or but public transit.

The property is on a very busy street. Rooms facing this street will get a lot more noise.

The breakfast was much better than expected and was included with our booking. We were the only ones there at the time we went and the attendant was really friendly and helpful.

The airport taxi drivers refused to acknowledge that the hotel was within the set rate area and wanted to charge us more than the advertised price. Our cab driver told us the area was controlled by the mafia and dangerous. We actually found it very convenient to Monastriki area and felt safe. The graffiti and garbage everywhere was a little alarming, but seemed to be everywhere in Athens.

The hotel is very conveniently located at the Kerameikos neighbourhood in Athens, walking distance from Monastiraki, Thiseio, Acropolis and all the famous landmarks of Athens. We had booked for a double room with Acropolis view which was stunning. The hotel is nicely decorated at a high standard, very clean and its staff is extremely polite and friendly too. There was a parking space right next to the hotel on a first come first served basis, but there is also an additional car park at the back of the hotel (with an additional charge). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay in the heart of Athens

-At the time of my trip, the weather situation was tricky. Sometimes it was a bit warm and sometimes cold. But since it was the cold season, the air-conditioning system only worked as heater. So when I felt warm, there was no cooler to use. -Also the area was a bit noisy which of course not the hotel problem, this is the cost you pay when you want to live around the city center to have a good accessibility.

Beautiful clean and comfortable room overlooking the acropolis. Lovely sitting on the balcony seeing it lit up at night, with a glass of the complimentary wine that was left in the room. Lovely friendly and helpful staff and a very welcome welcome drink on arrival. 10 minutes walk to Kerameikos metro which goes direct to the airport (about a 40 min trip every 30 mins, very easy) or Thissio metro. 5 minutes walk to the pedestrianised walkway that leads to the main tourist areas and encircles much of the acropolis. Very close to a lovely strip of restaurants overlooking the Agora, just past Thissio metro. On a busy road but you get used to it and everywhere in Athens is pretty busy! It has lots of pedestrian crossings. Room still very quiet.The area felt safe at night. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment on that.

The staff were warm and welcoming, great guides and suggestions too. The bartender was nice and we had a great chat. The location is amazing, middle of the historic city. The room was subtle luxury and the balcony was great. The AC worked well and the bed was comfy. we were also given a comped bottle of wine which I quite enjoyed!

It was a heat wave, nothing that the hotel could have done better than it did. The AC worked well in the room itself but the bathroom was a little toasty! Parking is a bit of a challenge but they were wonderfully accommodating for my son and I.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They always went out of their way to check on me and make my stay very comfortable. Check-in and check our was great and they carried my bags for me even though I could have done it myself. They were very prompt when I had questions. They were great. Regarding the room- very spacious, clean, the towels smelled amazing. Not sure what they used to clean them but they smelled like happiness, just great. The restaurant had great food and the server was fantastic.

My only critic is the laundry service. It cost 100€ to have some of my clothing dry cleaned while in Mykonos, it was 13€ for twice as many items. I was not told the price of the laundry service until after the service was provided.

Location is only a 10-30 minute walk to most of the areas to tour, shop and dine. But MOST outstanding is the hotel staff who were attentive, more than willing to give tips and suggestions regarding how to most efficiently see the sights, which sights are a must and good restaurants to go.

In addition to the tub with hand wand shower with fixed one quarter glass panels (no shower door or curtain) which made it quite cumbersome to keep water Fromm spraying out from on to the floor outside the tub, there is as a wall to wall walk-in shower stall with the toilet/commode inside. So the commode will be wet from spray and splash when showering. Most uncomfortable was having to wear shoes into the shower enclosure just to use the commode because th floor remains wet hours after using the low water pressure shower heads unless you are willing to sacrifice one of the towels provided to mop up the water.

Great breakfast. Nice view but bed should be on the other side so you can enjoy view while lying down in bed.

I did not like that i had to pay for parking. The gym was not so great and I was hoping for jacuzzi, not a sauna. The king bed was 2 beds together and the shower did not have enough pressure. It was in the same area as the toilet so toilet paper could get soaking wet if not removed.
