Situated in a quiet neighborhood yet only a pleasant 20-minute walk from the heart of Athens and its iconic historical treasures, the hotel’s location offered the ideal balance of tranquility and accessibility. The rooms were like something out of a fairy tale—tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and equipped with every modern comfort. It was clear that great thought and care went into creating such a serene and charming space. Katarina and Marina were extraordinary hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we made the most of our time in Athens. Their thoughtful advice, whether about sightseeing, parking, or local gems, made every day seamless and enjoyable. Their kindness and 24/7 dedication will always remain a highlight of our trip. We were also profoundly grateful for the efforts of every staff member who worked tirelessly to maintain such high standards. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly smiles added an extra layer of joy to our stay. The breakfast each morning was a feast for the senses—plentiful, fresh, and beautifully presented, with delicious new additions to the menu daily. It was a perfect start to our Athens adventures. Every single aspect of our stay at Estia Boutique Hotel in Athens was beyond perfect - and that's easily an understatement!

The location was great, 7 mins walk to the nearest metro, which was a few stops from the centre. I felt safe walking alone at night time to and from the hotel. The place was spotless and very modern. Immediately after booking I received a welcome email with the option to pick a preferred type of pillow! So the bed was very comfy and the showers powerful and hot. Maritini and Katerina on reception were lovely and very helpful, being a solo traveller, they recommended me places to visit and places to eat. The breakfast was great - lots of options with continental and Greek breakfast options. I would 100% stay here again when back in Athens!

We loved everything about Estia Boutique Hotel. The front desk staff was exceptional, so friendly and accommodating. They guided us to nearby historic sites with detailed instructions and maps. They recommended eateries. The hotel was proximate to most of the tourist attractions we wanted to see, within walking distance. The breakfast was great, and my spouse is a big breakfast person. There was a great selection and all the food was so fresh. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable, providing everything we needed. We highly recommend Ezra Boutique Hotel and would definitely stay there again when revisiting Athens. Thank you to everyone at Estia, especially Marina!

This place is definitely a gem! This boutique apartment is lovely, the staff was informative and friendly. The building is very modern and chic. Quite comfortable. We arrived in Athens at 3am so we were unable to check in until 7:30am. We hung around in Syntagma Square until that time and made our way to the apartments via taxi. I must attempt, the surrounding area looks very sketchy, however, I came to learn, that's how Athens looks. There's graffiti and some worn buildings but not to worry these apartments are the oasis. The lobby/main area is very welcoming, the check in is easy, there's an elevator to get your luggage upstairs and the rooms are excellent. Our room had a kitchenette, living room, separate bedroom, bathroom and little balcony. The shower was very nice with all the jets. It was a superb room. The breakfast was my absolute favorite part of staying here, the food was delicious, every morning had slight changes that were delightful. Fresh squeezed juices, homemade pastries, eggs, bacon, veggies, desserts, fruits, yogurt and coffee. Everything was scrumptious The outside sitting are was so peaceful, What a lovely way to begin your day.

This was my second stay at Estia, and, once again, it's been a lovely experience. It's a quiet, small hotel, a bit away from the touristic centre (which for me is an advantage), but within comfortable walking distance to most of the major attractions. The rooms are very spacious, super clean and comfortable and pleasantly decorated (as are the public spaces). My room (403) had a fully equipped little kitchen, a large dining table / desk, a large, excellent bed with high quality sheets and pillows, good aircon, a nice modern shower, a narrow but useful balcony, and more. Breakfast is very good, with a large variety of sweet and savoury, hot and cold dishes, all fresh and tempting. But above all, the atmosphere and service are truly exceptional. The small team of lovely young ladies running the place really make you feel at home - always smiling, asking how you are and what you need, giving useful advice and ready to help with anything and everything. It's a joy to stay there, and I will certainly be back!

Very few cons, if any: storage is limited, especially in view of the large rooms which are supposed to lend themselves to relatively long stays (last time I stayed 8 nights, this time 5); the safe is too small for a laptop; the bathroom is also a bit small (though the shower itself is roomy and very nice). But these are very minor reservations compared to the overall great experience.

Roomy and super clean accommodations, perfect for a family or multiple travelers. the staff were super friendly and very helpful in providing great recommendations, which we certainly used. The breakfast was really nice .

Although very centrally located, the neighborhood is still very much up and coming. Wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around at night. The area does get noisy late at night and the windows aren’t so sound proof, but to be expected given it’s the city.

So, I will get to the bottom line - it's one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The stuff is simply great, So nice & Helpful, always smiling and doing there best to keep you comfortable and satisfy, From the smallest things up to help you getting tickets to a museum or pizza in the middle of the night to your room. The hotel itself is very nice, not too big not too small, nicely designed, The apartments/rooms are comfy and well organized, it's the perfect combination between Hotel and apartments for rent, You get your on kitchen but you still get breakfast & Room cleaning, The hotel is located approximately 8 minutes walk to the touristic center and the same distance to a metro station. last thing - they have private parking place- make sure to let them know in advance if you need a reserved place. Recommended

Small thing but relevant- 1. If you are the type of traveler who likes to get out of the hotel straight to the heart of the noisy center, you should consider the walking time. 2. The WI Fi connection is not the best, it's not their fault its the local provider quality, but never the less, it is what it is. 3. If room service's in the middle of the night are in importance for you, take into consideration that they exist till 11 pm.

Estia Boutique is certainly NOT your ordinary hotel. It is exceptional in every way. The staff is AMAZING ~ so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The atmosphere exudes charm and warmth. The rooms are just LOVELY, quaint and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is FABULOUS ~ homemade foods with hot and cold choices, and fresh squeezed orange juice. And the location is within walking distance to some of the most incredible restaurants in the area. What's not to love!?

We forgot our European Plug converter. The staff made an effort to accommodate us by allowing us to use one of their's; but it wasn't working. Consequently, we had to utilize the HDMI port in the TV or take turns charging our devices with the one port available.

We liked the staff. They're all very gracious and helpful. The room with the bed was great. Everything was very clean and well-organized.

The sofa bed and added cot were very tiny. The apartment seemed smaller than on the pictures, and we were given a room different from the one we thought we had booked. We were under the impression that our apartment had an outdoor terrace/balcony with table and chairs, but it did not. And, the view was lousy. When we arrived, we were also informed that our 15 year old daughter is considered an adult, but when booking on the booking.com site, it permitted me to add her as a 15 yr old child. ?????

The breakfast was delicious!!! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and hospitable! They were accommodating when we needed to check in a bit early and checkout slightly late. They helped arrange a taxi to the port where our cruise was leaving from. The beds were comfortable, and although the room was small, it was room enough for the three of us. It was clean, and had a nice little kitchenette! The facility was lovely. It was within walking distance (5 mins or less) to a market and some restaurants. It was a quick and affordable Uber ride away from the Acropolis and Plaka.

There were only a couple of outlets, and one was clogged with a broken prong. The shower didn’t drain well, so the water overflowed while you were showering. Our view was not a pretty one, and the neighborhood was not a pretty one. The hotel was a diamond in the rough. The remote for the tv was finicky and didn’t work well, and we couldn’t chromecast with our iPhones, so there wasn’t much we could watch in English.
