The staff was friendly and welcoming with great communication before our arrival. At the checkin, in the room was provided a complementary basket with some cookies, snacks and water bottle. The bed was comfy and not too soft. The shower was spacious and with a good water pressure. At the check out they kept our luggage in a locked store room. At the reception there is the receptionist 24h. Nice restaurants and nightlife at few blocks away from the hotel.

Although the hotel is 12 min by foot from the city center (positive side), the neighborhood is not very nice during the night. It is common to bump into people who are drunk or under the influence of heavy drugs. I would not recommend this area for a solo traveler or women. However, during the day is full of tourists coming in and out from the hotels.

From a very warm welcome to the spacious and spotless room, everything was perfect. Great location close to a dozens of bars and restaurants, just a short walk from the metro. Wandering around we also found some more local-feeling cafes and bars. Within walking distance to the Akropolis and other major tourist attractions.

The staff and facilities were lovely. The apartment was cleaned every other day also. The big walk in shower was really nice. The large balcony is nice however we didn’t use it much due to the lack of view etc. The staff were so lovely, always happy to help and answer any questions we had.

The door handle was broken and even when the door was closed and locked there was a slight gap. The wifi wasn’t great either and was constantly dropping out. If you could lift these apartments and move them out of the area then they would be a great place to stay. Although you are only a 15 min walk or so away from the main parts, the streets surrounding the apartments are so run down, derelict and there are needles everywhere.

The apartment is very clean and host Efi was very collaborative. After the second day they changed the sheets and cleaned every day. It's several minutes walk till center and all archeological locations. If you are planning to be almost all day out, this accommodation is perfect and good value for money.

There are not enough clothespins in the bathroom. The neighborhood is not so nice, one corner behind and there are a lot of people who are junkies and you can find a lot of syringes on the ground. They don't bother you, but it's not pleasant to see them. And also on the street there is a bad smell, but in our room we didn't feel it when we opened the windows. However, you just need to cross the street and you are in another world.

Comfortable bed, new apartments, the place itself was really good. The neighborhood of plaka, or the Acrópolis is 20 minutes away

Location is strange, even though it is in the city centre, the neighborhood is decayed. Full of bad odours and felt buildings.

Perfect space for myself and teenage daughter! The rooms look exactly like the picture. The staff is extremely friendly. The owner is one message away. Water is in the fridge upon arrival and the beds are comfy after a long flight. Towels and small snacks are provided, as well as shampoo, body wash and bar soap (I had my own, but in case you forget any- I didn’t expect to see all of that. I felt a need to note the thoughtfulness in this review). I highly recommend this property for hospitality and location! You can walk to many major sites within 20 minutes or less. It is located right down the street from the Marriott “Moxy” (where I’ve stayed on previous trips) and within walking distance of public transportation (the train station is at the roundabout right in front of the Marriott Moxy Hotel). I will most certainly book a stay here anytime I visit Athens; my teenage daughter even agreed we should stay here again! Definitely a hidden gem. (P.S. if you’re not familiar with Athens, graffiti is everywhere- so don’t think you’re in an unsafe environment especially if you arrive at night like we did. I had reassure my daughter, but once we walked in the property she was in awe!)

No full irons or body mirrors in the rooms.

Great location, walking distance to the most important landmarks and very close to the best that Psiri has to offer - all the restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you might expect, plus they allowed me for an earlier check in to accomodate my schedule. Bonus points for a big bathroom (usually in apartments like that they are microscopic!).

The shower was great, room is a decent size and it had a balcony. We are travelling for a long time so for us it meant we could dry some clothes on the deck. We enjoyed the cafe in the park a couple of blocks away around the corner. Nikos was friendly and we had all our questions answered quickly.

The neighbourhood was not that interesting, it's a good walk away from the main attractions but that was OK for us. Lots of rubbish and dirty footpaths which is more a reflection on Athens than the hotel.
