Very clean apartment. Newly made and has all the facilities you'll need.

The apartment is great BUT the location is bothersome. This is not a good part of the town. Apart from being dirty, it's unsafe and I SAW junkies right on the street outside. This made me scared to be out after dark, even though I really wanted to try out some pubs. If I'm traveling as a single woman or with kids, I'd avoid this area.

Very nice services. The custom services are also easily reachable. The location might be a problem for someone, but not for me. About the mark, as I can only choose either 9.0 or 10.0, I give 10.0 in the end. However, I must claim that I would like to give a mark between them, e.g., 9.5.

Modern apartments, centrally located with great working airco. It comes with a fridge and a small cooking plate. A lot of nice places are within walking distance which is one of the prime reasons to stay at this location. In 3 minutes you are at one of the busier squares. If I were to revisit Athens I would definitely reconsider this place given it's great location and great value for money.

I understand the concerns regarding the neighborhood, I wouldn't call it unsafe but it did have a certain vibe to it. The building and street will initially scare people off. The sofa bed mattress is unfortunately too thin and the frame can be felt through the bed. The cleaning lady did not replace the towels or replenish the soap/toilet paper during our stay, not sure if it was due to us getting up late.

The location is excellent if you want to explore Athens. You are literally in the center of Athens town. The Monastiraki train station is just 5 minutes walk. The apartment has everything you will need for your stay.

Very clean and modern apartment. Extremely spacious, nice features, finished to a high spec. Quick communication with host. Great location right near the hustle and bustle of Psyrii. There is street noise, but this is to be expected for being in such a good location, so not an issue but bring earplugs. Close walk to metros. Last minute booking made for a good price (we were booked in different accommodation unrelated to this place, but walked out after 5 minutes and luckily found this one)

Had some issues with doors, but this was quickly rectified. Hopefully this has been properly fixed for the next person.

The apartment is spacious, new and well furnished, very clean. There was coffee and tea available in the kitchen. I was in touch with the staff through Whatsapp and was getting quick response to my questions and requests. The apartment is walking distance to the metro, and very close (3 min wal honestly) to all touristy interests (bars, restaurants, monuments). The fact that there is no key, only a code, makes it very convenient to access also.

The street can be a little noisy if you are not used to live in a city, thankfully I had brought my earplugs so that did not bother me much. The neighborhood looks a little shady (under renovation), but I never felt in danger. If you are travelling with your new lover, just be aware that the toilets are closing by a sliding smoked glass door right across the couch.

I have been pleasantly surprised to find such clean, spacious and comfortable apartment for not a high price. Feeling like at home, quiet at night and still in the very downtown. All the attractions and best views cafes are nearby. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. Lucky we caught it. Great for a family and a couple. Metro is close. Blue line straight to the Airport (30-40 mnts). The owner was super responsive and helpful. We had to change the check out time and the host was very flexible (great thing when the flight is in the evening!) THANK YOU, dear Aggeliki!!

The apartment was very clean and newly renovated, it looks nice and modern. We got two bedrooms for 4 persons, as we avoid sleeping on couch. We had AC in each room and WiFi available. The kitchen and the bad had everything we needed. The mattresses were not too soft, we could sleep well. The host was very friendly and ready to help, including with transfers from/to the airport.

The neighborhood, despite not far from turistic places, is not nice at all for a radius of about 300m. My wife insisted to avoid late hours. The host renovated very nicely a complete floor (the 4th) and isolated it from the rest with a door, but the rest of the building is a complete mess.
