Check-in was so smooth. We realized in the taxi there that we needed a code to get early. Took all of 3 mins to get it, that's how responsive they were! The unit was clean and modern. Loved the room's private terrace and the building's rooftop. The staff was great! I can't recall her name, but the attendant was so very kind to us everytime we came in or out. The host also gave great recommendations of places to see based on our asks. The location was perfect - less than a block from the train and restaurants. About a 40 min walk from the furthest we ventured off to (2nd train stop). You can get there from the airport even, or the port.

It was smaller than I thought, but definitely not an issue. The a/c was hard for me to figure out, but they left instructions and checked in about it. Wish a later checkout a possible. We wanted noon but apparently not possible.

We stayed 2 nights a Monday & Tuesday . The Hotel was clean , modern & a few hundred metres from the metro. Cafes & restaurants close by. Room was super clean , aircon great & was equipt with small fridge , small cooking hob & all utensils should you wish to cook a meal + espresso coffee maker ... Nice ! Wonderful lady at check-in / front desk Elena was so helpful & nice , she always has suggestions to improve our stay ... Thankyou. Elena recommended Kanella Restaurant close by & was fabulous & great value. Also close by Mister Panda Convenience Store & Mary's Bakery ...all within 150 metres.

We loved our stay .. perfect ! But I guess be warned ,it's a party area & by the looks of the huge nightclubs all around the accommodation it might get noisy Thurs - Sunday .

Absolutely loved the location of Athenian Spirit. And, with that comes the loud music from the nightclubs nearby. They provide earplugs which is so nice. Also, the other amazing thing about this location is the proximity to the metro station and great restaurants!! Very clean and spacious rooms! Would stay again!

Because we were a group, our van/bus wasn't able to drop us off or pick us up in front of the Athenian Spirit. We had to walk both times about a quarter mile. Wasn't horrible and the area didn't feel unsafe, we just saw the people partying when we left very early in the morning to catch our ferry. The one thing that was difficult (that we must have missed in the orientation) was that there is only one key for the room so for the rooms that were sharing they didn't have a way to get in the room if the other roommate had the key. Luckily the staff was very accommodating in helping her get into the room. And, they also mentioned leaving the key in the lockbox so that way who ever came back to the hotel first could get into the room without aa problem (we didn't think of that!).

Amazed that it was more of an apartment hotel than a hotel. Pretty close to food places, clubs and the train station. Roof top had good views of Athens. The receptionist was really accommodating when we requested for an extra swipe card and even allowed us to check out late. Thank you! Will definitely stay again at this place on our next trip to Athens.

The access to the hotel needed some codes every-time you need to enter. It was a bit difficult, would prefer to use the swipe card as this could be hard enter for people with disabilities or elderly. But felt really safe during our stay.

Great location: convenient to/from airport metro; and the place of my event. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Nice bathrooms and nice rooms. Seems set up for a longer stay, with kitchenette, nespresso, toaster, plates, etc. (but no dishwasher).

1. Check-in procedure was clumsy as it was on-line with no instructions posted outside the main door or staff present inside, before codes were sent for opening the main door to the hotel and then the lock-box for the room key. Some avoidable irritation, anxiety and stress. 2. Elevator had single outer door: no internal gate so seems riskier than what I've seen in the US.

The staff is very nice. The area is pleasing with a lot of different restaurants, bars and shops. Very close to a metro station to get to the centre in less than 10 min.

The hotel has a few night clubs very close to it, as well as a concert venuel. This means that from Thursday to Sunday you can expect some noise until 5 am. The buildings is soundproofed but it can still disturb a light sleeper. The towels were changed regularly but they smelled more of disinfectant than detergent, which is not the most pleasing.

Huge apartment, superb facilities, it literally has everything you need. Very clean and good location. Staff is super responsive and attentive even with a self check in which worked just fine. Apartment is like a home and love the space. Beautifully designed as well, we only were able to stay one night but it was perfect and will know where to stay in Athens next time.

Nothing about the property. There was a party all night next door but the host already left earplugs which worked like magic, so can’t blame the property at all. Everything else was awesome.

Great apartment. Small but well proportioned. The set up was good and practical. We enjoyed the space a lot and wish we had enjoyed the outdoor spaces more. The view of the Acropolis was a real.bonus. Great location for the metro and a few local eateries, bars and corner stores for basic supplies.

We hadn't realised how close the place was to the nightclub district and how many night clubs there were. There was music all night every night we stayed. Luckily we were jet lagged and slept well at night. Not a deal breaker. The pluses outweighed this aspect.

The hotel was in a great location, right beside Kerameikos metro station which is on the airport line - so it was very handy to reach. The area itself was lively, with plenty of bars and (vegan) restaurants nearby. Also easy to reach the main tourist attractions, whether by metro or train. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff communicated with us clearly through the Booking.com app, so check-in/out was smooth.

Have no complaints about the hotel or the experience. Whole process was quick and easy, hotel was comfortable and location was great. Would definitely stay again if we decide to return to visit Athens.

The location is fantastic! Literally less than 2 minutes walk to the metro station (which is a direct line to the airport), great eateries seconds from the front door and plenty of fantastic bars in the area. The apartment was spotless, bottled water in the fridge for us along with toiletries. The bed was so comfy and the air con was fantastic. Yanis was very helpful with recommendations and the language! The balcony with our room was huge and if you go to the roof top you can see the acropolis.

The only negative thing we can say about this location is there was some loud music in the nights/ early morning coming from a nearby bar. It did keep us awake/ had very broken sleep the first 2 nights which was a shame. However we understand this is not the owner's fault, I would recommend bringing some earplugs with you if you are a light sleeper!
