We stayed at this hotel for 6th time. Why do we keep turning back?? As we usually spend 1 night in Athens prior taking the ferry to the Cyclades islands, we needed a hotel that isn't too far from the center, and a convenient location to get a taxi that takes us to the port. Be My Guest offers really affordable prices. It's located very nearby the most attractive restaurants in Athens, and bars. The Check-in is always super fast, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pretty quiet. The rooms are divided on two floors (as far as I can remember we mostly stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor). We hardly ever bumped into other guests as we only used the hotel for spending the night to get some sleep. During the day we visited the surrounding, as you're right in the center of the city. Check out is always super fast as well, which is helpful, when you're heading to the airport or port. The hotel also has a cute rooftop, that you can use while relaxing with a drink. It's very cosy. We could have started looking for another hotel, as we've been to Athens three times within a year, however we were always satisfied with this one. And the price is unbeatable. Walking down the street, you'll get a wonderful view of the acropolis... it's only a few steps away.

Location was convenient for all the main sites. The staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Rooms was clean and attractive. The roof terrace looked lovely, although it wasn't warm enough for us to make use of it. The breakfast was good, although would have been nice to have more variety since we stayed 4 nights.

There was a bit of road noise despite the double glazing. Athens is a noisy city, and I am a very light sleeper (it was probably not at a level that would bother most people), but I was glad I took earplugs!

We arrived late in the evening hungry and tired after our day of air travel. The reception clerk was welcoming, friendly and personable. She helped us locate and order a delicious hot meal for delivery direct to our room, and made us feel very cared for. The staff were incredibly efficient and helpful, the breakfast excellent, and our overall experience very positive. We will certainly stay here in the future and would easily recommend it to others.

The emerncy exit lights over the door of the room were very bright, making for less-than-ideal sleep conditions.

Great apartment in a quiet, yet central location. The rooms were spacious and it was nice to spread out. Breakfast was at the Be My Guest hotel just across the road. Some of our best meals were had at restaurants on the street backing the apartment. The staff were super helpful in arranging airport pickup and late checkin.

We booked the place because it had a washing machine. However the washing machine was quite old and didn’t work. It wouldn’t drain the water properly at the end of the cycle and left our clothes soaking wet. Luckily they provide a drying rack, but it wasn’t enough to sufficiently dry all our clothes by the next day. The shower curtain also had mould.

Very pleasant, comfortable apartment that's perfect for a short stay and good value for money. We slept very well and it's comfortable and well equipped enough to cook and hang out in. Location is great too. Walking distance from Plaka and the sights, nightlife, etc. but far enough away to be quiet. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the roof terrace in the main hotel building is a lovely place to hang out.

The sofa bed in the living room is just a sofa. I.e. you're sleeping on the sofa cushions, not a matress, so you need to be ok with that (my partner was, I'm a light sleeper so I wasn't). Fortunately there is also a single bed in the living room, but they could make better use of the space and improve the sleeping arrangements by installing a proper fold out double sofa bed. There are also no back cushions on the sofa, so you have to put pillows at the back to use it as a sofa.

Pretty much everything. We (a father, 21 y.o son and 24 y.o. daughter) had a two bedroom apartment in the ‘annex’ across the street. The location is brilliant. 1 minute to a spectacular view of the Parthenon from the North side. The apartment was exactly what we wanted. Ground floor, kitchen and sitting area. Nothing fancy, but clean, spacious and well equipped. The price was far better than any other choices I had and I find it hard to believe they would have been a better fit. This would be ideal for two couples not interested in being surrounded by luxury. Be sure you take the breakfast and I recommend eating it in the rooftop lounge. Next door is a fabulous bakery and a grocery store and a produce shop are just as close. A billion restaurants, street vendors, ancient ruins are all within an easy walk.

Not much. No microwave?

My flight was delayed by a couple of hours, I met the owner once I checked in and he gave me a map of Acropolis and suggestions on where to eat! My room also had a welcome give of olive oil and cooking Utensils to bring home. The hotel is so close to all tourist sites and right across the street from a bakery. The hotel also has breakfast for 10€ a day, I did not have time to try it but other guests did like it!

This is our third time in 'be My guest Athens'. It is a charming boutique hotel in a perfect location close to the primary sites and yet in a relatively quiet street. We loved the breakfast hall and the roof top. Specifically we appreciated the level of service: the room for four was not adequate for four adults, so the hotel provided us with another room for free; also was flexible with the late check out

Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed this time with the rooms. The last time we've been to this hotel was 4 years ago and no doubt the rooms require better maintenance (from the beds to the showers). The price per room justifies a higher level

Simple and confortable hotel very close to Acropolis but not in a touristic area. Very warm welcome, delicious breakfast on the rooftop, perfect for night in transit before going to the islands or even more!

The location was fabulous, a mini Market just below for essentials and a family run bakery opposite. 5mins walk to the central restaurant area just under the Acropolis. 15mins walk to the Acropolis Museum and more restaurants. The breakfast was lovely, fresh bakery items and greek yogurt with honey. Also cooked bacon and eggs. The room offered a full fridge of complimentary freebies which were amazed by!
