The rooms was incredibly clean, we had all what we needed. The location is definitely great! We could do all by walk and the hotel is placed in a very calm neighborhood. The service was excellent! It exceeded our expectations! If you are coming to Athens, you can choose this property with your eyes closed.

Apt was very clean, plenty of hot water and air conditioning worked well. We loved the quiet, location away from the main touristy areas yet within a short walk to everything. In different directions but only a few blocks away, one can find very good Greek neighborhood restaurants, the Metro and the promenade around the Acropolis. A convenience store, coffee/bakery places and even a couple small neighborhood bars are very close as well. Very easy to get around. The rooftop terrace is added bonus with great views and is a wonderful, quiet, relaxing space to hang out on. We learned on the last day that Athens has some really nice beaches. Take the tram to the Edem stop, if you have time to enjoy a beach.

Not really a problem but no dresser or much of anything if you want to put clothes away. There is a place to hang clothes and I placed my packing cubes on a couple shelves in the room which worked well.

Everything was perfect!

The light system doesn't cover all costs. When you set up everything - the light just stop working at all, and we had to call 2 times to the owner. We'll it didn't make worse our staying. Everything was good!

Everything! Communications with Nikolas was amazing and was very helpful in every way. He responded quickly and even arranged a super early taxi ride to the airport. It was curated really well and he had left us all the information about the apartment, about the area, about Athens, and even included a map for us. What I really liked about the map is that he marked where all the places we should go or needed, such as the supermarket, local restaurants away from the tourist areas, and Acropolis entrance. The location of the apartment was very walkable and only 10 minutes away from the center (once you figure out where you are). The place itself was very clean, had everything we needed except for a microwave (just to heat up left overs), and it was just a very nice place. We had the corner unit.

Host left book with suggestions and info on local area, apartment was a good size, bright and clean. Not located in the heart of tourist area so quiet streets around and local restaurants offered good value.

Shower doesn't take advantage of full space, quite tight against wall. Needed to take head off bracket to use, also it's around my shoulder height (I'm 6'5 however). Additionally, beds are a bit squeaky.

The apartment is very clean, stylishly furnished, and spacious for 3 people (2 parents and adult son). The equipment of the kitchen is good, everything we needed was available. The 2 bathrooms are very clean and modern. The owner and his wife are very friendly, they supported us, wherever they could, in the forefront the owner gave us important advice for our arrival. When we contacted him, he answered within minutes, very reliable. The location of the apartment is brilliant, we could find everything (restaurants, café, supermarket, bakery,...) just around. Furthermore, you can reach all important sightseeing locations by feet within 15 to 20 minutes (1 to 2 km). For visiting Akropolis, Plaka, market halls, theatre,..., we did not need our car, we did all by foot. This was tremendous. But (we did not use it) the next metro station is also quite close. For sure, we will choose this apartment again for our next Athens stay.

Recently renovated flat in a great location, within modest walking distance to the key tourist attraction areas of Athens. The host Nikolas communicated clearly ahead of the stay. The flats are in a quiet suburb with minor amounts of tourists, you can easily walk around and enjoy the nearby cafes, tavernas, bakeries etc. The host left a list of restaurants to try, and I would recommend 'Lemonanthos' as my favourite. The roof terrace and laundry are a big plus. I didn't use the kitchen at all, but it seemed to have all the basics :)

There are many glass brick windows that don't have curtains in the flat, so there can be a lot of light at night. Changing this would make it 10/10

The room is big, clean and well stocked. They also have a washer and dryer in the building which was helpful (although it took us a while to learn how to use the dryer). There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff was also very helpful and prompt in our questions.

Getting to the hotel from the metro was difficult as it was a bit of a walk from the station. Fortunately taxis are affordable and convenient in Athens to get around.

Everything was perfect !! I felt like in my own flat. All is new and cosy. The mattress is so so so confortable. The location is good since it’s few minutes walk from everywhere. People working there are nice. They can give you many tips. There is also a coffee and boiler machines with coffee and tea. And all the tools to cook if you want (even an oven!). They have closed lockers to leave your bag if needed. Also a laundry. There is also a terrasse on the roof to enjoy the sun and the calm of the neighborhood. I highly recommend !!!

We traveled with family on a first time tourist trip to Athens and could not have asked for a better stay. The reason this place is a perfect fit for families are 1) Spacious, clean and new rooms that comfortably fit large families with multiple bathrooms, 2) Nikolas - he is a 24X7 real time help that is a top class travel agency / concierge / friend rolled into one throughout the trip and 3) location near the Acropolis and some fantastic food and drink options within 10 minute walk. Strongly recommend for families.
