My lovely wife and I recently stayed at Not Hotel in Athens, and we were blown away by the experience. Every single detail of the hotel felt so authentic, giving it a unique charm that you don't find often. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always there with a warm smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Our suite was absolutely wonderful – cozy, elegant, and just perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Athens. We had a balcony that overlooked the pool, providing a serene and picturesque view that we loved. The authenticity of the hotel is evident in every aspect: the stone and wood used throughout, the well-thought-out amenities, the structure of the buildings, the charming windows, the stylish refrigerators, and the comfortable beds. It's not only an ordinary hotel; it's something unique. During our stay, we and other guests we didn’t know felt like one big family, which added a warm and welcoming touch to the experience. The food at Not Hotel was another highlight. Every meal was a delightful journey through authentic local flavors, making our stay even more memorable. Additionally, the hotel is located in a safe area and is within walking distance (15 minutes) of many key attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. This hotel is one of the more unique experiences we have ever had , Everything from the breakfast offering with Greek platters placed on your table the second you arrive to the Big Green Egg BBQ in the courtyard with is fired up every day as to be ready to serve you a steak as you like it. The rooms are very spacious and one of the reasons we also picked it . The in room toiletries are bespoke and great quality. Location wise, the metro is 200 meters away and you can be in the center city within 10 minutes of leaving the hotel and that metro goes straight to the airport too

To be fair , everything is excellent but the full automation of every thing on you phone app takes a little getting used to

NOT Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The property is charming and characterful. It's set in a 200-year old-building with clever modern touches, making it extremely unique. Our room was HUGE: over 500 sq.ft. with its own living room. A rarity in Europe. The pool is gorgeous and so is the courtyard garden. The staff is genuine, friendly, attentive and very, very helpful. That made a huge difference to us and in my opinion, the best part of our stay. Well done, team! I highly recommend this place to people looking for a hotel that feels like your own slice of peace and quiet in bustling Athens. It's still close enough to the centre to go on urban adventures.

I think the use of an app to open your door and control light settings could have been avoided, because what's wrong with old fashioned keys and switches? :)

It was a magical experience, from the minute we arrived they made us feel at home. We got room number 14 which was very beautiful and big honestly compared to other hotels. I want to state one thing clearly, i have been to many hotels globally but this one in particular had something unique about it and the love and passion everyone has and the good taste to design those minute details is a hard job. Hats off to the owners and to the most amazing staff. A shout out to helena and aggelica the two chefs are great human beings and u can taste it with love they cook for you and prepare such tasty food made with fresh ingredients and a lot of locally sourced produce. Aggelica took care of us the first day and we had mentioned it was our honeymoon so they went an extra mile to mke our stay the best one! Nico also was very helpful and i had a great conversation with him on the last day and i felt like they all are friends that i have known for ages. Lastly kyriakos i hope i spelt your name correctly, thanks again for your politeness and patience. I heard all your stories and took a lot of inspiration and felt the bond you all share and hopefully i come visit next year and stay at NOT again. Its a boutique hotel with just 21 rooms but the attention to detail is impeccable. Check them out and try the amazing food they serve, the pies the lovely breakfast and also they offer this collab with the clumsies with the cocktails and really have an extensive menu with local drinks and beers. Not hotel is an oasis of gorgeousness.....when you arrive the world slips away outside and you enter a cocoon ....it really is fantastic. We have stayed in some great hotels and this ranks up there with the best. The owner is very involved and the staff so caring and kind. They have very old olive trees in the courtyard and wonderful plants so you feel like you have stepped into a dream land. Great breakfast (again unique and out of the ordinary) On the night we arrived they did a roof top bbq complimentary with fantastic acropolis views. We had an upstairs suite which was massive. The beds are sublime. The decor is eclectic/retro/industrial - we totally loved everything about it.

The location is an up and coming area - we felt safe there and near a good metro. You can walk to the acropolis also in about 30 minutes. So not really a negative just a bit out of the way.

During my stay at this exceptional hotel in Athens, I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the experience. I loved property

The NOT hotel is really a gem in Athene! an amazing restyling of the ancient building let you feel in a parallel dimension. Staff is amazing, from the concierge with his personal tips to the bar lady who always smiles keen on suggesting you something to try..and eanch single member of the staff who is always available for your need. Very large and well curated suite, smart connection, and unique style. King size bed and all the comforts. Genuine and original breakfast. Next stay in Athene will be here again, sure at 100%

Everithyng was amazing, I could only suggest to leverage the small terrace a little bit more, for aperitif or a drink post dinner, so that all the guests can enjoy the view! 😉

The hotel is a fabulous renovation of old industrial buildings. The facilities are arranged around a courtyard garden with swimming pool. This creates a beautiful calm oasis at the edge of the city centre. Our courtyard room was extremely comfortable and decorated simply but with some nice quirky features ( record player!) and a lot of style. The breakfast included with our stay was excellent as was all the food that we had during our stay. The hotel staff are excellent. They are very friendly and helpful and really mad the extra effort to make our stay memorable in a good way. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from a metro station or an easy stroll into the restaurants and bars.

There is nothing really to dislike about the hotel. Some people may be wary of the location in Gazi which can look run down in places however it felt perfectly safe and we were happy to walk around the area at night.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly faces, a quick check in and taken to our rooms. The room was cooled for our arrival (39 degrees the day we arrived so needed) and given a quick tour to show us what was what. The facilities in the room were exceptional including all the free amenities such as teas/coffees/shampoo/conditioners. Outside the room the pool area was lovely and peaceful (as well as being in the sun until 6pm) and the courtyard was beautiful. Don't be put off by the walk into town either, 5/10min stroll and you are at the main bars and restaurants - Also it was very safe even at night (First night walking back there was a family playing volleyball at midnight down the path). Our first impressions of the location was one of caution but by the end of our stay we realised we were completely wrong!

Hard to pick out any negatives about the hotel - The bar area by the pool was quite pricey for food and drinks which isn't a huge problem but if like us you wanted to spend an our or so by the pool before going out for the evening just be prepared to spend x2/x3 the price you would spend in town.

This place is amazing, a piece of heaven in the heart of Athens. The entire staff is just incredible, always there for you, friendly, supportive and caring. The hotel is indeed NOT Ordinary, is Extraordinary! Best place ever! The breakfast is really good and you can choose from a variety of options. The rooms are really great, big and have a wonderful design. In the morning there is an amazing pianist playing live, really nice touch to enhance even more the vibe of the hotel!!

Everything is perfect! The only thing that I could think of (I am not sure what the hotel could do about that) is the noise from the concert place across the street. You cannot hear it in the room, but when you would like to enjoy a quiet evening near the pool or even in the restaurant the music is too loud and it doesn’t go hand in hand with the vibe of the venue. The hotel music is perfect, but you can’t enjoy it really in the evening.
