very very pleasant staff!!! they upgraded my room for free, presented a bottle of a good red wine, also they allowed me to make late check-out at 13:30! room is really big with two zones, TV in each. breakfast is good but it is the same every day.

it is obviously not about the property, but about it. Location! Omonia is very unsafe. every evening you see prostitutions, homeless, they sleep everywhere, the block is stinky and dirty. so in the evening time it is looked and really was unsafe

We were given bigger room. Good sound insulation. Breakfast.

To put it mildly not the nicest Neighbourhood. And to my taste a bit too cold / formal interior of rooms.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and also a good size. Shower pressure was good. Breakfast was included - adequate range of options, including cooked and various healthy options. Coffee only from a machine, however. The check-in/out was streamlined and quick, and the staff were friendly and approachable. Good value for money Hotel appears quite recently built (2020?)

The location is close to the metro but is marred by being in a rather dilapidated neighbourhood with drug dealing and prostitution evident in the square across the road. Although the hotel is very clean and modern, it does not have much character. The dining area is more like a business canteen - very plain, no art on the walls, very monochrome in white. Lifts are too small - often queue around breakfast

We just stayed for a night, but we found this place good enough. Breakfast was good, staff was nice, bedroom was comfortable and the hotel is close to Omonia metro station, which makes it convenient. Be aware of the area, since it's a bit sketchy. We were surprised by the surroundings, but it was our fault to not look it up. Also, our flight was delayed and they were very kind to let us check in at midnight.

I found the bathroom extremely tiny. The reception guy told us we got upgraded and I couldn't understand what the upgrade was about. We couldn't comfortably use the bathroom. The sink was the smallest I have ever seen and you had to do a bit of an effort to enter the bathroom, since the door opened to the inside. This was not that important for me, but maybe for people with less mobility may be a real issue. I also found hairs on the wall, not ours for sure. That was a bit concerning.

It wasn't just a hotel room; it was a paradise! The spacious rooms, equipped with two TVs, a comfortable seating area, a perfect bed, and a delightful balcony, exceeded all expectations. Every detail was perfect, surpassing even the standards of 5-star hotels. Complimentary water and a bottle of wine awaited guests in the room. The reception was outstanding, showcasing the excellent management of the hotel, setting it apart from others in Greece. Eagerly anticipating my return!

Breakfast disappoints in terms of the cooked options; the preparation, especially the frying of eggs, lacked appeal. Our group of four, representing three different nationalities, unanimously found the cooked choices unsatisfactory.

We were super satisfied with our room and overall with the hotel. It was very clean and spacious. Every single person from the staff (from the receptionist to the security guard) was very kind and responded to all of our questions and requests. We especially appreciated the extra baby crib and feeding chair for our 1-year old daughter. The breakfast was various and the space dedicated for it was big enough to fit a lot of the hotel guests. All of this being said I have to address the big disadvantage of the hotel - the neighborhood and its surroundings

We liked pretty much everything but we really did not feel safe in the neighborhood. The hotel was like an oasis for us but once you step out of the lobby the area is dodgy to say the least. My wife felt rather uncomfortable walking out with the baby so most of the time she was using taxis to get out to a safer location. You could see tens of people lying on the sidewalk, drugged, homeless, prostitutes, etc. We felt sad and frankly scared looking at these scenes. I am not sure what the hotel can do about this but I have to be fair and point it out. If it wasn't for this we would give a 9+ rating for sure.

We were bit hesitant after seeing the previous reviews about the location and the surrounding of the Hotel but pls don't get put off by those as the area was quite ok and we never felt unsafe or threatened even at night, even though we also have seen few homeless here and there but that was not limited to the area the hotel was located. Moreover if someone needs to be worried/be careful that'd be when riding the Metro rather than from less fortunate souls living on streets, this time also pickpockets attempted but failed due to our alertness. About the Hotel, everything was excellent, Staff whom we interacted at the Front desk and the Restaurant were fantastic. Check-in was very quick and pleasant. The room was large wz very comfy beds and the bathroom was equipped wz all necy items. Whole facility was very clean and tidy and the room was made daily wz spotless cleaning. Many options for the breakfast as well. Seemed to be a popular place wz young crowed (high school students) which gave a lively atmosphere at the breakfast time etc., which was nice. Location was very close (5 mins walk) to the Omonia Square wz many restaurants and street food options + a Metro station. All attractions are wz in walking distance, like 20 - 30 mins to Acropolis etc.

Nothing actually.

The staff were incredible! Phenomenal! I went to the hotel because im renovating my flat and needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights while the painters were in.I was soo stressed and worried and honestly i had the best stay ever!

Its not that i didnt like its the fact. Its just that i hadnt realised (which for me was not an issue) is that room service...you cant just charge to your account and pay in the end, Every time you order food or alcholic beverages you have to pay on the spot! They do however deliver it to your room

Location was perfect for us - walking distance to everything we hoped to see in Athens. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Staff was quick to replace glasses, utensils, water as needed.

For such a spacious room (yay!), storage space for clothing was meager. Easily enough room for a dresser. The staff break room was just up the stairs from our room, and the hallway often filled with cigarette smoke, which came in under the door.

The Room Size was perfect , they offered me a room at the 9th floor which is very nice, it had no balcony but that was okay for me , the AC works perfectly , they offer a daily cleaning service . The room has an iron which is very useful, The room had also Tea and coffee and Water kettle, and the hotel has offered me a complimentary a bottle of a red wine. Also as most decent hotels the room has additionally a fridge with some soft drinks inside to consume for a charge . The Curtains were good to blackout the sunlight, and once you close your windows you almost hear nothing from the noise of the street from my 9th floor . Hot water at shower is always available, with Shampoo, soap and shower gel renewed daily, slippers and some extra amenities are also provided. breakfast is also included within the room price. It was not the best though but it is just decent simple repetitive breakfast that could be better. Very close to the metro station of Omonia which is only 2 stations away to the center of Syntagma square, So easy to commute from and to the hotel with either taxi or Public Transportation.. I had initially booked 3 days but I extended an extra night and they provided me with luggage storage until 9 pm after my checkout for free . The staff were very kind and polite

The Room had a little strange smell that I could not trace it's source during my 4-day stay The breakfast could be better to include more options, and also ensure it covers many tastes . The area where the hotel is not the safest in Athens , but Its full of hotels nearby and also it has a police station close by and I never felt unsafe or had any problem.
