Clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Decent continental breakfast and pleasant bar area in lobby. Easy walk to central area and convenient for metro access and tourist buses. Good value for money.

Previous reviews were right about the surrounding streets. Shabby, dirty, abandoned buildings, homeless people and drug addicts. However its not just this area, sadly saw alot of this around Athens, and no reflection atall on the hotel. Also as a middle aged man, I never felt threatened or uncomfortable. If arriving for the first time after dark, I would recommend a taxi so you're not wondering around trying to find it.

For the price we paid-Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and staff wad very helpful at every encounter. Multiple sockets - were available in the room.

The area is in a dodgy area, but has nothing to do with the better hotel services and great staff. What I would suggest is some more attention in balcony railings- we ended up not using the balcony because we were concerned of the lack of safety - as we had a toddler with us

We needed a hotel with very good transport links and walking distance to some areas. Everything was as described in reviews so we were really pleased. The breakfast was very good for this level of hotel. We had two legs of the trip and stayed there twice, both rooms were comfortable and very clean. All staff were very friendly. Very good value for money.

The second room didn't have proper shower screen so we ended up with constantly (very) wet floor, mopped up with the bath mat. Exactly as described by others. The area is quite rough because of drug addicts but they were peaceful, again as described by others. We were out and about late, never any issues.

The location is very central, close to the metro. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. The hotel has a locker room close to reception, with individual lockers to store luggage after checkout. I have never seen this service before even in 4 & 5 star hotels. Another plus was the 24/7 reception and bar. The staff are very welcoming, most especially Rosario, a very charming young man who does all he can to help. I would definitely stay here again, it's perfect for a short city break.

Location was amazing, 10min away by foot to city centre and all shops and restaurants. Around the corner there is nice coffee shop to grab coffee on the go if you wish and small shops to get some snacks for the evening, they open 24h. Neighbourhood wasn't the best but by other reviews i was expecting worse. But they not interacting with tourists at all,so felt safe. But on my own i wouldn't pass the street leading to the hotel,just uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly and nice, smiling. Breakfast was basic but nice and good enough. Girls were cleaning rooms very nicely, we been leaving them tips as they really deserved them. I would be coming back to this hotel again for sure.

Shower doesn't have curtains so water is all over the bathroom. And water temperatures to regulate is a bit of a hard job. Not enough sockets to charge your devices and i had to charge 2 every evening and night so i had to prioritise one or another. Been disconnecting fridge in the room to have additional socket :D but it didn't bothered and destroyed holiday at all.

The hotel is very central, you can easily walk to Athens center. The staff is very friendly and responsive, they helped us with cleaning our laundry for 8EUR. The room was cleaned every day (also the towels were changed on a daily basis), and we had a small balcony and air conditioning which is mandatory in Athens during summer. Good breakfast variety.

As everyone said in previous comments, the neighborhood is a bit scary as there are a lot of homeless people around - it can get a bit strange when coming back to the hotel during nighttime (but they are peaceful). Also, the room and bathroom are quite small (that did not bother us in a special way, but it's good to point it out for future reference).

This is a hotel with all the basic facilities, very good value-for-money. They give you excellent breakfast included in the price and something extremely important for many, this is in the heart of Athens. My commitments are 5 minutes on foot. See below for disadvantages, but they are minor, IMO. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Across the street right in front of the hotel, is a large parking building, not expensive, and the receptionists say one can always park one's car there, no reservation needed. My review is based on a second visit, last year I was here too. The wifi recognized me immediately. It's good to feel almost at home.

Rooms and bathrooms are very small (the reason is obvious, this is in the heart of Athens) and in my room - otherwise for three, there wasn't a wardrobe. Simply no space for it. But this does not bother me personally, I only sleep in the hotel. Despite this disadvantage, I rate the hotel very highly.

We stayed for two nights. Room was very clean and very quite. Despite of being many homeless, drug addictive people and girls on the street, room was very quite and nothing bothered us outside and inside of the hotel. staff is very friendly. Location is good to reach Metro, bus stops and main train stations, city center and markets as well. Breakfast good and fresh, we enjoyed it.

Amazing staff,super friendly, and they were helpful. They took good care of the guests . It was nice to talk with night staff for a while every time we came back to the hotel, and the room was ok for this price with a big balcony. The breakfast was simple, but the location was very close, and just a couple of minutes walk from omonia Square and 15 minutes walk to monastiraki Square

Breakfast was same everyday but fine. We had always options what to pick for breakfast. Room was cozy especially bathroom and shower bath. Despite this detail everything was very clean. Cleaning service is great. Our hotel was pretty close to city center so we reached it easily by foot.

Neighborhood was dirty and full of homeless people and junkies. Didn't feel safe evrytime we were coming back to hotel especially in the evening.
