This is my second stay here. A good place to stay in the heart of Athens. clean and compact room. friendly staff - Dmithris, Vaya, Mariam and others.. one cannot forget their friendliness. We checked in at night 11 am.. we were greeted with a bottle of wine, my wife's favourite Red, a good one.

My earlier stay was in 405; but this time, got the room on the other side, 910, which is a smaller room, without the sofa. When you are booking the room, ask for the room with the sofa....it is spacious and very convenient.

An elegant hotel in the city centre, very close to the Metro station. Very clean room and confy bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Always overly helpful and bubbly. Great location. Good value for money. Extra perks were a bottle of wine in the room. Light refreshments like a big bar of chocolate and cans of fizzy drink complementary in the room also

Drain in bathroom filled up a bit too quick and over flowed onto floor if basin tap was left on for more then 10 seconds

The room was great, with a comfortable double bed! The staff were always there, ready to assist! I enjoyed the high standard of cleanliness and safety!! I also enjoyed the very rich breakfast buffet, which could satisfy every taste!! I was impressed by the comfortable and luxurious foyer-reception-salon-bar area!! Last but not least, I found the location very central, right in the busy shopping area of Athens, a minute's walk from the Metro!!

My only criticism goes to the tiny tiny wash basin in the bathroom, on a very narrow counter, not convenient for shaving, brushing teeth etc, or laying one's necessary accessories around!!

It was great value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. It's close to a metro station. The beds were very comfy and the wifi was excellent.

It's not in the best of areas; however, this is mitigated by the fact that there is a police station next door so I never felt unsafe. The sink in the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen! The lifts make an annoying alarm sound when they arrive - the alarm is deactivated when you open the door. However, non of these things would stop me from staying there again. It really was excellent value for money.

The Hotel is almost new the staff are friendly and helpful. If you want to stay in the City for couple of Days, this Hotel i can recommend very close and very new like Monstaraki and Plaka. if you want to do want sightseeing place like Acropolis the Hop on Hop off Bus is just around the corner. The good thinh about this Hotel is beside a Police Station. Ommonia area is typical not safe specially at night so dont walk alone if someone. The Train station is very near. i can also recommend the Bakery and coffee shop at the cornwr Petteserie The club sandwich and ice tea and coffer are superb. this hotel is about 20-25 mins by Taxi and we paid about 55€s normal and standard price and i think that was ok. also the Hotel has a Complimentary Drinks like Sodas at the fridge and also a Red Wine which is nice.

thing i dont like was the breakfast is always the same and more or less are cold it happens to me i eated the broken glass and it was to late when k recognized it some of it i chewed already. might be in the Omellette or Sunny side up egg. For couple of days yes i can recommend. that tine was a lot of children was to busy and very loud.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well set up. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff were super helpful and welcoming.

It looked like the hotel was about 80% complete. There was some exposed wiring, uneven paint jobs and a couple of chips in the bathrooms. The area where the hotel is situated is not in the best of spots. Alright for going out during the day but it did feel a little unsafe to walk around at night. The seemed to be almost no sound proofing. I could hear all conversations that happened in the hallways and even the chink of cutlery from the dining area on the level below my room.

The hotel is very new, just open in Mar. 2023, everything looks pretty and new. The balcony of the room on the 1st floor is very large, very comfortable to live, there are many breakfast varieties, and it is very delicious, and the fruit is also very fresh. The room had everything you need, disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel, soap, combs, razors (many hotels don't provide them), and even found a sewing kit that just happened to have a button off my pants. The hotel is very close to the metro station, only 200 meters, you can go anywhere in Greece, there are tickets for 90 minutes, 1 day, 2 days, 5 days, unlimited metro tickets, very practical. The hotel is very close to many sights, in fact, do not need to take the subway, walk 10-20 minutes can reach the dense scenic area. We had a great weekend in Greece, it is amazing to get such a good value hotel in the city center, highly recommend!

Friendly staff for the most part

One day our excursion was early in the morning (about 20 minutes before they open for breakfast) but my dad is diabetic and need to eat something, the girl in the dining area made the biggest deal about us grabbing a couple of things for him to go. Should’ve been more accommodating- that would’ve been more welcoming considering everything was laid out and it was only minutes before the official start time. She actually called her supervisor and I’m not sure what transpired as we were in a hurry. But it wasn’t nice to be treated that way for a paying client.

There were a couple things that were appealing about the property, one was the amazingly friendly staff. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and what I would consider beyond good customer service. I was looking for a pharmacy and the greeter at the front door, walked me two blocks away to make sure I can find it. The second thing was cleanliness. Housekeeping did a really good job of keeping everything clean and making the lobby and rooms, attractive and appealing. The third thing that was a stand out was their amazing breakfast buffet. It was very complete with a lot of choices, fresh, and tasty.

While I felt safe at the hotel, and in the neighborhood, we were on a fringe area. If you went the wrong place at the wrong hour, it probably would have been an uncomfortable walk, because there were some sketchy people. The hotel staff that was more than willing to help you find your way.
