The room we were in was spacious, and had a mini fridge stocked with water every day which was needed in the Athens heat! It had a balcony with chairs also. The area is pretty noisy but earplugs are provided and they worked comfortably. Cleaning was perfect. Breakfast was served in the cafe area downstairs and was pretty nice, if you're particular about your tea you may want to bring your own as there was only a small selection. Made the full range of coffee however and they looked very well done. Staff were wonderfully helpful and on hand at all times of day and night for any questions. The rooftop bar is lovely but there's only a couple of seats that view the acropolis for sunset so get there early if that's your aim. Very easy to get to everywhere of note from the hotel, it's very central and the air conditioning system is up to date and works perfectly

The elevator is very small, like will fit one person with luggage or two people max. Would have been nice to have the option for freshly warmed scrambled eggs.

The staff was amazing! They could not have been nicer or friendlier, and the room was really bright and clean.

It wasn't evident when I booked that this was a hostel, so that was a slightly unwelcome surprise for noise reasons only. I was unpleasantly surprised by the noise of happy students returning super late and socializing in the kitchen since the open staircase made it easy to hear everything (and my room was right off the staircase. A desk in the room would've been helpful, but that's on me for not checking the details before booking

Absolutely everything! Best hostel I’ve ever been. It’s in perfect location in the middle of everything, super clean, mega comfy beds, wider than usual hostel beds, rollable blinders not curtains and awesome staff! Girl in the reception solved my issues so quickly and was so friendly that I gelt even bad to have issues (thought I lost my keycard in the room but it was in my shoe 😂) and she made me a new one even tho it didn’t seem that easy process! Amazing! Very clean and comfy kitchen area as well and ofcourse amazing view from the rooftop! There are also plug sockets on the rooftop area which made it also an ideal location for working when it was 22 degrees jn mid December 🥰 Thank you Mosaikon family and will definitely be back!

It’s not about disliking it but if you have sensitive throat, make sure you ask for a bed which is not opposite the aircon, as aircon workd very well and if someone turns it on in the mid of the night, you might wake up with sore throat in the morning but overall this is nothing. Everything was super 😊

It was a great location near shops, metro, and main tourist areas. Modern operation and nice design. The balcony in room was great and gave the room lots of space. Bunk pods were nice and private, comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful with questions, printing...

The hob and oven do not work because of covid, which seems a silly rule if there are no other covid rules, so it is an excuse to reduce facilities, and it shouldn't be advertised that there is a full kitchen. I probably would not have booked if I knew I couldn't cook. One of the showers in the room also didn't work with no attempt to fix it over a week. Room was a bit small for the amount of beds also, seemed like maximum squeezing people in. These things are not deal breakers but it is expensive for a hostel so you would expect better.

The location was on a lively street in an area that seemed vibrant. The hotel is apparently part hostel, part hotel. We stayed in a hotel room which was clean and modern in design and the hotel corridors and reception spaces featured artwork. There was a lovely rooftop area which opened as a bar in the evenings, and a cafe on the ground floor for breakfast.

One or two snagging points in the bathroom(wiring visible beneath the mirror, and a toilet roll holder that fell off the wall but everything else was great.

Love this place. Comfy beds and very clean. The bathroom and toilet is located inside the hostel room, shared between 2-3 guests during my stay. There is also a balcony overlooking the charming streets. Central location and a few minutes walk to the Syntagma bus stop for bus X95 that takes you to the airport. Stayed here for 1 night due to a transit flight the next day, so this location is perfect for me. Staffs are polite and friendly. One of the security guards helped me with the vending machine at 2a.m in the morning because I didn't have a small change and the front desk is closed. Sorry for the super late review (it was supposed to be in 2022). Highly recommended!

The streets are confusing but I managed to get to the accommodation safely.

Mosaikon is located in the very center of Athens, the position is optimal to visit every point of attraction of the city. The structure is perfectly clean and comfortable, it seems to be in a hotel instead that a hostel. The staff was fantastic, they are always ready to help and to dialogue. Fantastic staying, I would suggest it to everyone that goes to Athens.

Everything was very perfect. If I need to find something I didn't like totally I would say: 1) a little bit noisy at night (but this is due to the very central position, so not a real problem) 2) the starting time of breakfast (8.30) is a little bit too late for the ones who have early flights in the morning or just want to start early to visit the attractions (but,again,not so much a big deal)

location is top roof top amazing staff (especially one guy with glasses and mustache) is a legend great working spot with chance to have a meal on your own

neighborhood is full with bars and places with loud music. brink some earplugs if you want to have a good sleep. shower does not have a stand for the shower head, so you need to keep it in your hand to shower your head/shoulder. Room was missing (temporarily) the bed side stand

I took the room in the ladies dormitory with 6 people and a balcony. The room was really clean, and it looks very much like it says in the pictures. The beds were also really comfortable. It also has a small curtain so you do get your own privacy even though its in a dorm. There was a small balcony overlooking the street which was also quite nice. The hotel is well located and right behind there is a street with many restraunts to choose from. It's also quite safe for a solo traveller and I highly recommend it. Also the people the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. It really was a pleasure staying there

Athens what a great place to go for a holiday, but even better when you stay at Mosaikon. The hostel is located right in the center and the staff is amazing! I stayed for 5 nights, felt like home and I want to give a special thanks to the staff: @Spyros: Thank you for making the best breakfast every morning, the nice chats and the laughs. @Panos: Thank you for the great service. You were there to answer any question and did everything to make my stay as good as possible. @Fenia: Thank you for - daily - asking if everything was alright with me and my stay in the hostel. Every day you stood there with a big smile and always checked if everything was okay.

Maybe the hostel can organize a little bit more activities for people to meet eachother.
