1.Staffs & services were very good. 2.The shower room was pretty spacial. 3.The view of Acropolis from the balcony was breath taking. Worth ordering a nice original cocktail apéritif from the hotel and enjoy it with the view. 4.The breakfast is up to standard, there were a great list of hot dishes, such as egg benedict, scrambled eggs, different pancakes....all tasty. 5.Amenities kits in the shower room are great.

1.The noise isolation is quite lousy. In day time you'll heard a lot of things from the corrido. In the night, the hotel was right located upon 3 bars/clubs, and the double layer window is poorly installed, even with it entirely closed, ou'll heard everything downstair. You'll not only heard the music but even the lyrics, people screaming from the bars/clubs, car noises from the road etc. I 54dB noise measured with a decibel meter at 2 a.m. Saturday. 2. The mini bar was completely empty, but you can order anything from the frontdesk at anytime. Still not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel. 3. There were small cracks on the walls, espacially in the shower room.

The hotel and room were just what we wanted for the Athens portion of our honeymoon trip to Greece! The facilities were nice, we loved the included breakfast and buffet, and had a very warm experience with the concierge and other staff. We appreciated receiving a personalized note and treats to celebrate our honeymoon, and felt taken care of. We also enjoyed the central location of the hotel since we were exploring central Athens and could easily walk to most of our destinations during our stay. We also enjoyed having a spacious room with a large balcony that included a view of the Acropolis!

We didn't have any complaints and overall had a very nice experience at Perianth.

Firstly we could see the acropolis from our room. Location in the middle of all the restaurants and shops was excellent. Room size was good. Loved the big shower with good pressure too.

Downside to central by bars, music till 3am. We were on 3rd floor so maybe higher you cant hear it.

Amazing location! Amazing service! The best hotel you can stay in. Room was so beautiful an clean. Location is great, you can walk everywhere in ten minutes. From breakfast to room service, all is just perfect! Their staff always smile and they re willing to help you through sharing tips. One of the besties is that you feel how an hotel care about environment from room cleaning to service management and make you a part of this is amazing.

This is a smaller boutique hotel in a cool part of Athens- excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, shops, and the main attractions. What I liked most was that we were close to everything, yet not in the middle of the cluster. We stayed in the Perianth suite on the 5th floor - a very nice room with a large balcony and an unbelievable view of the Acropolis. I was a little worried about the noise from reading the other reviews, but that was not an issue. The room was a good size for two people, a little tight for three, but it worked fine. Huge, nice bathroom. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating and really made us feel welcomed.

Our room had FABULOUS view! Sadly friends did not... Location excellent to walk everywhere from. Breakfast ok - no toaster! Shower brilliant! Staff exceptionally helpful accommodating brilliant on reception and v nice in restaurant

Would have loved a toaster at breakfast...and a nicer fruit salad, the fruit salad very disappointing. A pity nowhere to sit outside with a book to rest for half an hour - yes small balcony but a roof terrace would have been perfect when resting between excursions.f

The young and super nice staff went above and beyond to make us feel like a valued guest. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay. They were super nice and took care of my wife’s sprain ankle, bringing buckets of ice even very late in the evening always with a smile. They organized our transfer to the port and gave us good recommendations around the area. The room was spacious, designer furnished, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impressive with super modern comfort and design. The location was the ideal in Athens. Situated in a good neighborhood, where everything happens around the corner So you are close to nice restaurants cool bars and all the places you have to tourist around.

We had a fantastic two-night stay - found this hotel by accident - as we originally had reservations at another downtown hotel - where the customer service was lacking - and the air conditioning was non-existent- the perianth hotel was a life saver. It’s centrally located and yet it’s hidden from all the crowds. The suite we had was massive and elegantly appointed and our view of the acropolis unparalleled. I loved our bathroom and the perfect king size bed. The art deco style furnishings suited the room perfectly. Our space had tons of places to store both our luggage and personal items. The large wrap around balcony was a nice surprise too. The front desk staff were delightful and helpful - greeted u warmly and had the perfect suggestions on where to eat or how to maneuver the downtown streets efficiently. For our welcome we received a personalized card with sweets and a bottle of wine - which was such a treat - as they knew about the trouble we had at our original location. I can’t sing this hotel’s praises enough. Oh - the bar makes the best cocktails. And the hot breakfast options included were of top quality.

Nothing. As we booked last minute our 2 night stay came at a premium - but that’s mostly due to our timing.

Wonderful stay. The room was big and very stylish. Excellent bathroom. Perfect for design lovers like us. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend. this was an incredible experience at a truly special, chic and well managed hotel. A great spot to start our trip in Greece.

It was noisy from our room at night but I suspect this I common in this part of Athens as their are many lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Only recommendation would be for hotel to provide ear plugs.

The Perianth Hotel is the perfect place to stay while you enjoy the beautiful city of Athens. The staff at the hotel is wonderful - the charming Yiota, Charis and Athena took good such good care of us. The hotel room was full of thoughtful details and you could see the Acropolis from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff is just lovely. We had a wonderful time in Athens and give the staff at Perianth Hotel credit for making our trip so special.
