The room is clean and comfortable, not so big but big enough to place all your luggage and your clothes in the wardrobe or drawers. The toilet is very new and clean with a wonderful shower. The bed is very comfortable. The room has no balcony and has a very large window but the edge is very low and we didn't open it. Air conditioning is not so powerful but it woks properly and it makes the room quite fresh though in the afternoon the window is exposed to the direct sunlight. It's very easy to get in by the door-codes provided: you have one for the building door, one for the apartment and one for the room. A couple of elevators easily take you to the fouth floor. There is a large central common space (with microwave oven, table, sofa and other seats) and the rooms around it. The atmosphere is very good, the place is very nice and quiet. The position is perfect, very close to Acropolis, city center, shops and restaurants. Most of all, it is very close to Syntagma metro station: the blue line takes you to Pireus harbor and to the airport very easily.

Location of the apartment was very convenient. Easy walking distance from the airport bus and Plaka and Syntagma.

We found the apartment quite basic, which wasn't really a problem, but it wasn't very well equipped. For instance there were only 3 coat hangers, only 2 of all the crockery and cutlery and only one electric plug for kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and electric rings. Only one pillow each, and some damage in the bathroom. There was also a fairly loud continuous noise from mechanical equipment - probably a chimney from ground-floor restaurants.

I got upgraded to a studio so that is nice. I love the fact that we can get into the property directly using codes. The location of the property in Syntagma is perfect. The location is very good, it's a great value for the money. The room itself is big and comfy. The bathroom is clean. I really wished I can stay for more than 1 night!

I got a few things to note that can be improved. 1. The check-in time is quite late in the afternoon at 3 PM and they don't allow early check-in. However, they do accept luggage storage at their reception, which brings me to point no. 2 2. The reception is in another building, about a 10-12 minutes walk from the property. If I had luggage, it will be quite a hassle if I need to store it there. 3. When I came to the property at 3 PM, the room is not ready yet. It's quite late in the afternoon but it's still not ready yet. I need to wait there until 4 PM, then I can enter my room.

It was clean and tidy It had great kitchen and lounge facilitys. 11.ooam checkout Early check in was appreciated and surprising when we went to drop luggage for storage.

Instructions from Ennatica suites could have been better. Some fairly Blaise instructions got us part way with large suitcases. Only 5 min was a bit rich and we needed google to help us the rest of the way. I would suggest getting a small map made up and photocopied that could be handed out. Don't mean to be negative but in pushing 40 degree heat with luggage it was a tough walk.

Very convenient codes system, online check in, nice location and surroundings. A lot of restaurants and shops near to the apartment. The room was clean and with all facilities described.

Very noisy at night, the windows cannot really be closed so if you are sensitive to noises it would cause problems of sleep for sure. Some furniture in the room was not in a good condition, buts its fine if you don't unpack to much. Recommend for short stay and if you don't spend too much time in the room.

We booked this apartment for the location as we had a layover of less than 24 hours before our next flight. It’s minutes away from Syntagma square, luggage storage and the airport bus stop so was perfect for this. The room was quite spacious.

The room was mostly very clean with the exception of the toilet which was dirty and had toilet paper in it. I am guessing that the cleaners simply forgot. The other issue was that we didn’t receive instructions on how to enter the apartment, which was a little frustrating as we had had an early morning flight and by the check in time we were extremely tired. However, when we called they answered straight away and emailed them to us, even though it was a Sunday.

Location is very good.It is near to syntagma square which is the main of public transportation and main part of the city. Access to big kitchen with all facilities was really nice. Early checkin is possible. All things are done automatically by codes, that’s really good. Access to the big sallon of the apartment with tv and air conditioner was much better than staying in a 15 sqm of any hotels

It is not sound proof. The windows are like a paper and you could here all the noise from restaurants and vehicles in the street, even though that it is in the 4th floor Also wifi was very weak in the room. I could say there was times that it didn’t work inside of the room, so i had to ho to the saloon

I liked the location, easy access, and the staff was friendly. It was very quiet and comfortable. I only stayed in the night but I slept very well.

There was not even 1 small bottle of water in the room. I wasn't sure if you can drink the tap water in Athens. I arrived very late at night around 1.30am and was very thirsty. There is a fridge in the room but completely empty and at that time a night I was sure there wouldn't be any shops open so I would really have appreciated a small bottle of water. I don't mind paying for it.

The location is exceptiona in the city centre, just 140 meters from the bus stop Syntagma square. For us the accommodation worked great and I highly recommend for someone who needs the city centre access. Pre registration is needed, and you receive 3 passwords: one for the building, one for the sharing door, and one for your own room. It's not some wow room, and I don't compere it with luxury places, but for the price and what is needed, I would rate 10

Location was ideal and close to everything we wanted to do in Athens. Very good facilities and everything we needed for our stay. Fridge in the room and washing machine in communal area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Blinds weren’t great, lot of gaps in them so light was coming in! I had to put up towels to block the light, curtains might be nice to put on the windows. WiFi didn’t really work! These things were small, would definitely stay here again
