Absolutely Wonderfull staff. We in particular loved Maria's hospitality. Breakfast is ridiculous. Just don't bother providing BF. Just offer free coffee. Views are none so to say. But great location in Plaka.

Breakfast is ridicules. Don't think people don't see things when you try to take the clients for a ride..lol Just provide coffee. Funky elevator.. that's all I would say. But we enjoyed the stay though. The staff makes up for all the draw backs the hotel has.

Urban Frame Plaka was a very nice and modern hotel. On the smaller size but consistent with other hotels we stayed at in Europe. The staff was so kind and helpful. It's within a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis side entrance plus you're within a few minutes of some great shopping and restaurants.

I'm extremely happy they have an elevator but be prepared... it's very small. If you're thin to average in size, you'll easily fit in it with 2 large check-in bags. If you're very large you'll barely fit by yourself with one piece of luggage. The other option is a spiral staircase. I'm thin and only used the elevator when we had our luggage. Otherwise just used the stairs to the 4th floor.

Loved the location. Walkable to the Plaka eating and shopping area, the hop on hop off bus, the Acropolis, Monastiraki Square and Syntagma Square. The rooms that slept 3 people were good size and comfortable. Maria was very helpful, responsive and friendly. The continental breakfast was fine.

The lift was very small (could only take one suitcase at a time), the spiral marble staircase was a bit steep and narrow. The shower in room 303 didn’t have hot water and was broken, my aunt and mom had to shower squatting under the faucet. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a rooftop we could access and go see the view of the Acropolis as advertised.

The hotel had perfect location, but in small street so quiet and you could sleep well. The beds very comfortable, as well as the pillows. we had the safety deposit box, but it was not functional. The rooms are very small, but OK for a 3 day stay it was perfect. The bathroom is really really small. when you want to wash your face you need to pay attention not to hit your head on a shelf located just above the sink below the mirror. I felt like an elephant in a glass shop. I would stay there for sure next time again. The ladies at the reception desks very polite and professional, and give perfect advice regarding the restaurants.

i did not like that the bathroom was all in glass and very, very small. breakfast was very basic but food in Greece is very tasty, so you could eat everywhere.

Loved the staff and how responsive and helpful they were. Location is perfect for walking to the major tourist sites in Athens. Most comfortable hotel mattress of our 6 week trip thru Europe.

Needs updating and painting. No smart TVs and not possible to download apps. No English stations, just BBC. struggled to get Apple products connected to wifi. The rooms are small but nice bathroom.

The location was the best part, very convenient and easy, the staff were super helpful. Used the office facility in the building and that was very clean and comfortable too. Rooms were compact and clean. We had the room with the acropolis view which the hotel kindly upgraded us to since they had availability, which was a nice touch.

Comfortable beds, awesome , helpful staff who went above what is expected and great location. Large balcony . Continental breakfast was decent.

Water in shower was lukewarm at times. Really hear noises from outside your door especially when travelers were coming and going. No shampoo , conditioner, toothpaste or toothbrushes provided. Very difficult for us since the airlines lost our bags and shops were not open due to Holy days observed.

Fantastic location for a solo traveller like me. Felt safe walking back to hotel after an evening at a restaurant I’d found on my walk back from the Acropolis earlier that day. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. All sights walking distance or short uber away. Lovely welcoming staff. Modern, clean, fresh décor. Comfy nights sleep. I would stay again if ever find myself in Athens again.

If I was to be picky there was a smell perhaps from the drains. Soon dispelled once the room was aired.

Location couldnt be better The staff were superb Decent breakfast, maybe not the biggest variety but enough to start the day Also espresso machine in the room with complimentary capsules so you can also have your coffee in the room The hotel must have been an old building which was renovated and they did a great job Looks very cozy and modern Room and toilet/shower were great There was always a person at the reception as i saw other comments commenting about that, plus we were given an extra card which opens the main entrance for out of hours - however we never needed it So the hotel was very safe 🙂

Not really a negative - the lift was very small but this is what you find in most of older building

The receptionist on arrival -Maria- was incredibly helpful in answering questions, giving advice re visiting locations in Athens and helping in every way. Room was excellent, spotlessly clean, quiet and all we needed. Checkout at 11 also appreciated.

The breakfast was quite cramped and food and drink not arranged so it was accessible to more than one or two at a time. Food not very inspiring and lacked fresh fruit.
