Very nice apartment!! Check in was easy since it was all through codes. It exceeded my expectations on cleanliness (I'm super picky) . Location is very family friendly for walking to all the attractions Athens has to offer.

We didn't know breakfast was included.. maybe communicate that better next time?

It is very easy to get to the place (close to the main metro station) and enter the facility (with all the codes sent early in advance). The apartment is quite big and has everything a family is wishing for a stay of couple days or a week (like we did). being on the east side of the city was a very good choice as it allowed us to go almost everywhere very easily and by foot or metro.

We were in the yellow room. The mattress of the main room is really too soft and back pain started on day 2. I guess a sur-mattress as the one used for the sofa could be a good solution. Also, noise insolation is not very good (even with windows closed), as the building is between two very active streets, even at night. Also this could be something easily upgradable.

The location is superb, it's basically a max. 15 minute walk to anywhere in the centre. Very easy access with door codes. Parking in the same building, 70€ for 3 nights. A nice, spacious apartment with lots of light and a big beautiful balcony with Acropolis views. Very well equipped; there is coffee, tea and various pots and pans in the kitchen, and shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Very good AC in every room. The host was very friendly and helpful via messages. Everything worked well, except for some wear and tear issues mainly in the kitchen area.

Upon arrival we notified the host about something that was broken in the apartment, just in case they hadn't noticed. We were then essentially told that we had broken the item ourselves, or that we just didn't know how to use it. Both false. This was quite a letdown after the excellent, friendly and polite customer service we received via messages before our stay.

Excellent location for exploring Athens. Close to public transport and central for all types of activities. Whilst rooms were smallish, they were well appointed and there was a large private balcony, aircon etc. Host is great at responding to messages and requests.

Not overly keen on the frosted glass doors, as noise and light was hard to block. The shower surround had a small leak which meant water ended up all over the floor and even reaching the living room. The hosts were very responsive to this with extra bath mats etc being provided to help, as it wasn’t something they could really fix until our stay was over.

I recently stayed at the Athenian Modern Apartments and had a very positive experience. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. Its location in the Plaka area is excellent, being very close to the Acropolis, which made our visit there very convenient. The communication and response time from the host were outstanding, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for good value, comfort, and a great location in Athens.

All was vey good

The location was excellent, just 100m from the place where you get off the bus 95 from the airport, in Sintagma square. The apartment had everything, very well recently upgraded kitchen and bathroom. They have even a terrace and from there you can enjoy a drink looking at the Acropolis. The staff are very friendly and available over the phone, WhatsApp. The cleaning lady was the best, very helpful and did a great job every day we stayed in.

The sofa bed was a bit small for 2 grown ups but the mattress was quite comfortable! A full body mirror would be a nice addition to the room :)

Blue room: Extremely quiet inside the room, separate bedroom with a quality door, very new and clean, great blackout curtains, easier check in and check out ever, plenty of drawers and hangers for clothes, great fridge in the kitchen, great patio, great Vegan restaurants nearby (and non-vegan also), outstanding health food market just a couple blocks away (4 Seasons Bio Organic Food).

Sheets heavily scented with a toxic perfume smell, very loud on the patio (electrical type humming or buzzing noise). Fire alarm and other micro lights (we covered them as best we could with electrical tape that we bring for this purpose)

This is an exceptional property! Good value for the money and is in a very central, convenient place in the city. Public transport around the city as well as to the airport is less than a five minute walk, just around the corner essentially. It's on a side street so a little more quiet than on a main street, however there's still plenty of street noise. The windows are good and block most of it and it quiets down at night and the noise didn't keep me awake. The apartment was well equipped in every aspect and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure and plentiful hot water (although it took a bit for it to warm up in the mornings). The kitchen had everything I needed for my short stay. The apartment was very clean and the towels were replaced every other day. Most days the apartment was cleaned and the trash emptied, which was great. There is a washing machine in the hallway shared between the other apartments and a drying rack, which is very helpful. I really liked that it was not necessary to coordinate arrival/check out with someone but instead they send the codes to the building and door code for the actual apartment ahead of time. The manager answered questions promptly and was available for anything that arose. The wifi worked well and was fast. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Athens!

You can hear the noise from the hallway clearly. During part of my stay there was a loud family that I heard in the hallway, but that's not the fault of the property - just depends who is there on the same floor when you are. I don't know if there's a better way to soundproof doors or not.

The location is perfect, right smack in the centre of Athens. Perfect for exploring. The flat was almost completely soundproof with very little noise coming up from the extremely busy streets down below. The view of the Acropolis from the veranda is amazing. There is a comfy sectional sofa (complete with blanket to use if you need it) on the veranda. The communication with the people at the property was amazing. They were extremely helpful. We also got a discount for the parking place right next door to the flat because we stayed with them. The beds are very comfortable and to be honest I can’t think of a single thing I can fault.
