Very good staff who were happy to help make your stay comfortable. Great view of the Acropolis from the Rooftop Pool. Good value for money.

The location is very central but the surrounding streets towards towards Omonia are very dodgy. If you only walk towards Monatiraki the area is fine but go the wrong way and it is awful. Do not walk that way if you are a single female. This isn't a reflection on the hotel but just a reality of the neighborhood.

Pool area and roof top bar was amazing especially for the views if the Acropolis, The hotel is situated less than 10 mins walk from the bars and restaurants so quite central. Pool area is nice, plenty of sitting and sunbed areas to sit and also some under the shade which is nice... Staff throughout the hotel were very nice especially the girl at breakfast who nicely shouted at you to activate the button on the fresh orange machine🤣

The bar prices were quite high, its not a top end hotel. The view from the bedroom window isn't the greatest so kept the curtains mostly closed during my stay, there's also a balcony if you smoked. The shower in my room was a bit awkward to use, It had two heads and only one was working as the other was bent right back through overuse.. The pool is quite cold and not really in the sun until mid morning but clean and the area around it is quite a nice size for the amount of beds there is...

Staff were very helpful each time we stayed (4 different times in 3.5 weeks) Pool (refreshing after a day of touring) and rooftop bar were lovely, and even had a view of the Acropolis in the distance. Rooms were bright, well appointed and clean. Breakfast buffet potions were super! There was a broad variety of food options which included traditional Greek pastries which I loved. Location was convenient walk to subway (Monastiraki station), shopping and restaurants in Monastiraki and Plaka, and to the Acropolis. We took the subway to/from the airport several times…only 9 euros for the 45 min ride, then a 7 min walk to hotel. Easy. We asked one of the staff to recommend traditional (non-touristy) Greek restaurants and he gave us a list of four. Enastron restaurant stood out for us…just a short walk from hotel, great food at very reasonable prices and lovely staff.

just wish the pool was available to use past 7pm….even 8pm would have been nice especially when checking in later in the evening. Would have loved a quick dip!

I like this hotel. The last time I was here in 2017 we stayed for 3 to 4 nights. So happy to come back. The staff are nice and helpful. The restaurant on the top floor is great ... so is the bar. Never used the pool but it adds value.

This is an up and coming area. I noticed a lot of new hotels popping up since my last visit. If you want to stroll around at night ... then catch a taxi back. I have never felt threatened in the area but like other cities the homeless make for the realisation that Greece has gone through very tough times and street crime does happen. I had may wallet stolen on the metro. But up and coming areas do have a vibe and I like that. There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like.

Rooms are very clean and refreshed daily. Quality of food was good and pricing reasonable. Terrace, roof top restaurant and lounge area beneath pool is nice and sizeable. Had a small fitness centre which is more than most. Well equipped in terms of coffee, toiletries, hairdryer

The rooms are small. The actual pool/pool area is constrained with limited space and deck lounges for guests. Given there are very few hotels with pools in Athens, space was further compounded as hotel allows members of the public to also access the pool (that was certainly the case on a day we were present). Location is OK during the day but abuts less safe areas which you'd avoid traversing at night.

We’ve stayed @ Hotel Fresh several times so know what to expect. Decent size room, large comfy bed & good shower. Staff very helpful and breakfast is excellent. Minor downside is that it’s impossible to exit bathroom if partner has wardrobe doors open. Hotel has been extended since our visit last year.

Not much. New entrance & lobby look very stylish but poorly designed (lots of steps) if you have luggage.

1) the location - At 5 minutes from a central subway station and buzzing markets and nightlife (with a direct subway to the airport and beach), and within walking distance from most major important sites (or easy subway transportation) 2) the rooftop with an amazing pool and restaurant, with a view of the acropolis and a lot of greater athens, 3) staff - great staff and cleaning crew, always happy to help and chat 4) rooms - clean with awesome amenities (like citrus soap) 5) cool design - bright colors and modern look Who could ask for more?

The staff and room were exceptional. Great location, close to all the attractions and shops, with authentic Greek taverns within walking distance. Very comfortable beds and beautiful rooms & bathrooms.

The pool area was very crowded and not enough enough seating or lounges for the volume of people. We couldn’t use this facility as people claimed large spaces for themselves and there was no where to sit.

Very good breakfast, It is near Acropolis. The staff is very kind. The room is comfortable and clean. The restaurant has good food and drinks and a great view of the Parthenon.

In the breakfast, you can ask for only 1 free of charge cappuccino or espresso. The parking lot does not have a lift to take you direct to the lounge of the hotel. The WI-FI signal has never worked.

LOVED THIS PLACE!!! ROOM WAS EXCELLENT AND SPACIOUS WITH COFFEE AND TOILETRIES . BATHROOM AND SHOWER WAS LOVELY. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS AND HUGE VARIETY . STAFF WERE SO AMAZING AND ALWAYS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP. LOVELY VIEW FROM THE ROOFTOP. SO CENTRAL AND WELL SITUATED

POOL AREA DIDN'T HAVE MUCH SHADE
