The staff was lovely and accommodating. The rooms were fine - not fancy. Nice to have a refrigerator and a safe in room. Staff gave us great tips for restaurants. They also gave us two bottles each of cold bottled water. They were so good to store our luggage at beginning and end of stay. Great value!

Our bed was a little firm. The shower was a challenge! The curtain completely stuck to me on all sides! The location is on the edge of the hotel district downtown. The area is full of drug addicts. (Stepped over a lot of exposed needles on the sidewalk - but not in front of the hotel). The neighborhood is not safe after 9 pm, having been warned by staff and all taxi drivers. Even during the day, the blocks near the hotel felt unsafe because of all the drug activity. What a shame! The owners were so nice. It must make them sick to see what their neighborhood has become.

Very convenient for railway station and metro and easy walk into tourist areas, Psyri, etc

Nothing, I love staying here. Staff are helpful and friendly, local coffee shops and Greek restaurants are excellent - and all affordable

November 2023

The hotel and the room appeared to be better than on some of the pictures on this website. We arrived in November and the lobby was already Christmas-decorated, creating a joyful atmosphere. We were greeted by a polite receptionist, check-in way very quick and easy. Our room was on the 6th floor with a balcony and a city view, and in the evening we figured out we can even see Parthenon (though very small, but still) from our window. The room itself was clean and modern-looking, we especially appreciated a very comfortable bed, a huge mirror, clean cups, bottled water, a small refrigerator and a niche for clothes and luggage. Wi-Fi was good. Although breakfasts were not included, we had a nice meal at a cafe next door. The hotel is located on a busy street next to a metro station and several bus stations.

An electric kettle in the room would be really nice. We had to order single cups of tea several times instead (the tea was good). The bathroom is small and may need some renovation soon. The tiles were kind of broken, towels not as white as they used to be some time ago. Although the location is in the city center close to a metro station, try to avoid walking in the neighbourhood further away from the metro. Just use the main road from the metro station to the hotel. May be unpleasant to walk further.

Nice hotel, polite staff, clean room.People who complain about the carpet all over the room haven't stayed in a UK hotel. For us Greeks that we know the area, i'd say yes there is a lot of drug dealing going on through the whole day but a junkie is harmless.Besides it's located on a main street so you are safe. But if you dont like what you see look elsewhere.Everything around the Omonia square has bad reputation that's why you get cheap prices. If you visit Athens for tourism probably you won't spend a lot of time in the hotel so it's fine for sleep.Train station is nearby. Value for money.

Rooms looking on the main street must get noisy, electrical sockets need tightening, people may not like the poor state of the area with the homeless people, junkies and drug dealers who are based in the small streets around.

The staff were amazing and so friendly , they helped me with any questions and were always welcoming and clear english which was very helpful , I travelled with my young daughter as a trip to see the Acropolis and sites and wanted a hotel that was in a safe location and with good transport links. The location exceeded my expectations as was so easy to reach- blue line 3 from airport and 1 x change at syntagma to the red line and the Metaxourghio and it was just around the corner (off the roundabout). The room was comfortable and clean and had a balcony which was great. I will come and stay again if in Athens. Good Greek restaurant on roundabout called 'PS restaurant' .

Nothing , pleased with everything

The room was the right size. Bed was comfy and wardrobe spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and always made me feel comfortable. The Dodici Cafe' nearby (somehow integrated with the Hotel) was perfect for a quick salty/sweet breakfast every morning. The ironing facility was very helpful. The lift was always available and quick. Location was perfect only two minutes from the Metro Station (less than ten minutes away from the Acropolis). Will be happy to return there next time!

The bathroom was a bit too narrow, especially the space for the shower.

People: The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They explain the tours available to visitors and are there 24/7 for any questions that arise throughout the day. They will also store your large luggage if you stay at the hotel, travel to another island of Greece, and come back to the hotel again so you don't have to deal with carrying all your luggage around everywhere. Very safe. Breakfast: Dodici Cafe right next door was our favorite way to start off the day and go too for a quick nightcap. There staff is wonderful, Aphrodite and Christiana were both lovely ladies who checked in on us daily and gave us advice on where to go and the metro system. Great food options available for purchase and open until close to midnight Room: The room was perfect and provided ample space, storage, supplies, and lighting. There are also A/C/heating units and TVs available for use. The bathrooms are spacious and everything was very clean. Location: Right on the corner of Karaiskaki Square (almost all tours pick up right from there), also a convenient metro stop there Metaxourghio, plenty of police, and spots to eat.

Nothing much, overall we really liked it. Perhaps their shower curtains could provide a bit more coverage, but their shower, water pressure, and water temperature were all perfect after a long day of touring.

Nice hotel in 200 meters from metro station. So friendly stuff on the reception who is ready to help you with any question, clean and comfortable rooms

1. Would be nice to have a cabin in the shower, not just a curtain. Floor became wet so quickly cause of it. 2. No "don't disturb" sigh for leaving outside on the door. Maids knocked to the door for cleaning and woke me up when I was sleeping after night parties. With a sigh outside, it wouldn't happen

There was no breakfast available. But the hotel is clean, well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful and always very nice. It is nearby (100 meters) the metro station 'Metaxourgio' (metro line M2) that is very convenient and gives the opportunity to go to any other place in Athens within minutes.

There is some need for minor repairs. But the hotel is clean, and room has modern design, windows and doors provide sound and temperature insulation. No slight complain for the money paid.

Nice clean place rooms and bathroom decent size. The inly issue we had was ,they say parking available, but when we arrived we were told its on the road . Hey in Athens street parking is horrendous. We managed to find a spot on the street behind the hotel. We laughed it off, but if you are disabled or struggle to walk then it will be a problem. Near to all rooftop bars 10 minutes walk 🚶‍♂️.. 👍👍
