The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms equipped with smart home technology. The rooms are very modern and beautiful, as the hotel. However, we faced a number of problems during our stay at the hotel. On the first day, we did not have electricity all evening and night, therefore the air conditioner did not work so it was hot in the room whole night. The next morning the internet was not working, luckily the reception staff helped us a lot with this issue. However, I really hope that this was only a one-time event and is not a permanent :)

The hotel was very close to Omonia Metro Station. This was very helpful since you can easily travel around Athens via metro and it's very cheap. The staff were very friendly, our room and the hotel in general was very clean. Overall I really enjoyed my short stay in the hotel and the price we payed was worth it.

To be honest, there was no problem at all about the hotel. The only thing that threw us of was the hotel location. Even though it is only a 2 minute walk from Omonia Station, the road that the hotel is in especially the side-streets weren't safe at all and I'd suggest to keep an eye on your belongings when you're outside. I obviously understand that it isn't the hotel's fault.

The hotel was lovely as was the room. Very friendly staff. Good value for money. We didn’t try the breakfast as we had an early flight. We liked the hotel itself a lot.

Location. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the centre and ok in the main roads but if you get lost or decide to explore side roads you’re in for a shock. There are masses of homeless and very sorrowful people living on the streets around and as well as feeling quite disturbing to see it doesn’t feel particularly safe for oldies like us (in our sixties)

Loved everything about our stay! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they kindly upgraded our room. The room was nicely decorated and had amazing facilities, we could control the lights and blinds by the tablet that they provide and by the buttons by the bed, we didn't even have to get up to open the blinds which was such a nice touch. Breakfast was great, a lot of choices and very filling! The staff were so friendly and lovely. We were also able to leave our luggage in the hotel after checking out. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our stay. Thank you so much!

It does get very loud from the streets outside but that's something that is out of the hotel's control.

The hotel is new and really modern. Everything is clean. Staff is wonderful really, we have nothing to say about them and we are grateful for everything. They’ll help you with everything you need (restaurants, places, taxi) and they are very available. Location of the hotel is 5’ walk from a big place called Omonia place where you can find lots of things. When you go out of the hotel, you’ll find on the left a good neighborhood but on the right weird streets. You’re about 10’ car from Monastiriki and Plaka where all restaurants with Acropolis view are. Price quality is good because in Athens, hotels are expensive.

I have to say rooms are quite small for two big luggages and pillows are kind of high so we had some neck pain. The hotel is located near a weird street, I don’t recommend to walk at night there and ask for taxi. When we arrived there were some drugged people. Housekeepers are very loud on the morning, they talk between them, I think they forgot that people are still sleeping…

The hotel was clean and central to the hop on bus stop. You could walk easily to the main area too - perfect location for us. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Staff were friendly.

There was nothing that the hotel could do, but there were quite a few homeless drug users in the area, which could be intimidating, but we were not approached or harassed in any way and it did affect our overall stay.

great design and layout of the rooms. staff were super friendly from the reception team to the cleaners and catering staff. plenty of choices for breakfast and fresh modern decor the reception staff recommended eating at the Alexander the Great restaurant a short walk away (and gave a discount voucher). really excellent food

the location of the hotel is not in the smartest/safest feeling area of Athens… if one even exists. no way would I walk around in my own or in the dark.

I really liked the room. It was clean and nicely furnished, and I found the furniture arrangement great . It had automations for the lights and curtains (you could control those by a tablet provided in the room) which I found really cool. For me it felt like an oasis after a busy day in Athens..

The area even though is great for transportation and in the heart of Athens, after dark is a bit scary. There were people doing drugs in the side road next to the hotel. Something else that for me it was not a problem but for someone else might be, is that the shower door opens directly in the room, so if you are sharing a room with someone that you don't feel comfortable with this might be an issue.

Location is few steps from omonia square, well connected through bus and metro. Staff are very helpful and flexible. Breakfast has huge variety with fresh orange juice squeezer in the restaurant. Great value for money deal!

The sink was in the middle of the room, I guess it could've been better if it was enclosed inside the washroom. Coffee was nescafé machine, which is not appealing for a coffee addict.

The room was super spacious and well equipped. Everything, the lights, blinds, AcC, was controlled by a tablet. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Other guests have complained about the sketchy neighborhood, but as long as you stick to the bigger streets and only move in the direction of the city, it is really not so bad.

There was quite a bit of noise from the street during the night. Also the modern equipment in the room didn't function all that well. The tablet was not very responsive, which was an issue, as it controlled the lights. The Chromecast on the TV also didn't work.
