The location is just at the heart of where the fun happens in Athens. There’s a bunch of cafes and bars in the area. Many of the city’s highlights are just a short stroll away. The living areas are spacious and nicely furnished, the rooms are really comfortable and have plenty of drawers and closets. Access to the property is easy through the elevator which takes you straight inside the property. The price off season is unbeatable. Real value for your money.

You can hear music and people partying at night because the area is crowded with bars and cafes. I wasn’t inconvenienced but I can imagine that someone with light sleep might be. Little details need some maintenance, but the pros overweight the cons by a mile, so no need to go nitpicking.

Staff was nice and answered questions efficiently. My group was provided details to store our luggage until check-in. Property was in a great location and steps to the city center as well as shopping and restaurants.

Stayed in penthouse on 4th floor and didnt like that the elevator only went up to 3rd floor. Had to carry large luggage up a flight of stairs. Also, one of the beds in the bedroom wasnt as clean as there was hair and stains left behind from the last guests that occupied the space.

Nice building, perfect location in a very central neighbourhood at a fair price. You can walk everywhere from here. We got our room cleaned every day, new towels everyday. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was fine, just the room was a bit small, the terrace is bigger than the room itself which was not a problem for me. The door handle wasn’t functioning properly

Everything in the hotel was good! Self check-in was very comfortable and property owners gave me the detailed information with photos about everything. Of course the room was clean and the most importantly the location of the hotel is amazing! Everything you need to see is close and you can save too much time and money by not using transports all the time! Close to Syntagma Square where the airport bus comes.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Athens! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a great stay in the city!

Wonderful location. Close to everything (we walked to everywhere around the city). Lots of bars and restaurants around. Large, pleasant and clean room.

There is indeed a lot of nighttime activity and noise around the hotel, but that is to be expected when staying in an area with bars and restaurants. But nothing that cannot be solved with simple earplugs.

The property is beautiful and well maintained in a great location in Athens. Checkin was easy and efficient and we had everything we needed.

On the Friday night that we stayed there was a lot of noise from motorcycles, music, and even fireworks very late into the night. I don’t know if it was louder than normal due to recent protests or if it was a normal Friday night but it made it hard to sleep. If you are coming to Athens to experience the night life this shouldn’t bother you. If you’re trying to catch an early flight you may want to stay in another neighborhood. If not for the noise I would have given this property a 10/10.

Location and size of room

They need to update their instructions for accessing lobby. It says “do this and that for your first time entering”, but in reality you must do the same thing every time you go in. Be clear with instructions to avoid frustration. Locking hardware on balcony doors needs to be fixed. More frustration and fear. Small shelves put in bathroom and shower would be a simple, inexpensive upgrade.

Air con kept cutting out but host resolved this by providing a fan at short notice. Shower was hand held, no hook on wall to attach shower head to. Perhaps buy one, they are inexpensive. Thanks
