The property is beautiful and well maintained in a great location in Athens. Checkin was easy and efficient and we had everything we needed.

On the Friday night that we stayed there was a lot of noise from motorcycles, music, and even fireworks very late into the night. I don’t know if it was louder than normal due to recent protests or if it was a normal Friday night but it made it hard to sleep. If you are coming to Athens to experience the night life this shouldn’t bother you. If you’re trying to catch an early flight you may want to stay in another neighborhood. If not for the noise I would have given this property a 10/10.

The bed was extremely comfortable with a luxury mattress and pillows, which made our 4 night stay worth the money. The bathroom facilities we're similar to a hotel's, which was a lovely surprise to walk into considering the property is a residence. Lastly, the location was exceptional, making it easy to walk everywhere within the centre, and only a short walk to Monastiraki station and Syntagma.

Even though this is not a property issue itself, the neighborhood can be quite loud at night because of the busy nightlife and bars around it. The close proximity to restaurants and cafes, however makes up for the noise.

Stayed just one night in this accommodation, with its super location very close to to plenty of restaurants, shopping streets and the Akropolis. Check-in can be done on your own after 3pm by getting all the Information mailed. Room was spacious, with a little kitchen, a small balcony and good bath. Bed was big and comfy. An elevator will bring you to the higher floors. good value for money.

Little downside: since it’s City Center it can be a bit loud and was found one or two hairs too much to give 5 stars. Even though I would stay there again!

Our stay was perfect! The accommodation was in a great location near to everything—good restaurants, bars, and shops near by. The room was large and clean with all amenities needed. The building was clean and safe! Even though there was no reception in house we had great communication online with the accommodation and everything went smoothly. Definitely returning back.

if I must say something.. it's the noise in the street but this is not the fault of the accommodation, if you want to be in the center of everything then you have to deal with the noise.

The location of AthInn Residence is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of Athens, we found ourselves just steps away from major attractions, vibrant neighborhoods, and excellent dining options. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The option to store our luggage before check-in was convenient and hassle-free. The highlight of our room was the spacious balcony. Overall, AthInn Residence exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Athens.

Very Central location, everything from coffee shops, bars and restaurants are not even 2 minutes away by foot. The Balcony on the Pent house is really big i would say a Perfect location for urban travelers wanting to visit Athens city center.

Having a babe stroller, it was difficult getting in the elevator due to the fact you have to walk down 5 stairs and the elevator is small. If you go with a babe stroller, make sure to ask for a room not on the Pent House due to the stairs for the babe stroller.

Simple, clean and comfortable accommodation in Athens. It had everything we needed for a short stay and the location was perfect, it was within walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants, shops etc.

There were no staff anywhere so if you had an issue/ question you needed to call and see if someone would pickup so not the best communication. Also we weren’t provided a key into the building so we had to use a code each time.

The property is very centrally located. The area feels safe. We didn't have any noise issues. The instructions provided were very detailed and well written. The room and bathroom were clean. There was storage facility for the luggage, which was convenient since we arrived early.

The room is quite small, at least smaller than what I have expected after browsing through the pictures. Perhaps it was our room that felt smaller since it was a bit odd shaped. It also feels older than what you see in the pictures. The elevator was broken for a whole day so we had to climb up and down 3 floors with luggage.

The location was perfect for walking to every corner of Athens. The road was a little noisy but having been to the city before I know this is hard to avoid. The room was lovely and the bed very comfy, perfect after a long day of travelling. Instructions were very clear about picking up keys and access to the storage room.

The only thing that could have been improved was that the shower head isn't attached to the wall so you do have to hold it while washing.

The location was great and the instructions for getting the keys, entrance to the lift and the room were great.

Nothing. Everything was great. We would have preferred a bigger and firmer bed, but I think that is a North American thing, and not to be expected in Europe! Lovely room with a lift which was wonderful! A few places we stayed didn't have lifts and our backs were sore for days having to carry our bags upstairs.
