Great hotel - perfect in every way for a tourist. Near the metro for the airport and the port. Acropolis and museums easy walk, plenty of bars/cafes/restaurants. Staff in hotel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good

There was only one down side and that was in room 311 where we stayed there was an adjoining bar/music bar which wrecked our sleep till 1.30 - 4am both nights. The hotel was full so couldn’t move rooms.

Centrally located hotel, right in Athens street which is filled with a lot of shops, restaurants , markets and cafes. we stayed for 5 nights and reached the major attraction by walking. We especially liked the proximity to the Monastiraki square and its metro station.

We booked three rooms, 2 family rooms , 1 junior suite, two of the rooms were facing the back ally of the hotel where a noisy street bar was operating until 3-4 AM each day, the sound isolation of the room is poor were the playing music and people chatter filled the room at night, when speaking with reception they claimed there is nothing to do about it and provided ear plugs which wasn't helpful either. having several nights without good sleep got us very tired

Very clean hotel and rooms. Beautiful design of the rooms . All was as on pictures. We had 2 rooms double and family loft both were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Great location 2 minuets to the metro and Monastiraki square , parking also 2 minutes walk. A lot of good restaurants in 2 minutes walking distance and open until late . Supermarket and bakeries also in the same area .

There is a noise sat the night from the bars outside the hotel, the windows are not so well soundproofed. it is not very loud but may be problematic for sensitive sleepers.

The location was excellent if you want to have all the major tourist attractions right outside your doorstep. The hotel was very nicely updated, extremely clean and comfortable. The room we had had two bedrooms with one bedroom upstairs which worked out very well for our family of 4.

When I asked to have an airport taxi arranged the price I was quoted for a van was double what my air B&B had arranged for me just a week and a half before. I ended up arranging transportation myself for a much better price which makes me wonder why they quoted such a high price of 108 Euros for a van to the airport.

The propert my was clean and the staff really helpful and polite

There was noise at times at night, but as it’s in the Center of Athens all accommodations end up being noisy. In my first room I realised it was going to be really noisy as it was next to the main road- I requested a room changed and the receptionist immediately accommodated my need. The second room was fantastic. As mentioned a bit noisy but that comes from being in the Center of Athens. Fantastic location btw

The location was excellent, you could walk everywhere. The breakfast was just OK. There was no egg station, or egg variety, only hard boiled eggs. The coffee from the coffee machine was drinkable but not the best. The baked goods, Greek bagel, croissant, Greek pies were very good. The staff were very very helpful and friendly.

The room we had had a peculiar bathroom setup with the sink in the room (which is fine) but the shower and toilet were in a niche with a sliding door which did not really seal closed. There was barely any room to stand there when you got out of the shower. We were previously at the hotel when we were in a room with a window seat and “normal” bathroom setup although there was no shower door, just a small glass partition so you had to be careful not to have the water splash out of the shower.

This place was great. Modern touch in a very authentic neighbourhood. Walking distance from Monastiraki Square which is full of great food and historical sites. The ladies at reception where all super helpful and friendly, made some great recommendations and always happy to help at any time. If you like your coffee I recommend Dope cafe down the road and than ask for some souvlakia in the square.

This is located in a busy night area. The clubs and bars stay open till very late and music playing till about 4am. recommend ear plugs, however surprisingly it didn’t bother my wife and kids.

Convenient location, welcoming staff, clean snd comfortable rooms, deligent housekeeping, quiet and cosy roof-top bar.

Breakfast was frugal. The dining room doubled up as the lounge, where newly arrived guests sometimes slept until their rooms were ready. Tables were not cleared on time since there was only one staff. We often had to have breakfast on the sofas in the lounge with plates on our lap. Streets were noisy at night, loud enough to keep us awake. The standard and ambience of the breakfast let the place down and lowered its value for money. Certainly expected better value for £250 a night !

Hotel in a perfect location near Monastiraki square, metro station was practically next door. All the major attractions were in walking distance. Being at the center of tourist attractions, naturally there were a lot of shops/restaurants and what not. Also, The staff were very cordial and helpful. The hotel building was either new, or nicely renovated. It was spot-on in terms of cleanliness. Large and comfortable bed, amenities were appropriate and enough. Room had impressive amount of lightings at night, and large windows to allow natural lights during daytime. Bathroom was spacious, also liked the large overhead shower.

Room was small, we literally struggled to fit our 2 luggages in the room. Not much space to walk around the room (albeit it had a large bed). The breakfast was only ok. It's fine if included (without additional charge added to room price), but it was definitely not worth 10 euros per person. Being at the tourist center, one needs to be ready to pay premium prices for things (e.g., dining out).

The stay at the hotel was exceptional. Customer service was great; and for 2 adults + 2 kids we received 2-story room with two full bathrooms! The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the old city with 10 minutes walking in any directions to get to any famous site. From the roof it was a view of the Acropolis with 15-20 minutes walking to its entrance or Acropolis museum. We were unbelievably happy with the cleanliness, location and service. We took the stay without breakfast, however, every 2 minutes of walking there was a café or restaurant for any choice of food, ice cream and coffee.
