I liked how kind and helpfull the receptionist was and the size of the room.The bed was comfortable. Location is next to bars and restaurants and close to the metro station that takes to the airport

As soon as I got inside the room,the smell of smoke invaded me.Someone smoked there for sure and the problem with having no natural ventilacion is that.You cannot let fresh air in. The light of the room wasn't enough for me. The breakfast,which is not in the hotel,but in a place close by,is not the best .In quality of the things provided,it's not bad,but there is no variety,no fruits,no cereals,no yoghurt,not cucumber or tomato,no ham or cheese...There are toasts,one boiled egg and some sweets made with feta cheese....

The location of this accommodation is perfect! In a lively area, very very close to Monastiraki square and subway and honestly walking distance from many attractions in Athens. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were amazing, we got such good tips for sightseeing and restaurants and how to get to places, it made our trip a lot more enjoyable! Breakfast is not in the hotel but really close by and it was very good!

It comes with the location and it might have been our room in particular, but soundproofing wasn't great and in the evening it got really noisy outside until quite late during the weekend. If you're a light sleeper it might be a problem since you can hear very well everything outside. However, don't let that stop you from enjoying this great place, just get some earplugs and your problem will be solved!

Alex the host is great - friendly, helpful and made the experience a breeze. Location of hotel couldn’t be better, breakfast (at the cafe on the street just near) was delicious and & room was a great size for two adults two kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The church bells were a little loud at 7am but that’s nobody’s fault - just bring earplugs!

Excellent location and the people working there were attentive and helpful whether it was recommending a good restaurant, handing out water bottles or booking our taxi for the airport.

Rooms could be cleaned more often.

LOCATION!! LOCATION!! LOCATION!! Hotel is great, amenities are good. Walking distance from metro and to all historical attractions. The front desk guy, was amazing. He gave us a a quick tour and map with near by attractions and good food to try. Highly recommend and would go again.

Windows dont open if you want fresh air.

Apartment is central to shopping restaurants and museums. Fantastic base . Accommodation is modern and clean . Breakfast is out sourced to a local restaurant..1 min walk from location ..fantastic coffee!!

Location is in the central part of Athens and breakfast is really good. Most of the important monuments are in walking distance.

People at reception should be more communicative like for example since we were leaving early we asked to provide breakfast early and same has been agreed but at last moment it was not arranged. Similarly we requested for pick up from airport in the midnight and it was communicated same has been arranged but the taxi never came and in last moment we have to do our own arrangement. Even with this experience we requested to arrange a drop at the Rafina port little early in the morning but again they told same has been arranged and taxi never came and we ended up arranging our own taxi at the last moment. It was very bad experience to arrange ourselves things at the last moment.

Amazing boutique hotel in the very centre of Athens. All main sightseeing places (including Acropolis) are within a walking distance, very comfortable to stay with children. We had more than spacious room, cleaning was done every day. The ladies at the reception desk were just superb: very nice, attentive and helpful! While staying during New Year we had nice tasty compliments from the hotel, as well as a souvenir for Year 2024. The breakfast was offered at the pizzeria round the corner with freshly baked pastry, toasts with spreads and boiled eggs. Just opposite breakfast place there is also an amazing tavern Aioliki where we enjoyed delicious dinners all the days. We will definitely choose the same hotel for next time stay in Athens!

Breakfast was served offsite at a little bistro around the corner but was plentiful and tasty. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was great, if a little noisy. There was a fridge in the room which was great for storing water, and bottled water was available from reception for free.

The coffee etc wasn’t automatically filled each day of room service and we had to ask each day for top ups, same with towels. The shower in room 302 was not very good as most of the holes were blocked.

Let's start with the fact that the hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from the metro station and the main square, so we arrived and returned to the airport very easily with our luggage, there was no need to pay 50 euros each way for a taxi. The location is so good, that every day we traveled to a different place in the city on foot. We had the convenience of visiting the Acropolis area several times, at sunrise and sunset. There is literally everything nearby, including the big shopping street. We stayed 4 nights in a double room. It is spacious, handsome, clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is available, courteous and helpful. We had fun. Full value for money. Breakfast is served in a nearby pizzeria and it's fun to eat there. We would happily come back here again.

The lighting in the room is a little dark, like in many hotels. There are no vegetables at breakfast at all, it's missing. In any case, the shortcomings are quite marginal, this place is lovely & succesful.
