Excellent location, right in the heart of the old city. Very walkable. The apartment was a good size. We opted for the penthouse to enjoy a private terrace, but the public terrace at the top of the building is lovely, with a view of the Parthenon. The hosts were very responsive via email and their instructions on how to use and care for the apartment were comprehensive. We also appreciated all the appliances - coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, microwave, etc.

Everything was fine.

Perfect location amongst the old town of Plaka but quiet. The apartment had absolutely everything and Vassilis and Andreas left us home made Greek yoghurt in the fridge and a beautiful pot of Toula’s (Vassilis’ mother) home made cherry sauce to go on the yoghurt. The communication of Vassilis and Andreas was exceptional and fast. I asked them everything from booking transfers, to where to buy decent jewellery and where to find a bar showing the English Premier League. Nothing was a problem for them. The best experience we have had with both hosts and accommodation. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Marble Suites Plaka was the perfect place for our family of four! The kids slept in the living room sofa bed and my husband and I used the main room. So much natural lighting and lovely wooden shutters to block it out and for privacy when needed. The kitchen had all the crockery and utensils we would ever need plus a big fridge and gadgets such as coffee filter, nespresso machine, toaster and kettle, and the dining table made mealtimes cleaner and less messy. Smart TV and a well appointed bathroom completed it all. The place is actually bigger than it looks in photos. The hosts were available on WhatsApp to answer all our questions and were incredibly polite and professional. The best part of the suite was the location! In a very safe bylane but close to literally everything. We were able to walk to all the sites. Don't think twice just book this place already!

I would give Marble Suites a 20 if I could. The communication and instructions were completely clear and timely. They also have someone available for questions from 10:00am to 10:00pm. I called this number and the pick up was immediate. The fridge was stocked with yougart and homemade preserves. One of the best things about the Marble Suites is the location. It is steps away from Plaka activity but on a very quiet pedestrian way- extremely convenient to sites and restaurants, but a little oasis in central Athens. We also took advantage of the roof deck with views of the Acropolis - no need to go to a spendy roof top bar. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this spot very highly for your Athens stay.

Our host was great with communication and setting our larger taxi (for a family of 5) up to and from the airport. The yogurt and cherry topping that was left for all 5 of us was the best yogurt I’ve had. The location is the absolute best. You can walk to everything. We walked to 2 other neighbors and Plaka and this location was by far the best. Now if you only speak English and have children (or yourself) that want to chill and watch a show (it’s hot mid day in the summer) there are not many options unless you log in to your own streaming. The shampoo, conditioner, and body milk that they have in the shower is great….we meant to ask to purchase and forgot. I felt safe walking Plaka with no concerns. There are many shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Rooftop terrace gave an amazing view of the Acropolis - no need to eat at a rooftop restaurant because honestly this place has better views! Rooms were spacious, clean and had good light with comfy beds and modern facilities. The apartment itself looked just like the pictures, and the building is clean and bright. The hosts Vasillis and Andreas were attentive and went above and beyond to answer our questions and make our stay even better. The property is located perfectly centrally: most of the top attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including bus stops to the airport and a metro station.

Nothing to say, everything was great!

We loved this place, one of our best experiences with booked apartments. The host Vassilis was very helpful with organizing the transfer from and to the airport (very good experience with our taxi too). The apartment is located in the inner city, the perfect spot to reach every interesting part of the city, close to great restaurants and bars. Everything was very clean, we really enjoyed the roof terrace too, it has a beautiful view of the Acropolis and the city. Our apartment was very well equipped (kitchen utensils, hangers in the closet, bathroom...) and stylish, comfortable and spacious. We will choose this place again when we come back to Athens! :)

It is not the aparment's fault, but during the weekend people can get noisy on the streets in the night and you can hear it from the apartment. For us, it was not a big problem as we slept very well.

The property located in the historical place of Athens - Plaka, walking distance to all important locations. The hosts Andreas and Vassilis left for us in a fridge very nice Greek yogurt and a cherry (jam). Their suggestions about restaurants and bars were very helpful. The Marble suites has gorgeous rooftop terrace with a view on Acropolis 🌺 which we enjoyed so much. It’s a very safe place for girls travellers. We definitely would love to come back again. Treveled with 2 teens n two adults. Room was large enough and the kitchen was convinient. The roof has an excellent view and is relaxing. The loaction is central to all main sites, parliment, acropolis and markets etc. The area is busy, but Marble is tucked away so it is quiet. The rooms do get noisy from other people coming and going etc.,but overall it was quiet. The host was great in communication and being flexible.

It can be noisy inside the building

The location for the apartments is great - it felt very safe, in a pedestrian side street so no traffic noise, and far enough from the bars and restaurants to be quiet, but a 4-minute walk to get to a great selection of lively cafes and restaurants. A short walk to the main archaeological sites - we walked so didn't use the public transport but also close to metro stations. We were in Athens to see our team play AEK Athens, and it was an easy 40-minute taxi ride to the stadium. The facilities in the apartment were very good; the 1-bedroom apartment had a spacious bedroom and living area, well equipped kitchen, the bathroom and toiletries were very nice, plentiful hot water and a heated towel rail, there is good wifi, and the roof terrace was lovely to use, in the day and in the evening, It was very clean throughout. We were there in November so didn't need the aircon, but there are units in the bedroom and in the living room. Easy communication with the owners, who were helpful when we had a couple of questions for them. Very highly recommended - and the yogurt and cherries were lovely!

We can't think of anything we didn't like!
