Fantastic central location right on the harbour front, with beautiful view from balcony, comfortable room with fridge.

Very noisy at night up until around midnight-0200hrs, there is a rooftop bar right next to hotel which plays loud music. Balcony was right next to adjacent balconies, so quite communal with just a curtain separating, we didn’t really use it as neighbours smoked continually and windy location meant cigarette smoke blew straight through our door. No hot water for first day, easily fixed after a while but reception said they didn’t fix it straight away as we had a do not disturb sign up, why not message or text me?

The hotel was lovely and in an excellent location. We had a family room which consisted of two bedrooms, a small bathroom, sitting area, balcony (with clothes drying rack), and small well-equipped kitchen which was perfect for our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was right next to a night club which played loud music until 4:00am. This did not seem to bother our teenage daughters, but made for difficult sleeping for myself and my husband. I don't think this would be an issue for most rooms- just the ones sharing the wall with the club. Parking was available in a nearby lot, however, it took us a while to find a spot upon our arrival as it was a busy night in town.

Amazing location. A view that can't be beat. The woman at front desk was amazingly helpful and very kind. The room turnover was perfect and so lovely to have every day. Good place for the price.

Basic rooms with the best view are also closest to the club next door so very loud. Also the room attached to the hallway is very loud and you can hear the cleaners moving around at 7am and every guest coming & going. The man at reception was quite rude and difficult to work with. Strange having sink in bedroom but that wasn't of an issue.

Everything about this boutique hotel is lovely, it's a real hidden gem, as it is up a flight of stairs from the main road facing the harbour. We were on the top floor and the views of the harbour and the town were exceptional. The room was large and well equipped, with a separate sitting area and was very bright, opening onto 2 balconies. We even managed to find designated parking on the cul de sac behind the hotel. The Manager was very welcoming and dealt with any requests straight away. As we were staying slightly out of season and it was my wife's birthday, we were upgraded to the top floor.

Cannot think of a single negative.

Fabulous location, absolutely beautiful property with stunning views over Agios Nikolaos. Close to port, restaurants, cafes and bars. Nice beach nearby with drinks and food available

There are lots of stairs and no lift but the back entrance helps reduce these if you’re on a higher floor The night club/bars nearby can be a little noisy at night

Very spacious and clean room. All bedrooms had their AC unit (which was necessary on the day we stayed with 42°C outside!). The view from the balcony is exceptional!

There are quite a lot of stair to climb, which is a challenge if you need to lift your luggage as well! Also there is a roof top bar next door which is loud until late... Of course the hotel cannot do much about it, but don't plan to sleep early...

Lovely boutique hotel located within easy walking distance to free car parking, harbor (directly across), lake, restaurants, stores, etc. The staff were also exceptional with answering online booking questions, check-in and suggestions of areas to visit along with a map and delicious local bottle of wine. The room itself was VERY clean and comfortable. We chose a room with the courtyard view and it was very pretty. Just like the pictures.

The only downside for our specific room was that it also faced a roof-top bar which played club music well into the night, but thankfully wasn't obnoxiously loud or rambunctious. The many positives far outweigh this one negative and we would come again to this hotel, without hesitation.

Excellent location in the centre with a very nice decorated room (honeymoon suite) and a balcony overlooking the old port (recommended to enjoy a glass/bottle of wine at night). Lovely host who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!

Rooftop bar next door with music after midnight but didn't mind. Could be an issue for people sleeping early and are light sleepers.

Beautiful property in an amazing location. We only stayed one night but could have easily stayed longer. The staff were very friendly and we even received some complementary breakfast which was lovely 😊

Shower design means there is lots of water on the floor, especially with four people sharing one room! Otherwise, everything was great.

Dip in shower floor made water pool. Although bedding and room were clean and fresh, the decorative extra pillowcases were a little musty.
