Fabulous location only 5 mins walk to centric Fira and the bus depot so you can get around other parts of the island with ease. friendly and welcoming staff especially Carlos In breakfast room and great cocktail at the pool!! Annemarie in the spa for a great afternoon of pampering in the spa to the courteous housekeeping staff who went over and above with the service and attention to detail. The lovely reception staff book a sunset cruise for us which was amazing and the highlight of our holiday. Just sorry we didn’t book for 2 weeks as the 10 night flew in!!

My stay at Astro Palace was amazing and if you visit Santorini you should definitely stay here. The property is beautiful, in an amazing location, and all of the food and drinks are phenomenal. You aren't right in the town center but just a short 5-10 minute walk which I preferred because it made for a more quiet stay. My room was cleaned every day and was spotless every time. My favorite thing about the property was THE STAFF. They could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Everyone knew my name by the end of day one and they really make you feel like the most important person there, even if they are fully booked. Kosta, Dimitry and Egly (?) at the pool/bar were unbelievable. Katarina and the other folks at the front desk could not have been nicer. I happened to injure myself while visiting (at absolutely no fault of the hotel) and they were constantly checking on me and making sure I was ok and comfortable. I missed Astro Palace as soon as I left and will be telling anyone traveling to Santorini to stay there. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences i've had in all of my years of travel!

The experience of staying at Astro palace left me feeling extremely pleasant and satisfied. Particularly, I would like to praise the lady at the front desk. Her service was top-notch. She always wore a smile and greeted me warmly. Her warm eyes and kind greetings instantly relieved my fatigue from the journey. When handling the check-in procedures, she demonstrated extremely high professional quality and efficiency. She patiently answered all my questions and also gave me a detailed introduction to the various facilities and services of the hotel. Her enthusiasm and carefulness made me feel at home in this unfamiliar environment.The overall service of the hotel was also outstanding. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and in good operation. Whether it was room service or catering service, the staff could respond promptly and meet our needs.

The bartender could pay more attention to the service for Asian guests. Maybe due to cultural differences or personal character, his performance was relatively cold. I hope there can be some improvement in this aspect.I believe Astro palace will surely attract more guests and become a warm haven for more travelers.

Everything at the Hotel was perfect! The staff was the greatest thing about our stay! They made us felt welcome and respected! Everyone wanted to help us, tell us where to go, what activity to do. Even the cooking and maintenance team were telling us there vavorite spot! We had a very nice room with an amazing view! The food there was exquisite! From the breakfast, to the lunch and dinner, everything was fresh and well prepared. The maintenance staff was so kind and always helpful! When we will go back to Santorini, we will definately go back to Atrso Palace for our stay! Thank you for the best tril ever!!!!!

There is nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. It has the perfect location, close to the center of Fira!

This hotel was outstanding! All staff was extremely welcome and attentive everytime they saw us. They remembered us by name and had great recommendations for food and activities nearby. Our room was beautiful with a private pool. It felt like we had our own oasis. The breakfast was outstanding, both in the food and attentiveness of the staff. Kostas was the best restaurant supervisor I have ever seen. He made a point of knowing all guests personally and went above and beyond in every way, greeting us (and all other guests too), personally every time we saw him. He made us laugh and had such a welcoming vibe. The food in his restaurant was incredible, some of the best we had in our entire stay. I really can't recommend this hotel enough.

Nothing bad to say at all. We were totally impressed by this hotel.

We loved the care and attention given to us during our whole stay, with a special mention to Hope, Katarina and Kosta ( sorry if I have misspelled some names). The room was great and the staff even prepared with care the baby cot that we requested prior to our stay. The restaurant was very nice, dishes were quite generous and tasteful. The bar by the pool was very joyful. Breakfast in the morning had many choices and staff there would guide us with what was presented on the buffet and every morning there would be a different specialty.

Excellent location- very peaceful but just a five minute walk to Fira centre, and to the bus stop where local buses can take you to all the little villages and beaches; walking distance to the caldera edge and sunset and cliff walk to Oia. Very comfortable rooms - rooftop private jacuzzi was amazing . Lovely staff who made our stay so memorable- Katrina ,Hope, Kosta, Dmitris, Abdul, Mohammed , Antonia ,Dina ! So very kind and helpful. Thank you ! Great breakfast

The reception staff were fantastic, very knowledgeable about places to go to, best restaurants and bars. And they were so welcoming to our dogs which we loved. Breakfast staff were brilliant, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. And the staff on the beauty/spa desk were very friendly and helpful too! The yoga classes were a lovely touch for the guests to attend. Beautiful room and hotel. Cleaning staff were great!

Bar is overpriced for the location, no music in the bar at night, late bar staff very friendly but did not offer us drinks when we sat there (only people sat there) But tricky navigating the roads to town as there aren't always pathways to walk on, however obviously not the hotels fault! Spa treatments are very expensive.

Next time I visit Fira, I am definitely going to stay at Astro Palace. The location was perfect. It was a few miniature walk to the centre. The staff were highly professional and hospitable. They were among the nicest and coolest people I met in Greece. The girls in the reception were super kind and never hesitates to help and share recommendations of places to visit in the area. The room was spacious and clean. I couldn’t ask for a better place.

It was perfect.
