What a place to stay! Located on the hills of Fira, 5 minutes from the main square. The Hill Suite team created such a fantastic experience for our holiday. We would like to particularly thank Marco (the manager) who evidently geniunely cares about his guests' experience and helped us with all our needs. He made us feel so welcome and assisted in planning exersions throughout our time in Santorini. Thank you Marco! We would also like to mention that the breakfasts are delicious, the rooms/grounds are maticulouisly clean and the hot tubs have great views!

The property was even more impressive than the pictures and we loved our “cave” home for the 4 days we were there. We can’t recommend Hill Suites more highly! There was nothing to not like about the property, everything was excellent!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting santorini and absolutely loved it! From the moment I booked this hotel to the minute we left we were taken care of! As it’s in a wonderful location walkable distance to many shops and restaurants, a little but quieter off the main drag which we loved, the staff is incredible, the room was breathtaking with our own hot tub and patio to sit on and relax taking everything in, breakfast in the morning was televisions! Very clean. By far our favorite hotel in Greece!

The cats would jump over the little fence wall on to our patio at night time. I’m scared of cats so this one got me.

Marco is an excellent host and acts as concierge too booking tours or taxi etc. breakfast is made to order rather than buffet and is excellent and fresh that we ate white enjoying the view of the caldera and blue domes. If I go back to Santorini I would stay here. The rooms are excellent, cave like, roomy, smell fresh, super clean, great water pressure and hot water. I doubt you’d be able to find a better managed hotel with a great view hot tub and price. I used the hot tub everyday and it stays warm!

Where to start with this hotel.... From the room (spaciousness + jacuzzi + view out the door window + big showers) to the staff (Marco is by far the best hotel manager in all of Europe... his energy is contagious and made the stay so wonderful + Emiljan was so kind to help with any issues + loveelllly cleaning ladies) to the breakfast with the view and the best greek yogurt I've ever had.. If you're going to Santorini stay here. It's not caldera view, but frankly, everything else really outweighs that one downside that tourists look for.. and the view is still so nice. The location is perfect, parking is easy, easy walk to downtown while quiet at night so I don't have other tourists looking at me while I'm enjoying and napping in my jacuzzi time (like how it is on the other side of Fira), and the attention to individual guest details is amazing. Easy communication with Marco too. Cute local cats around too... My favorite was the one with one pantleg on. Do YOURSELF a favor and book this hotel. Facilities are clean and new, jacuzzi space is clean and new, this is where you need to be to rest...

NOTHING! The shower head was a little finicky at first but Emiljan immediately came to fix. If you're coming with a car, type in Amerisa Suites in google maps and park near there (there's a pretty spacious parking lot at the end of the road before the curve after Amerisa), instead of making my mistake and following google maps to Hill Suites.

marko was super, he is very good kanager who makes you to feel special. he takes care of everything. before booking this hotel i read reviews about Marco, and i should write too. really super person who helps you in everything and in every issue. hotel is near the center, just 50 meters up. suites has own tubs, very clean and comfortable

only sound of other guests, but not very much. these are caves and this is normal, not very very much, but i heard voices and also it depends on guests and how many persona in the neighbour room

This place was simply great in terms of cleaning, staff, location. Talking about this place without mentioning the manager Mr. Marco is impossible, from the very first day I did the booking I’ve received a great welcome from him, showing the best interest in making the stay as perfect as possible , and he excelled on that. He was always worried about given the best for the clients. I can say the he and his team did an impeccable job, and I left this place with a strong feeling of coming back some day soon.

We visited during the low season and wasn't sure if there would be much to see and do. Although not a lot of places were open, our stay at Hill Suites definitely made up for it and was the highlight of our trip. The property was so comfortable, chic and clean. Location was great and close to the city center. Most importantly, Marco and the staff were super friendly and helpful, they treated everyone like friends and would do everything they can to make sure the guests are taken good care of and have everything they need. Highly recommended!

We only stayed 4 days and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location is absolutely great, the king size suite exceeded my expectation. Marco is very helpful and absolutely reliable. He helped us book a catamaran trip as well as gave us advice of which beach to go to.. everything ran smoothly.. the breakfast is great and cozy. As Marco stated it is in the perfect location. It is just a short walk to get anywhere in the town and yet it manages to be so quiet and peaceful. The property was clean and well maintained. Everything you need was supplied. The hot tub was great to relax in after a day of walking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful including the taxi drivers. Marco was especially helpful, friendly and always put a smile on our faces!
