I'll firstly say that the pictures provided. On booking.com are accurate and the room is beautiful. There was a lot to enjoy and to praise about my stay here. The room and 'hotel' area are immaculately clean and my wife and I really enjoyed the private steam room and hot tub. The breakfast was very substantial with lots of options and was delicious. But really, it is the fact the staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive that made this trip a 10/10. They would always say good morning and good evening and we had small requests here and there and they fulfilled them without hesitation. (I'll upload photos to my review if I manage to get them off of my wife!) All in all, I'd highly recommend staying here. Thank you for the memorable stay, team.

Firstly I will like to say a big big big thank you to Dior and Babis this was my first time travelling to Greece on a solo holiday and the hotel and service was immaculate . When I arrived to the hotel the whole place was immaculately clean and I was welcomed with a lovely birthday cake and wine, the aesthetics of these suites was a dream, Dior was very attentive to me from the morning to night and helped me to book activities Dior also made sure I got amazing photos for my birthday she really went above and beyond for me thank you for making my birthday a dream Dior and Babis.

This place is definitely a 10! If you are looking for a place to stay in Santorini i would highly recommend Cycladic Suites. On our arrival at the suite, we received a warm welcome from the host. She made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were perfectly clean and we had a bottle of wine and a fridge in our room. The pool was relaxing and has a nice view. Furthermore our breakfast was served in our room and it was really nice. Everything is well arranged. The suite is a short walking distance to the centre. Mr Panos thank you for accommodating us!

Very convenient location close to the main street and restaurants. The facilities were excellent with personal hot tub and steam room ! Breakfast was served to our room every day which was great. Panos and Haris at the reception were fantastic and had a solution for all our requirements! Would recommend strongly.

Nothing much not to like. Don’t expect a Caldera view, which is not advertised anyway. A short climb up to the Main Street, which you should expect anywhere in Fira.

The service from the staff was exceptional. They both went above and beyond for us. They're both attentive and really friendly. They arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport. They recommended and booked our meal for our wedding anniversary and the food and view were amazing. The breakfast here was superb! They asked all the relevant dietary requirements, and they were met. The facilities in our suite were perfect. The location is close to the main road, with shops and restaurants. Staff responded by whatts app to any questions we had, and I can't thank them enough for helping us have the most amazing time in Santorini. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Our stay at Cycladic Suites in Santorini was nothing short of amazing! The apartments are absolutely stunning and impeccably clean. The staff is exceptional, and I want to give a special shoutout to Ina at the reception,who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The in-room hammam was a luxurious touch, and the heated pool on the terrace offered breathtaking views that made our mornings and evening truly special. I also want to highlight the breakfast service—it was delightful to have breakfast delivered right to our room at the designated time. It made our mornings feel even more special and relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend Cycladic Suites for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Santorini. We can't wait to return!

The property is just amazing… fantastic location in Fira on the eastern side and the pictures on the website are exactly as you see. The facilities are great, spotlessly clean and it is a fairly new property. The room was just wonderful and the layout was just perfect. Loads of power points for charging (both sides of the bed), the bed was so comfortable, the linen and towels were of good high quality and so soft. We had a bar fridge with complimentary water, tea and coffee facilities, bathrobes and a safe. Security at the hotel is very good. Front door is always locked and you get a key for access. The room we booked (A2) suite with sea view, heated pool and had a Hammam (takes a while to heat up but so worth it) in the room and it was great… we also had a plunge pool and access to the garden. The staff here are wonderful, Hina and Dior went over and above for us during our stay. We were on our honeymoon and they made us feel so special and had a lovely bottle of wine in the room upon our arrival. We also received a special breakfast on our last day which was great. Communication with the hotel was great and they got in touch prior to our arrival and arranged transfers for us. They then communicated through WhatsApp during the stay to ensure you are having a great stay or if you need anything at all. Any questions we had could be simply answered over WhatsApp or a quick visit to the reception. Hina provided some great local advise on restaurants and bars. This included any recommendations once we had left the property. All in all a great place to stay… 10 out of 10.

The suite Hotel in Santorini left me in awe, with the most beloved feature being the stunning view from the private balcony. This serene spot offered a breathtaking panorama of the iconic Santorini landscape, where the white-washed buildings contrasted beautifully with the azure Aegean Sea. I especially enjoyed the luxurious jacuzzi on the balcony, where i could relax while soaking in the magnificent scenery. The combination of the soothing waters and the captivating view created an unparalleled experience, making it the highlight of their stay. The room's elegant decor and modern amenities only added to the overall charm, but it was the balcony jacuzzi with its mesmerizing view that truly made the suite unforgettable. Adding to the charm of the hotel was the exceptional staff, particularly the two amazing reception girls. They went above and beyond to assist with everything, ensuring that even the smallest details were taken care of. Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to help made the stay even more enjoyable and memorable, the outstanding service from the reception staff that truly made the suite unforgettable.

Our room was spacious and clean and had always been cleaned by the time we got back from Fira center. water and coffee was replenished daily and a complimentary bottle of wine was left for us which was a lovely gesture! Breakfast was always delivered on time and staff were very accompanying, friendly and attentive. The private jacuzzi and steam room made our stay even more amazing! the views you get are exactly as seen on the photos. Dior and Hina were always on hand and easily contactable via WhatsApp. They ensured our stay was the best it could be and suggested some lovely restaurants in both Fira and Oia. Our transfers were organised for us and we had no stress or worries during our stay. We have loved our time here! don’t hesitate in booking this property if you want a relaxing and luxurious stay in Santorini.
