We stayed in a deluxe suite which the hotel call petite suites. The room was very comfortable, clean and maintained to a high standard. The room was made up daily by the excellent staff. A delicious breakfast was delivered at our chosen time every morning and there was a good variety of food to choose from. The jacuzzi was great to have, it was a good temperature so it wasn’t too hot to use during the day but it was warm enough to use in the evening when the temperature had dropped. When the hotel found out we were on honeymoon, they gave us a couple of little treats which was really kind. We enjoyed the location of the property in Fira. It was a short walk into town, there were a couple of supermarkets nearby and it was an 8 minute walk from the main bus station with buses across the island. When we arrived, we hadn’t booked much to do in Santorini, so Liza who worked on reception booked us onto day trips and got us reservations at recommended bars and restaurants straight away. She was always on hand to help and we really appreciated her recommendations - we particularly enjoyed Iriana Cafe, a bar on the cliff in Fira. We felt the hotel was really good value for money and would highly recommend it.

When we booked the suite, we didn’t realise the only space to sit outside was very sheltered and on the main road side of the suite. We would have appreciated a more private space to sit out in the sun so recommend booking a larger suite if that’s something you would value.

This is my ideal location in Fira, just a short walk to the tourist attractions in the more central and busier parts, but situated on a quieter main street with grocery stores and two exceptional coffee houses. The room was stunning and spacious with modern design and features, the bed was comfortable and the hot-tub was heavenly. From the moment I arrived the staff were exceptional, instantly making me feel incredibly welcome. Giving me broad and extensive knowledge of the island. Even bringing a delicious cocktail to my room at night, followed by an astounding breakfast in the morning. I was unaware when I booked but I stayed here once before several years ago, and was delighted to recognize the surroundings as I arrived, I knew I was in a good place. It was exceptional back then and the charming staff made it even better this time.

The hotel is in a quiet location in Fira with East Island (not caldera) views. It was a short walk to the bus station and the caldera. The suite with private hot tub was beautiful and spacious. The daily made to order breakfast was delicious. The staff was vey helpful and were always available to help out and make recommendations. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Fira.

We liked everything about this property, including all the staff associated with it, with special mentions to Liza, Kostas & the cleaning & kitchen staff. The facilities are 1st class, and the property is located in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the centre, but also retaining that luxury of being able to retreat to somewhere quiet after a long day in beautiful Santorini. You get to choose your breakfast from an extensive list of items for each day of your stay, and it is delivered direct to your front door at the time of your choice. The private hot tub was perfect to relax in and will be sorely missed!! The pool is small, but in my opinion, it is perfect for this exclusive small complex. If you need any recommendations for restaurants, bars, excursions, etc, Liza & Kostas are only to happy to help, and they will also make reservations & bookings for you. If/when we return to Santorini, we will definitely choose this property. Thanks for everything.

Nothing.

The hotel is in a good location in Fira, close enough to the pedestrian stores downtown but far away enough to be quiet. We rented three rooms, two of which were on the bottom floor and adjacent to the shared swimming pool. The two larger rooms (max of 4 people) had ample enough room but not lots of natural light, but that was okay since we only stayed in our rooms to sleep. The smaller room (max of 2 people) was on the street level with the entrance in the front. Breakfast was included and delivered daily to your room, you just had to remember to place your order in the night before. Reception area is small but the staff are super friendly! They helped us secure dining reservations and provided recommendations for family activities which was very much appreciated. There was some walking involved if you want to get to the restaurants, cafes & bars and the streets are narrow and busy so just be careful when walking! There is a cute little convenient store right across the street for water, snacks and any items you may need. A souvenir shop is also attached to the hotel at the entrance.

I would recommend checking with the reception desk to confirm check out details well before the day you leave. We were busy the last day and I forgot to confirm that we had transport back to the port very early the next morning. Fortunately, we were able to grab a ride from another couple across the street who ordered transport and we were able to make our ferry in time!

We stayed in Fira for 4 nights at the beginning of our holiday to Santorini and our stay in Irene City Villas certainly didn't disappoint. Our room was nice and spacious and exactly as advertised when we booked. The hot tub on the balcony was fantastic and we were lucky to have a room where we could see part of the ocean. We had a street entrance which we liked as it was handy access when going in and out. It was also nice having a patio area on that side as it was cooler during the heatwave than the balcony with the hot tub, so we had the best of both worlds. The breakfast every morning was excellent with a large choice of foods to choose from. Lisa and Costas were fantastic to deal with and helped book the most perfect table at Volcano Blue restaurant for the Caldera sunset. We would definitely return!

Nothing, everything was as expected!

Our stay at Irene City Villas was wonderful!! We were a family of five and stayed at the Grand Suite. All the rooms were spacious and fully equipped with everything that you would possibly need. We were very surprised by the welcoming gifts and bathroom necessities. Breakfast was great and on time every day. What made our stay even more special was Lisa, front desk clerk. She was extremely knowledgeable with the island, restaurants, and practically everything that you may need or have a question on. She even helped us out with reservations at excursions and restaurants. We greatly appreciated all her advice and felt very welcomed and safe knowing that she was there for us. Thank you.

The only thing that we didn't like was that our remote control for the TV wasn't working. However, this is something that we could have reached out to the reception, but we didn't. Overall it wasn't an issue.

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, with a perfect english speaking skill ( which honestly is rare to find). The pictures don t reveal the reality, which is even better! The accomodation is wonderful, peaceful and extra clean, and very ahead with technology and meeting every customer needs. The breakfast is served in the mini patio, at your chosen time in the morning ( found that really cool. Only had it like that in Bali until now, but never in Europe) The pool is usually not that used, so we had it more to ourselves whenever we used it, which was awesome. The whilpool really clean!

Being right in the street, it may be a bit noisy sometimes, if someone honks or makes very loud noise, but it s not something the accomodation can control. Otherwise it s really peaceful, soundproof and awesome🤗

We booked one of the Petit Suites and it was perfect for us travelling as a couple. The room was very clean with a daily cleaning service which was a huge plus, comfortable (especially the bed) and it had everything you could need including an iron, umbrella etc. Extras such as the bathrobes and slippers and coffee machine were a nice touch. Breakfast was delivered daily to the room and there was a huge selection to choose from. The hot tub was great with lovely views of the ocean and if you get up early enough you can watch the sunrise from the hot tub/balcony. Location was also great, only a 10 min walk in to the centre of Fira. Special shout out to Liza & Costas who made our stay extra special, recommending things to do and helping us book transfers. Liza has great knowledge of the island and helped us arrange a car & a catamaran trip which were our favourite days. Thank you both 😊 We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

The property and team were absolutely beautiful. We had our own private pool and were spoiled with breakfast being delivered to the room each morning. We really enjoyed it being a smaller hotel as it was quieter but the area and walk to/from the property from the main area was safe and only 10 minutes maximum. Lisa was the most helpful team member we have encountered on our trip and was more than willing to assist with recommendations for places to eat, bookings for tours. We absolutely loved our time here and wouldn't hesitate to return
