Very centrally located with an amazing view of the caldera.

The steps were a bit steep for me.

Fantastic location, great sunset views, caldera view. It is also very convenient to walk in any direction along the caldera.

The plunge pool/tub was not working, that is a deal breaker for us given the fantastic location. Our family was highly disappointed. The location is in a very crowded tourist area just outside the cable car and shopping streets. The breakfast was disappointing, highly avoidable. Much better stuff available outside like at the yoghurt bars. The bedroom for 4 people only one bathroom in the bedroom, so a bit inconvenient. The ACs are only in the living room, so doors need to be kept open for the bedroom to cool, no privacy.

Excellent Location for those wishing to get the true flavour of the town, while not feeling claustrophobic. Excellent views overlooking the old port and the volcano mountain and for that sunset glimpse. Special mention of Bora who was most helpful and went out of her way to resolve our problem. And Marios who is an excellent human being and a true inspiration of work ethics.

Bathroom facilities could've been better. The slight regimentation in breakfast requirements could be done without. But I guess it is only natural when limited staff has to take care of all aspects.

You can’t get a better location with a view over the caldera and right near the cable car in Fira town. Bora and Marius were great staff, very accommodating and friendly. Our junior suite was spacious with a nice sitting area. The terrace of the property looks out to the sunset at this time of year, we got to see an amazing sunset. The bed was very comfortable for us.

The property is a little dated, facilities are somewhat limited but this is reflected in the very reasonable pricing.

The location was excellent with an amazing view of Thira from the jacuzzi . The staff , especially Bora was super helpful with arranging transportation for us. We were also upgraded to a grand suite which would have cost more.

The grand suite had a lovely view of caldera from the private patio but was closer to the old road down to the beach which was very busy with tourists and donkeys so no much privacy there. For a bit of privacy we spent the time outside in the patio in front of the room with the shared pool.

The property has the best views in Santorini. It is in an amazing location. The apartment was also out of this world. The staff were so friendly and helpful, went out of their way to keep in touch with us.

I loved the little hot tub but I thought there would have been a sunbathing area too. It was described as a pool. As there is no beach in Santorini, it would have been nice to have a chill area. We only stayed one night so we went to Perissa beach but I would have been disappointed if we had been staying for longer.

Awesome views from the top of the stairway from to old port to the top of Fira. we watched donkeys and tourists making their way up and down the stairs and did so ourselves as well. breakfast was amazing, and service with a smile could not be more apt here. Loved all the nearby restaurants and small shops, the takeaway cocktail bar almost next door. Split level apartment with space for all of us to spread out and relax. Was bigger than I thought it would be

You could hardly ask for a better situated hotel in Fira, Santorini — the views are spectacular, and the hotel is convenient for the main shopping and restaurant area of Fira. Rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. They serve an excellent breakfast — not a buffet, as in many Greek hotels. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not their fault — they are built on a steep hillside — but there are too many steps. Our room had 2 shallow steps in the bathroom and a staircase leading to the bed.

It was right near the main town but far enough away that the loud night life didn’t effect us. It had amazing views and was walking distance to sites, shops, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast that they provided was great and almost too much food. The staff was so helpful and kind and always easy to reach to schedule rides or to ask questions. The room was spacious and comfortable.

There was some confusion with our booking, so we got a free upgrade on our second and third nights. What a lucky mistake! Our room was not near, but ON the trail to the old port. We had donkeys walking by our balcony all day. We literally jumped over the patio wall and were on the trail down to the water. The morning breakfast was nice and free. The view of the Caldera was the best. In fact, every time we returned to our room, we had to excuse people leaning over the gate to get photos of the town and port.
