Bed very comfortable. Located close to a lot of restaurants, shops, and easy transportation. The view is amazing. Feels very open and bright. Breakfast very good.

When blinds are open there feel like there is little to no privacy as people walking by could see in. (sheer curtains would be nice to let light in while preserving privacy)

It was our honeymoon and we are so glad we picked asha suites. The views were spectacular, the hot tub was amazing and the room was so big and spacious. The breakfast was amazing with a big variety, which meant we could choose different things each morning. Asha suites are located in the very centre of fira but once you are in the apartment or on your balcony it is very quiet, you would not realize you were in the middle of the town. The staff were so helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday and so was the outside area including the hot tub. It is a communal terrace with the hot tub and loungers in your own little space but it didn't bother us as we enjoyed meeting all the other people staying next to us. We really didn't want to leave.

The room is so beautiful and it is Luxury- my wife loved it! The best thing was the sunset view, it was probably the best in Fira! in the heart of Fira shopping area and 5 mins from the bus station. Food is amazing, they serve breakfast to your room but its only available from 8-10:15. So you have to fill a form every day to choose what to have on breakfast on the following day.

Some staff were not supportive and understanding in some cases. My wife and myself arrived to the hotel and she desperately needed the bathroom, only to realised that there are no bathroom available for guests. She had to wait until we did the check-in before she could get access to the bathroom. I found that rude and so unempathetic. The staff who did that showed to empathy whatsoever to the pain my wife was feeling especially that we have to drag our suitcases alone through a rocky road because of the hotels mistake; they send someone to help us and we were literally a few meters away of him but he didn't talk to us so we had to do that ourselves after a very long cruise from Mekonos. Also there was a power cut one day and we were told it was on the whole island!

Located in Fira- the main town of Santorini, very central and easy to walk to shops, restaurants, taxi and bus station. Only a few stairs- not a problem at all. The room was huge with an amazing view. Absolutely breathtaking. Our room was named ‘Motion’, we had a hot tub on the balcony with a caldera and sunset view. The staff were beautiful. Very accomodating. They booked transfers, tours, gave advice on public transportation and bus time tables. Even stored our luggage on the day of check out so we could sight see without taking suitcases around with us. The breakfast each morning was the most spectacular breakfast we’d ever had, and we have travelled a lot. Everything about this hotel was perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The view from the room terrace was impeccable, sunset watch right on your door step. The breakfast was wonderful a 5 star service cooked and delivered at your chosen time with a wide variety of choices to choose from and all very fresh and delicious. The advantage to this hotel is not to many steps to arrive and the location is seconds away from all shops and restaurants with one just above the accommodation. The outdoor jacuzzi was lovely and warm as we went in April it was a little chilly at times, so it was great for the warm temperature and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We would love to stay there again if we travel back to Thira :)

The only disadvantage we found in the apartment is the smell coming from the bathroom which is due to the drainage and it is quite strong and the moving of tables and chairs during the morning and closing time in the evening from the restaurants above.

Genuinely the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. I had a major flight delay so I couldn’t stay on my first night and they offered to refund that night which is amazing. The room is huge! And the bed is also very large, could easily sleep 4 people. The place was very clean and super comfortable, the hot tub was spacious and the breakfast was brilliant The view!!! Absolutely stunning views.

Overall was one of the BEST hotel experiences we've had, would definitely recommend and hope to someday come back again! They emailed us ahead of time and arranged a 30 euro shuttle from the airport which made it very convenient. The front desk employee, Panayiotis (spelling?) was super friendly, helpful, and made our stay very wonderful! He welcomed us on arrival with complimentary champagne and was very available throughout our stay for any questions. The included breakfast was very delicious and perfectly on time every morning delivered directly to our bedroom where we could eat it at table outside our room while viewing the beautiful caldera. We got to pick from a LARGE selection of what we wanted (no limits!) the night before and were always completely stuffed after breakfast. We stayed in the "motion" room so we had our own hot tub (a MUST!!) which was so lovely sitting in (got up to 40C!) in the off season (we went in December) while watching the sunset. Grocery store nearby made it easy to buy beer, wine, and snacks, but the room also has a minibar with beer, wine, sodas if you're in a pinch! The cave room itself was so beautiful and updated/modern with excellent lighting and a huge space. Little espresso machine and hot water kettle + complimentary 1 liter of water daily and bags of tea were very appreciated. Definitely worth the money we paid and more, if you're still deciding, do it!!! You won't regret it!

Great location. We weren't aware that the property was located off the drivable road, so needs a little walking after getting off the cab. But the cab driver called the property and the staff came to meet us at the taxi stand and helped with the luggage. Great room with great views of the balcony. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped plan our activities.

Breakfast order was a bit unreliable - portion sizes were different each day. But it was really a minor issue. . . It was always delivered on time and delicious.

Lovely staff, attentive and very knowledgable and helpful with suggestions etc. Thank you for the best experience from start to finish, we loved our stay and highly recommend Akasha. A la carte breakfast with the most amazing view of the Caldera was our favourite together with the kind and helpful staff… we felt like coming home every evening. Also… do the catamaran tour as suggested by the hotel staff suggests… it was our highlight!

It didn’t bother us at all, but because you’re right in the center of Fira you hear sounds from nearby restaurants. We liked that a lot because it wasn’t loud and also allowed us to be near all the important spots… for end of October highly recommended as businesses start to shut down for the winter season.

The views of the Caldera. Ample space, stylish and a great bed. George and the on-site team are great and really try to make your time as good as it possibly can be. The transfer service to and from the airport is well worth taking up. Breakfasts are generous and high quality. If the weather gods allow, dining on the terrace looking into the Caldera is bliss!

Hot water in the shower ran to tepid within seconds on two out of the three days we were there, but was fine on our departure day. There is a very steep final set of steps down to the suites. Elderly guests could find these challenging.
