The location is fantastic. The room is beautiful and large with a balcony that has unobstructed views of the sunset. The breakfast is delicious. The owner/manager is so lovely and goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful! Highly recommend!

The shower is too small and open. There are cups and glasses inside the room, but nothing to make a drink with - spoons, tea etc.

Fantastic view and close to bus terminal, restaurants, shops etc. Very friendly and helpful service. It was exceptionally cold February when we were there and Donna, the owner, went out of her way to make sure our room was warm and comfortable. She also treated my friend to a pleasant surprise on her Valentine birthday! I would definitely like to come back and stay here again.

Excellent hotel, with and excellent location, topped with excellent service. This is a hidden gem! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! Hotel is newly renovated and it shows! Everything was incredible clean, and well decorated to fit the Santorini vibes. We especially enjoyed the impeccable, unobstructed views! This hotel has THE BEST views in Thira. And top it off, we had the best view of the sunset every evening. It was simply stunning. If you’re looking for that instagram-worthy shot —it’s here. The pool was absolutely beautiful, and perfect for a hot summer in Greece. And their deck was awesome for dinning in the morning. The tranquility you get from the location is unlike any other. The hotel team treated us like family, we genuinely appreciated the amazing hospitality that they showed to us. If you have doubts about booking here, you are crazy. Don’t hesitate and just book now —you will not regret. We’re literally heading back to Europe from Canada for the second time this year, JUST to stay in this hotel. There’s truly nothing like it.

Amazing, outstanding views. An incredible and relaxing mood as soon as I opened my room windows or step out to the balcony. At Delion you face the sunset straight ahead of you (which is a big plus, instead of looking for a spot in the middle of the busy crowds in July and August) and at night you can also enjoy the lights of Fira and the cool vibe of the city from your balcony of main terrace. The location is just great, right at Fira's heart and close to so many bars, shops and restaurants. I loved the combination between being at the very core of Fira, feeling its heart beating, but at the same time isolated enough for my moments of pure chillout. I had some expectations about Delion Hotel given its great reviews, but the overall experience was beyond what we could expect. And honestly speaking, the owners Dona & Daniel are incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. And to me they are the highlights of the hotel. Made me feel like family. They took good care of us and also helped with transfers, making our stay even more relaxing. Breakfast is good, rooms are very clean and spacious. But the views, oh my God, just incredible!

There's nothing I didn't like. Perhaps the bar service in the main terrace can improve with some hot snacks and quick meals and add some additional beverage variety. But all in all these are minor details.

Donna and the Delion View Hotel was exactly what I imagined my stay in Santorini would be. Breathtaking view, premium location for sunsets, cocktails on the shared balcony (besides having your own balcony), private, not crowded at all and the room itself was immaculate too. Clean, stylish, traditional yet modern. With a cool cave pool. Breakfast was fresh, it had a variety of choices and most importantly Donna and the staff became like a little family during my stay. Absolute 5-star experience!

This hotel was perfect!! The views are amazing. We much preferred watching the sunset from our balcony than when we decided to head to Oia. It was stunning and we had the whole place to ourselves. Fira centre is just a short walk up the steps beside the hotel. The location couldn't have been better! The staff were lovely, especially the host Donna, who was extremely kind and welcoming. We stayed in numerous accommodations around the Greek Islands, and Donna was one of the most sweetest we met on our travels. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were spotless and large in size. Honestly, I can't fault anything. We loved it and just wished we could have stayed longer!

Our stay at Delion was a dream. We could not have picked better and we were so sad to leave. This is a small family run boutique hotel that gives you a homey vibe with the most fabulous view one can dream of. Donna is the kindest, sweetest and most thoughtful host. She made us feel like home, taking care of every little detail and request. The hotel is very neat and well taken care of, the breakfast was delicious and served on our cosy terrace upon request. Valentin was always very smiley and ready to help with luggage or heavy stuff. The cave pool was great to refresh after a hot day. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of Fira, close to restaurants and bars yet secluded enough to give you peace and the best view of the island. Avoid going for sunset in Oia. It's such a marketing scam, with masses of tourists that ruin the experience. I can assure you that you will have the most beautiful sunset straight from your terrace at Delion. We can't wait to go back. ♡

Ignore any negative comments other people posted. Those are minor details that simply cannot ruin the experience this place and especially the hosts can offer. For bigger, fancier hotels you are just another room booked. At Delion you feel like a guest of honour.
