The whole resort is on a high comfort standard. You will love the stunning sunrise and sunset while strolling around or having a morning run on the softest sand beach I know. Yes you can see both! Not the only reason why the hotel beach my favorit, the other is their comfy sun lounger and super service, beginning from delicous barbecue, pizza, crepe to very nice cocktails. Loving their main bar with excellent cocktails and nightly entertainment. Everyday in the morning you can see their workers cleaning up the beach, pool, outside facilities even the windows are cleaned up everyday. Conclusio it's worth its money. PS: you can book their restaurants for lunch or dinner too. I recommend in advance or the very nice front manager will help you.

I really missed a gym but I heard from the manager that they will build one in near future.

Clean, friendly staff and spacious resort.

The resort’s a la carte restaurants were disappointing. Not much options on the menu and quality of food not great. Ironically the hotel’s main buffet restaurant had a large selection of tasty food morning, day and night. Also despite advertising lots of onsite activities, there wasn’t actually much happening. This may be due to the time we came as it was nearing end of season.

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel, it was very relaxing but despite it being a large resort, it didn’t ever feel overcrowded. The cocktails in the main bar were very good. Often I find cocktails abroad can be very sweet and sickly interpretations, but these were great! Also the drinks by the pool and beach were very nice, albeit a smaller menu. Food was very good. We booked restaurants ahead of our arrival so we had no issue with bookings. The Taverna for lunch is an absolute standout for sure. The menu in the evening unfortunately is not so good, and it’s missing a little atmosphere.

The only down sides are the service in the main bar and the time it takes to get a drink. It’s table service and clearly all the staff are working very hard, but I would say more bar staff are needed. On several occasions we waiting 30 minutes or more from ordering to receive our drinks. Worth the wait as they taste delicious, but it was definitely frustrating as quite a few guests were also chasing up their orders. The only other thing is guests leaving towels on sunbeds to reserve seats around the pool and beach. I think this is ok if you’re more or less based there all day and just popping off for a quick breakfast or lunch, but many beds were ‘reserved’ for the majority of the day with no one coming to claim them, meanwhile other guests who wanted a place to sit couldn’t find one.

Great location, close to the beach, wonderful pool beds and pools. There was a good layout of the property so we easily found our way around while exploring.

The air conditioning could have been better. We had trouble turning the temperature down. Lots of children, maybe think of an adults only area?

Great hotel, beautifully and cleverly designed and well laid out. Felt premium but for a reasonable price. Good inclusive facilities and lovely restaurants, beach was clean with loads of sun beds, clear sea and very shallow and safe for kids.

The main pool is crazy deep, although there are splash pools by the water slides, if you have kids that aren't strong swimmers I'd recommend getting a shared pool room. It's a real shame that they decided to make the main pool 3 meters deep, it was barely used & my 5 year old wouldn't go in as it was only shallow by the steps in, then got deep very quickly. I'd also say some of the staff weren't the most smiley/friendly but they all worked extremely hard & the guys at the beach bar were really lovely.

We had a very relaxing stay at the Mitsis Rinela. The room had everything we needed and a good sea view. The beach area has very comfortable sunbeds and a nice beach bar. There are many options for eating around the clock. The hotel features a wine bar with many local wines to try. Most important of all, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Check-in could be made easier. We had to fill out details on a tablet and it felt like we were repeating the same information several times. We were expecting a tourist tax of €28 for the week, but this has increased to €70 (This is beyond the control of the hotel). The area outside the hotel complex is quite run down.

Very clean rooms, great facilities, amazing staff and service, good food for all inclusive, cocktails - top, good coffee and the mini bar was refilled everyday! Direct access to a private beach, crystal clear waters. We had a swim up room which meant access to a sharing pool which was really incredible as the main pool would get quite full. Go for this room type if you’re a couple and want more luxury. Booking tips- Good range of a la carte restaurants but you have to book far ahead of your trip on the website. Booking system and explanation of the hotel on the website is really efficient, easy to book and enticing. The wine bar is a hidden gem - excellent wines, friendly sommelier and the sushi and cheese platter were our fave. There is also a full fitness program and entertainment program, live music at night was nice. However if you’re staying in the main building and want to sleep early it may be a little noisy (but earplugs are provided). For families - this hotel couldn’t be better and could definitely recommend.

The rooms in the resort are pretty close together, so if you’re looking for complete privacy (eg. even in the private pool villas people can see in your area). For normal rooms the walls are thin, you’re most likely going to hear your neighbours/kids. If you’re looking for quiet and solitude - you’re probably not going to get it (given that it is a massive family friendly hotel). However, we noticed the left part of the hotel (beach facing) is quieter than the other side. Our least fave a la carte restaurant was the pan Asian - everything was fried.

We loved the staff - everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming. The attention to detail in the room and in the service in general is amazing. We felt so comfortable we did not want to leave the hotel (even though we did to get to know the island). The food is amazing and very varied - not only in the main restaurant but the different bars and restaurants with reservations. We stayed in a room with a garden view and it was still very beautiful. The beach is amazing, and the pool is as well. What also amazed us was the cleaning service of the room - everything was so well cleaned every day. Also, in most all-inclusive hotels, some cocktails/restaurants are not included. We found it surprising that literally everything is included. The comfort of the room and the hotel spaces is top-notch! We will definitely come back with our families and friends. 10/10, would recommend without a doubt. We are very happy with our stay. Staffs are very nice and friendly, I liked the bar and also the fruits while chilling in the beach, I liked the location and the beach although that it was very windy

I didnt like that they close the pool exactly at 6 pm although that there is still sun and you can use the pool, another thing which i didnt like at all was the method for reserving the resturants , we have tried couple of times but even the system gave us unknown error and it was super hard to find a place , it would be better if they raise the quality of the food as well
