We booked a room without terrace and next to the lift. We asked another room because it was noisy and they gave us a room with terrace and away from lift. That was very nice. The hotel is at the center of everything and we could walk and take a bus to anywhere from hotel. The hotel is clean and most of the staff are nice.

I didn`t like that WiFi was very bad. It took a lot of time to load basic pages. The breakfast is nice, but same every day so it became dull after few days. The woman with glasses working on reception was not very polite and she said she booked us a taxi for airport but when it was time to go, she said she forgot.

The staff were so kind! I had an early flight to Athens and needed to leave around 5:40. The staff called a taxi for me and even made breakfast for me two hours before breakfast usually opens. That property was nicely situated. It was close to the old town and several shops and well as a text stand and a bus station. The rooms were nice and clean. The lounge and breakfast was great.

It has a superb location at Heraklion city center with a nice bar downstairs. It was super clean, every time we went out we came back to a clean room. The staff were very polite and helpful I highly recommend this hotel !

It really did the job for me, I couldn’t think of something I didn’t like. I had a very good time over there.

Nice hotel on a central location in Heraklion with airport bus stop just outside the hotel. Rooms were as described but also very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and gave me some very useful tips. Breakfast is basic but still with enough delicious options for everyones’ taste.

The room was clean and quiet. At the reception they were very friendly and the bar provided really good coffee and service. The location is perfect for visiting the city centre and weel served with taxis and buses.

Breakfast had tasty food and a bit of everything (sweet and savory), but fewer choices than expected.

Close to everything, good breakfast. We got the room with balcony and good view. Free printer at lobby for printing boarding pass.

The location was very good, close to bus stops and in the entrance of the city center, with many restaurants very close. Room was clean and spacious.

The shower head was falling off the holder. Breakfast is weak.

Location was excellent. Close to Knossos and Archeological Museum, bus station and two doors down from a Covid testing site (to get PCR test to go back to US). Nicely sized room with a good balcony. Staff was very helpful in answering our logistics questions regarding transportation.

Breakfast was the same items each day for 4 days. Would be nice if a few items changed. Our room faced the square so was a bit noisy late at night.

Perfect location, right in the center of town, the staff was super helpful with finding solutions for us as a family. the breakfast was great. the lobby was comfy, I would defo recommend

The Wifi in the rooms was very weak. We ended up spending a lot of time in the lobby for that reason, but that lobby was nice and inviting.

An excellent location. Very easy to take a bus to the beach. Just a short walk from the excellent Archaeological Museum. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast perfectly acceptable.
