Beautifully renovated and clean apartment in the center of the city. Easy access with code. Spacious shower and nice little terrace.

I stayed here for 7 days now, and 5 days in June. The number of amenities was not adapted to the duration of the stay: 1 large and 1 small towel per person, very little toilet paper. It would also be a plus to provide plastic bags for the garbage bin and the bin in the bathroom where toilet paper must be put in.

Very tidy and clean apartment with quality appliances and comfortable furniture. Checking in was easy (even though we were early) and so was checking out. The location is perfect; on the edge of the city centre, close to amenities, within 15 minutes walking distance of most of the city's attractions, and right by a bus stop from which lines run to the airport and Amoudara (beach).

It's not a fully equipped apartment so there are no kitchen appliances apart from a sandwich toaster, an espresso machine and a kettle (a microwave might be nice to have!) It's right by a somewhat busy street so it can get quite noisy.

Location is excellent, close to many good restaurants, not far from the museum, just a short walk, close to sea wall walk. Clean Shower was good Good for a couple of nights

Only contact with staff was for the door login code via email, which isn't a problem but the code was only sent around 12pm on the day of check in meaning we had to go to a cafe for wifi to get the code. Better communication around checkin or sending the code earlier or checkin instructions earlier would make for a better experience. Close to very busy road, noisy during the day and late in the evening and early in the morning.

Location was great...clean and comfortable.

On the 3rd day of my stay the door to my apartment malfunctioned and I was looked in ..I called them but their office was closed..I was stuck in the room for 2 and a half hours till I opened the window and called for help..and man on the street came up and punched in the code from the outside of the door and the door finally opened...later I contacted them and they changed the code and they fixed the problem

The toilet paper issue can get annoying and the bathroom door always had to be closed because of the sewer smell. Nice large balcony but the street is pretty noisy (what is with cars with deafening music driving by all night?)

It was a great apartment at a great location at the heart of Heraklio. Everything was clean. The mattress was comfortable. In addition this was the first apartment that provided a baby cot with a proper mattress for the baby. The checkin was straight forward.

Nothing really but since there is no cleaning service the could have provide few trash bags for the days of the stay

Very nice small apartment/room. Modern, elegant, really clean and in a great position. I contacted also customer service and they were really fast to respond my questions. You have everything you might need (restaurants,shops, bus station) just in front of the building. It's also 10minutes walk away from Heraklion Archeological Museum and 7 minutes walking distance from the bus taking to Knossos palace. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Heraklion.

The apartments look modern, minimalist style. You can prepare coffee and there is a mini fridge. The location is great, just a few minutes away from the old city center. Communication was done entirely on booking chat, which was good.

We had a room with a small balcony, and although the windows were new, you could hear everything on the outside, all the cars and traffic all night. Maybe ok for one or two night, but no longer. Just me personally, I could not rest, wife and kid seemed to have slept well. If you are with car, be prepared for some nerves, no fault of the apartment, but just how the city is. There is however a small payed parking a street away, you just have to leave them the keys :)

The location is great. Just 5 minutes to the center. Bus stops are just next to the apartment.The staff is very helpful and try their best to help. Definitely recommend if you want to stay in Heraklion.

It is just a suggestion. It would be better if you could send the code the day before. For people coming from abroad, it would be not easy to have internet connection for having access to the messages of Booking at the arrival.

Everything, it was perfect. The room looked exactly like how it was in the photos, sparkly clean and spacious. Prior to our check in, we received messages on instructions to get there, self check in and wifi information. It was very helpful and everything was very smooth on our arrival. It was pleasant to see almost everything was automated and devices were smart, catering to young travellers like us. Upon entering the room, we're greeted by a bright and clean and spacious room. All amenities were provided for and wifi was strong and stable. Location was also great, we had a wonderful dinner at a restaurant that is within 2mins walk from the accommodation. It was also within walking distance to the main attractions and bus station.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Maybe just the bed and pillows were a bit too soft for us.
