WOW! Where did I even start? I found this hotel at the very last minute and what a VERY pleasant surprise it was - I found a gem!!! First of all, not only the location of this hotel is fantastic but the lighting in the room is great, it has a very comfortable bed, great shower, the place brand new, very clean, very bright, perfectly working air conditioner when needed, great toiletries and other items (blow dryer, slippers, robe, etc.), well-kept and the hotel staff service is just incredible! The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, hospitable, top notch with attention to details, extremely prompt in service and always ensured that my stay was very comfortable as though I was at home! I was even greeted with a refreshing, delicious welcome drink without me even asking! The breakfast is high quality of local ingredients, offering both western and Greek dishes. This is easily my new favourite hotel in Heraklion. This hotel is just impeccable and stellar in every single way. I can’t wait to return to the city when I’m less so in a rush (only stayed there for a night - but boy what a gem I found!!), so that I can also enjoy the spa services upon my next visit! Thank you SO, so much!

Nothing at all!!

I like everything!!! The hotel is located in the center of town, within walking distance to local transportation, tour buses, markets, restaurants, museums, etc. The hotel itself is a new five star boutique establishment and is immaculately maintained for cleanliness. The entire staff was extremely polite and professional with special thanks to Katerina. the senior concierge who went above and beyond in answering all questions, and assisted in resolving a major issue I had with a tour company. Katerina. sets the bar for how hotel front desk staff should all be like. Katerina. is simply the best. I definitely will return to this hotel

I had to leave, There was nothing at all I did not like. Some people find the church bell too loud. I found it charming to listen to the church bell.

The customer service was excellent, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic. They worked to fix quickly address any issue or problem we faced. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. In other hotels in Crete, the showers are often extremely small, you have to press a special button and wait to use the hot water, and you can't throw toilet paper in the toilet. That wasn't the case here. Everything was comfortable and easy.

The huge terrace with the view to the mountains, city and the sea. (beware though that the bells from the cathedral are quite loud, start early and finish late ;) ) Spotless room, comfortable bathroom, all fresh and new. PErfect location to explore the city by foot.

Tiny little detail - the staff storage/service room is just next door with no noise insulation from the working washing machines...

The hotel was well placed in the center of Heraklion, near to restaurants shops and in the old town. It had a lovely courtyard for breakfast. It was very quiet location (Church bells cane be heard but did not bother us at all) . The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming! The room was quite small, but clean and tidy and contained everything we needed. We enjoyed our short stay in Heraklion.

Nothing of note

The hotel is located in the centre, with an easy access on foot to busy heart of Heraklion and the port. The room was not very big, yet with tasteful and modern decoration. Very clean, with sufficient storage space. Extremely helpful and friendly staff!

Although the hotel offers SPA (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) sadly they were not offering massage (due to staff shortage) which would have added value to the stay.

An amazing place located right in the center of the city, the hotel is new and clean, the staff is very kind and the service is amazing, especially Katrina! Very tasty breakfast, the selection is not big but you don't need more than that, they chose the most delicious things, thank you for wonderful vacation!

The hotel staff were all exceptionally helpful, pleasant and kind. They responded quickly to every request and the rooms were very clean. Couldn't believe the incredible breakfasts, definitely worth staying here.

It could have had easier/closer parking

Nice location; very near the high street- walking distance. hotel is very clean; rooms cleaned daily hotel decor is modern and simple; refreshing place friendly staff; vey helpful and accommodating.. I would stay at this property again!

The staff are exceptional - friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Every single staff member is a gem. The decor is very elegant. A beautiful mix of classical (with a very special outdoor corner) and modern elements, and every necessity you could wish for. The location is superb.
