renovation was perfect contemporary and modern and seemed of a 3-4 star level and design

the shower even completely new remains the typical Greek shower with water everywhere after the shower

Situated in a quiet area (about 10 mins walk from the seafront and harbour and near historical sites: From entering the Olympia Hotel we were made welcome. Our room met our needs perfectly, it was modern, functional and cleaned to a high standard, the beds were comfy and tea/coffee facilities were provided too. Air con, WiFi and a TV were also provided. We didn’t have breakfast as our evening meals had been substantially filling. All members of staff were really nice people and approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend the Olympia Hotel, it was a short stay but would gladly return in the future. Thank you

The location was perfect! Pretty close to nice restaurants, the marina, touristic/historical places and the main bus station. The size and comfort of the room was good. Our check-out time was very very early but someone was in the reception and helped us. We haven't tried their breakfast but it looked OK.

There was no elevator to the top floors, so we had to carry our suitcases. Sometimes we heard other guests' voices from the hallway. There could be more space for suitcases in the room.

The room was spotless and very spacious.... having your own balcony was a plus...

Everytime you took a shower you flooded the bathroom... the combination of the tiniest of ledges and a shower curtain meant that water went over the side as soon as you turned the water on... Also, on the very last day, my family, who had been staying in a hotel nearby, came to pick me up at breakfast time and I asked for a single cup of coffee for my brother.... this seemed to be a massive problem as he wasn't a guest, even though I did not have a coffee myself... As we were leaving the receptionist asked for €2 to be paid before the boss showed up... this seemed to be a little pathetic and somewhat spoiled my opinion of the hotel...

I was really shocked when I walked into this hotel. The price is so cheap but the hotel itself is gorgeous and the room was absolutely class. Spotless, tea, coffee, slippers, air con, TV, nice little balcony with table and chairs. It was perfect for me. I was gettign an early ferry and it was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I'd definitely recommend this place. Breakfast wasn't on by the time I had to leave but the lady said it wS only €10. Coffee bar in the hotel reception and lovely plants everywhere

We've stayed at this little gem of a hotel many times. It's in a great location - just back from the main drag of Kos Town. Vasilis and the team have transformed it, over the years, from a fairly traditional hotel into something that feels like a boutique experience. It is incredible value for money, spotlessly clean and offers a brilliant breakfast. Also in a great situation if you're catching the catamaran to other islands. Vasilis also offers a pick-up/drop-off service from/to the airport so the experience is seamless.

Seriously, there is nothing we don't like about this hotel.

It was a good hotel in Kos town where I stayed for 2 separate nights. It has a nice position connecting you with the city center easily, while also being in a quiet area. The rooms are nice, clean, have everything you need for a short stay. The staff is also very friendly and smiling all the time

I just wish there was stronger sound insulation with the halls, you are isolated well from the street and other rooms, but not so much from what is happening in the hallways

The room was spacious and clean and had a small balcony. If you have bags, you will need to catch a cab from the ferry landing--but if you are traveling light, you can walk to the hotel in about 15 min. The hotel is a few blocks from the harbor. The breakfast was decent and fairly priced at 7 euros. It is a quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood. Everything you need--bike rental, car rental, shops, museum, restaurants, tour agencies--is a short walk away.

There is no elevator and the room did not have a refrigerator.

I stayed by myself at this hotel for 6 nights, 3 nights in a double room and 3 nights in the basic room, due to availability. I was greatly surprised with the price/quality of this place. If I could choose again, I would take the double room as it was renovated and a bit more spacious and of course, the toilet was newer as it was renovated but both rooms were great. I was so happy arriving to the room everyday to a clean room with fresh sheets and towels. It’s nothing you expect of a hotel of this category. Amazing! Also the breakfast included is quiet of a great touch, with fresh food that you can enjoy in the outside terrace. Whole staff was friendly all the time! I would really come back, I felt like home!

If I had to say a negative thing (which is not actually very related to the hotel quality), would be that next to my room there were two couples arriving late night screaming,running and shouting through the corridors, and screaming to each other from the balconies. They also played loud music and I could hear it all and it was SO ANNOYING. Maybe the hotel should place some rule that after X hour at night, people should respect silence.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the harbor. The room was clean and comfy and I loved the little balcony.The staff were very polite and friendly. They asked us if we need anything more for the room and they booked us a taxi to the airport.Also, there is a bakery nearby the hotel that you can buy coffee and local pasties.

The shower needs a curtain as the water goes in all the floor and takes some time to dry. The bathroom floor was slippery especially with the slippers.
