The location has a beautiful pool and garden, with 5 minutes walking access to private beach, free sunbeds and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend it!

There was almost nobody at the reception, but there were two phone numbers and sombedoby always answered the phone if the guests needed something.

The property is very close to the beach, like 5 minutes walk. It’s not in the city center of Malia, so it’s pretty chill and relaxing there. Huge plus is that sun beds + umbrellas + beach towels are included in the price. The breakfast is served between 8 till 11 with deferent types of eggs (omelette, scrambled or fried up to you to choose which one) + bread, veggies and once slice of cheese and ham or you can have Greek yogurt with fruited and honey. Drinks such as coffee or tee + fresh juice are also included. It was tasty and good quality, however which they can include pancakes or other options as well.

They could clean the rooms more often, however overall was ok👍🏼

pools in both sister hotels were very nice, clean, every day there was enough sunbeds, umbrellas, staff was great, very nice, hospitable, we loved the gardens in both hotels, location on the beach, variety of menu in beach bar, big balcony, fresh water melons grátis

wi-fi was not stable, but not a big problem for us. air condition worked well for half of the room, but the space with kitchenette and 3rd bed was warm and not airconditioned. bathroom was extremely small and could be renovated. variety of the breakfast could be a little better.

The pool was spacious and spotless, often exclusively ours. The rooms were well laid out, comfortably accommodating groups of four. Breakfast, served at a beachside restaurant, was delicious. Vasillis, a member of the hotel staff, was exceptionally kind and patient.

- Each apartment had only one A/C unit, resulting in uneven temperatures: one room was very cold while the other was much warmer. - The WiFi connection was unstable. - Adjusting the water temperature was challenging, as it frequently fluctuated between hot and cold.

Fantastic ambience. Everything beyond expectations. Felt lucky to find such a great place. Extremely hospitable owner. Room had spectacular view. Each corner of both hotels has beautiful spots :garden, pool area, beach front lounge. Very comfortable furniture,sun beds, gazebos. With such a great design I felt having my space to relax from crowds,, amazing food, spectacular views, very comfortable furniture ( obviously host is investing more than other hotels in making guest feeling maximum comfort ) supreme welcoming service with personal touch. Enjoyed every minute of stay. Check-in /check-out times were tailored for our needs - Huge appreciation! Room was cleaned and organized even before check out. Drossia A La Carte restaurant deserves 6* besides the ambience, big variety of specialty menu options. Gourmets will be pleased. All three places must be visited. Thanks a lot for creating such a paradise spot!

We had a surprisingly lovely breakfast at the beach bar. The ambiance was fantastic, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, though I felt the selection could have been a bit larger. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I'd recommend it for a pleasant start to your day by the sea. Additionally, my room was clean, and the hotel was quiet, which made for a very peaceful stay.

Breakfast was exceptional! (But we stayed only one night. If it's the same every day, it will get boring on day 2, as it seems to be a fixed menu.) Received an upgrade.

The bed frames were made of steel. While this is a material that lasts a lifetime, it should be maintained properly (which wasn't the case in our room, as there were rust stains on the tile floor around every bed post). This also feels a bit as if you're staying in a prison, rather than a hotel. The upgrade we received unfortunately wasn't an improvement for us. Our 3yo got scared being alone in the living room, leading to him sleeping with mom in the big bed, and dad sleeping in a bed too short for him

Breakfast was lovely, little walk from the rooms but lovely view by the beach and nice food and staff. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The location is great, easy to walk to the beach / restaurants / bars etc.

The apartment was pretty small but fine for a few nights, maybe too crowded for 4 for longer than a few nights. The beds by the pool need a bit of TLC.

The beach was superb, you can use the sunbeds and umbrellas of the hotel as hotel guests for free. And the restaurant had everything, we didn't think of going to other beaches for 3 days at all. Their reception is very helpful with everything.

We found the breakfast a bit weak, the filter coffee can be bottomless at least for the breakfast. There wasn't enough shower gel or shampoo in the room.

We were super pleased that the hotel offered a great level of privacy where our room was located and felt impressed with how nice the room was for such a low price. We were also really flattered with how much the hotel offered us including complimentary drinks at a nearby restaurant.

We did feel that some parts of the room had definitely not been cleaned - such as tighter spots near the bed and cabinets where dirt had gathered - however was a great experience overall and this only affected us minimally.
