Great and kind service by the people who work there! Rooms got everything you need and were clean and pretty, good balcony with a vieuw over the street. I would recommend everyone young and old! Within a 5min walk you are in the center with all kinds of bars and clubs, and a beautifull sea is also a 5 minute walk so the location is perfect and just outside/ in between the loud bars so for family its also good. Next time im coming back to crete i would stay there again for sure its not expensive and you get more for you money than most stays.

An accommodation at a great location and owners with a lot of hospitality. The place was clean and definitely worth the money. Stayed here for over 3 weeks and didn’t have any problems, would go book here again.

Because it’s near a busy street, it could get loud sometimes. Didn’t bother me tho.

Yannis the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Room had a huge balcony which was great for us. Room was cleaned every day and was spotless. I imagine when this place is busy it's a great spot! Nice and central but not directly on the main strip where the madness unfolds. If you wanna save some cash on accommodation and spend it on fishbowls on the strip this place is great! Lovely staff who put up with our balcony drinking sessions.

The Hotel was unfortunately empty and therefore the pool was empty so not much of an atmosphere. Had to pay extra for air con which we thought was bizarre but not a huge issue. Rooms would have been improved with some fans in the bedrooms but we were drunk most of the time so sleeping wasn't too difficult.

The rooms were well isolated from sound from outside. We didnt hear much noise even though the rooms were right by the main road with many party people. Also the beds were really comfortable.

The bathrooms and also fridges desperately need to get modernized. It was also not very obvious how to find the pool and sunbath area.

It wasn't what the hotel description said it would be...the pool was not a pool. No sound proofing, the noise from the road below, very loud.

I'm writing on behalf of my son and his girlfriend whom I booked and paid the stay for. But, I was also staying in different accomodation at the time and got to see first hand this hotel which was nothing as shown on the booking.com site. Yes all of the facilities were there but none were open. The pool was an absolute disgrace and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I took this up with a young lad who was left on reception and all I got was ""sorry" ill tell the manager. At this point half the pool had been cleaned but obviously they felt the other half didn't need cleaning. It was literally green and mouldy at the bottom. It is a shame because it is in a prime location on the strip and the pool and bar area have the potential to be an excellent place if it was looked after. The young lad in reception was polite and lovely and clearly embarrassed about my complaints. The older man was rude and obnoxious and wouldn't even allow patrons of the hotel to walk through the hotel to the pool. They had to walk outside onto the road and back around to pool area. They did this once until they saw the state of the pool and didn't bother again. He also had the nerve to give out to them for not letting the cleaning lady in on very last day as they wanted to rest in that morning (we were there for two weeks)... suddenly there was an urgency about cleanliness. It was a disgrace that in really hot temperatures that my son and girlfriend had to walk a good distance to our hotel (hotel frixos) to be able to use the pool and clean pool and bar facilities (wh8ch were excellent!). Had my complaints been dealt with 7 days into our holiday I wouldn't have posted this but they weren't. Instead the owner/manager/older guy just got more obnoxious, and I know this is not the norm in Crete/Greece as I have been many many times before. Its a pity as it was my sons first time as an adult there and I hope it hasn't put him...
