The hotel is the perfect location if you want to stay in Mykonos town and also enjoy the views including the breathtaking sunsets. There’s direct access to the maze of pedestrian streets of Mykonos and you can get anywhere within 10 mins walking. You can easily catch the busses to the south beaches and back from early morning until after midnight. We stayed here for 10 days and we were 3 people in a room with sea view and absolutely loved it! The room was clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. It has a west facing balcony with 2 chairs where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The beds are super comfortable and we had 3 single beds as requested. There’s a quiet aircon to turn on at night so you can shut the balcony doors and have a quiet night sleep. One morning we did get woken up by the 3 girls next door who were back from partying but otherwise no bother from other guests and the bustling town. The bathroom is spacious and has a good shower, toiletries and large mirror. The breakfast is outstanding, plentiful, delicious and varied. The pool area has comfortable sun beds and a bar which serves a good variety of drinks and food all day at reasonable price. The portions are large so often enough to share. Cocktails are great and always served with a smile and pride 😊 We enjoyed the chilled atmosphere and music around the pool. The staff are outstandingly attentive, smiling, friendly and always helpful. Nothing is too much and they really make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel provides transfer to and from the airport as well 👍 Overall, this is one of the cleanest and best hotels we have stayed in - perfect if you want outstanding friendly service, a small hotel in a great location. I will def recommend and come back here anytime 😊

Everything was amazing, from the transport from airport understanding the delays of the flights... to the breakfast which includes so many vegetarian options. The rooms are perfectly cold also without AC, the cleaning is just perfect. Staff from reception also very nice. The pool is also very nice and Primavera drink at the pool.. simply amazing!

Beautiful interior design as soon as you walked in. Contemporary, fresh with fabulous views all the way through reception to the sea. Superb breakfast. Great choice and Al acarte. Rooms overlooking the sea with balconies. Swimming pool with views of Mykonos and the sea. Hotel located directly above the iconic windmills. Superb. 10 minutes walk from the centre of Mykonos.

For us it was great but if you have mobility problems it’s worth being aware that there are several staircases to navigate and that it is up the hill from the town this is why it has fabulous views but you can always take a €6 cab up to the hotel from the town if you prefer.

Well, it will be hard to put in words how amazing the experience was but let's try. The good surprises started when the hotel told us that a transfer from the port would be at our disposal for both arrival and departure. When we got there, we were amazed: the hotel itself had an large pool with an amazing view of the city. The view from our room was also really nice. The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I've ever slept. The breakfast was good with fresh ingredients and plenty of variety. Service provided by the staff was also very cordial and efficient. The hotel is also very close to Mykonos' downtown but it is far enough so it is not surrounded by any loud parties or bars, being a good option for those seeking a more relaxing experience at the island. Overall I could not reinforce more how much we liked Hermes and we totally recommend it for people seeking an awesome experience in Mykonos.

The only complaint I have is that this hotel will definitely raise my bar and I doubt others will live up to the expectations.

This place is within 5-7 minutes of walking distance from the town. Excellent breakfast and the staff is really really nice. Rooms were kept very neat, well maintained. The hotel offers courtesy pickup and drop off from the port which was very nice of them to do. The front desk reception manager was very helpful and gave me a complete overview of what to do, where to go for food, and offered a lot of tips and advice which i greatly appreciated. I will come again and stay here if I ever visit Mykonos again.

The only thing to note was WiFi was a bit sketchy in the room.

This boutique hotel has a very modern, eclectic design. Our rooms were upgraded to the city/sea view without extra costs. The city is within approximately a 15-20 minute walk (depending on how distracted you become with all the scenery). The breakfasts were delicious and the staff was very accomodating.

The only minor suggestion I would like to make is about the coffee availability. The coffee machine was unavailable, and the staff had to order all the coffee. Every morning the new guests looked confused while searching for it.

We stayed in a sea view room and while the view was nice the terraces have no privacy as you can literally shake hands with your neighbours unless you get a top floor room where you have a balcony. Breakfast was amazing - you get a menu for cooked breakfast to order from and there are lots of continental options too. Transfers to and from port/airport and daily evening transfers to Old Port in certain times.

The bathroom in our room was dark and once you opened the door it partially blocked the sink area. Would be nice to have a full sized mirror somewhere in the room even if it was in the wardrobe. The hotel is not too far from the centre but roads and especially stairs are not in good condition. It is un uphill walk on the way back and we had to use a torch light on our phone when walking in the dark.

The location was strategic. Walking distance from Chora center but easy to be reached, not impacted by traffic and easy to park car or scooter. Nice well maintained buildings. In line with local style. Nice views on Chora center from rooms and communal areas as breakfast room, lobby, swimming pool terrace. Our sea view room was spacious, simply and freshly furnished and decorated. Good storage space. The bed was very comfortable (thick topper as well). The shower room was spacious as well and well organised. Overall cleanliness was super. We had a mid sized terrace with a nice view on Chora town and the old port. Perfect. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of sweet, salty and cooked options. Many local options as well. The staff was always helpful and friendly. If you want, they serve breakfast to your room. The swimming pool area was large and comfortable with sun beds and sun umbrellas. A good bar where they also serve some food options. Again, the staff was discreet and professional. Smiley too. Overall the staff and the service is super. Mostly young team but very professional and genuinely caring. They all deserve a huge praise. The hotel offers an efficient complimentary shuttle service from/to airport or port. Vehicles are top end. Overall a great experience.

I'm loyal to this hotel, I'm staying every time I come to Mykonos. The staff is extremely friendly, the location is ideal, the breakfast is exquisite. I love the intimate atmosphere, the service is 10/10, the room had a view on the bay. I'll be back next year. Strongly recommend it to anyone who values quality over quantity.

Unfortunately the hotel changed their massage/spa partners. The ones we had last year were splendid! The new ones were incompetent, rude, and overpriced (value for money = -100). That's not the hotel's fault as it was a third party but I've been quite shocked at their behavior and the massages were very "amateur" not professional at all. Don't book a massage unless they revert to their previous Athenian partners.

What a precious little find the Hermes Mykonos Hotel is. Easy access to the main road and a short walk to city center. The view of the Sunset from our room was magical. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had whatever we needed. After a hot walk through town, the pool was a nice sanctuary to relax and cool down. We would stay again. It nicely exceeded our expectations.
