The whole site is amazing. If you are looking for a nice and relaxed time to calm down - that is the place. You are 15 minutes drive away from the next village - bus connections are rare but if you spend your time at surfing beach village - no need to go somewhere. A small supermarket with fair prices is on site. 2 pools which we had (in the post season) nearly for our own. Do not expect massive luxury but for that price, the choice is excellent and unbeatable.

shower curtain. Unfortunately the bar at the beach was alreday closed mid september. The connection with public busses is very poor but you can get your rental vehicles directly delivered to the reception.

Free transfer to and from the port which is lovely as the hotel is far away. Really big hotel area (also has camping), wjth mini market and restaurant inside with good prices. Nice big clean room. hang drier available Bus stop to Naousa 5min from the hotel, but than frequently. Daily bus hotel transfer to and from Naousa (go at 7pm and come back at 10pm I think)

Other than what there is inside the hotel area nothing around. Beach sun beds and umbrella shown in the photos not included in the price and really expensive (60€ a day I think).

They offered to free to drive you to the hotel, and back to the port when we arrived and leaved. They also offered a buss that drove you to the closet city and back for free, every evening. That was really helpful. The bar on the beach was really good. Good drinks and loud good music.

The breakfast could have had more choices (Like eggs, bacon). The bed was a little hard, but it was okey. The restaurant did not have the best food, and service could have been better. Still not to costy so its okey

Very clean rooms, although the cleaning was every 2 days in September. Very friendly and welcoming stuff. Location very good, but you need a car. Parking provided. Breakfast also very good, mostly the same every day, but tasty. Close to the beach.

There are no negative things, maybe just that you basically share your terrace with another room.

The location , right beside a beach and not too far from Paros itself although you would need to hire a vehicle to travel to and from.

the pool area and swim up bar was great close to the beach - it was just a shame we visited in the off season able to book quad bikes through the accomodation which was very convenient

Staff was very friendly and helpful with arranging for moped rentals and taxi service to and from the airport. They were able to accommodate an extra night for us in one of the beach front suites which was our favorite room. The bungalows are good for the price, still comfortable and had all of the basics. We also enjoyed the pool with swim up bar. Very convenient mini mart on the property. The restaurant is also very good. Beautiful Santa Maria beach can be accessed directly from the property with another beach bar and restaurant right on the water. Would definitely recommend renting a moped/ ATV or car during your stay the hotel is about 15 mindrive from Naoussa center and there really isn’t much within walking distance. Any negative reviews regarding this place are just folks with unrealistic expectations. It is a very nice affordable stay for those looking to explore the island outside of a luxury hotel.

Room was clean, staff at the reception were very helpful. It’s near beautiful beach. Transfer every night to Naoussa was very convinient, you can enjoy city and have great dinner there. it has pool with bar. pool was deep, clean, I don’t think suita le for kids which we liked.

very basic breakfast (toast with ham and cheese, cereal, melon, yoghurt) There are no sun loungers from this accomodation on the beach. You have to borrow sun lounge from 30-60€ or lay on the sand.

All of it! The staff are super helpful and friendly. They arranged transfer to and from the port included in our stay. There are two pools,one with a swim up bar where there is a lovely lady who makes the best cocktails and another quieter pool. The beds are really comfy, the rooms are well air conditioned and very clean. The beach is only a two minute walk away. The restaurant on site does good traditional Greek food at reasonable prices. If you want something a little more, there is a fancier restaurant called Siparos 15 minute walk away. The breakfast is basic but enough to get you going for the day, water coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, peaches, spiced apple, cheese, meats, bread, cereal, boiled eggs, honey and jams. The cats are wonderful too:) We loved it, it has the best relaxed vibe- thank you ☺️

Only criticism is paying for sunbeds in the beach- priced 50 euro. You also must bring a towel for the beach as you can’t use your room towel. You can buy linen towels from the on site small shop :)

Everything! Nothing bad about this amazing place! The only thing that definitely needs to be improved is the bathroom sink taps and draining water system! All the staff was absolutely amazing Helen from the swimming pool bar was pleasure to be around her,the chef Ilia with his staff members was incredible polite and very friendly…not the same with the girls from the breakfast area…but in the end they were ok! The reception staff were very helpful and very nice and I wanted to thank them again! We supposed to go on Tuesday 2th July but we turn around and come back at surfing beach for another days and celebrate our wedding anniversary as well :) Was a pleasure to meet all of you! I hope this review will help you and feel free to reward your staff!!
