Mersina is the place to be if you wanna feel like home. From the first greeting at the reception until the last goodbye at the final night you feel welcome there! The room is very clean and has plenty of space, and the breakfast is AMAZING,with plenty of choices made with love. All of that is thanks to the incredible people that surround this place.Both the bosses and ALL the employees are kindhearted professionals that are always ready to help you with any of your needs and that is something to be appreciated. Thank you for the great experience that you provided us and hope to see you soon again.

This place was located perfectly next to Naoussa town as well as the bus stop if you need it. It has everything you need. Gave us the feeling of staying at an authentic Greek environment with a beautiful garden but at the same time the rooms were very clean and modern. Service and staff were phenomenal. I cannot speak highly enough of Anna and Persi. Anna was very welcoming and had great recommendations. Helped us in situations without even asking at times. And then Persi just might be the sweetest human I have ever met honestly. Also super welcoming and super helpful. Overall this was a perfect stay.

The hotel was a 1000 times better than I had expected. The photos do it no justice. The hotel was so cute, and a decent size for two people. What made the hotel though was the people who worked there. The staff was amazing. It feels great to be received with happiness and the joy to help. The two beautiful ladies were so helpful. So accommodating, and always willing to give suggestions on where to eat, where to shop, and also book reservations whenever needed. The morning breakfast spread was great! I would definitely stay here again! I hope to return to Paros.

Great value for money and fantastic staff, especially Anna! From the very beginning that we arrived we felt extremely welcomed. Anna gave us many excellent recommendations, was extremely helpful at all times and very kind. We could also rent a car from the hotel, for a great price and in excellent condition. We have no complaints about the car rental, everything felt very smooth and reliable. The room was very good value for money. Very comfortable beds and good facilities. The breakfast was certainly much better than expected, everything was delicious and plenty of variety.

Everything met my expectations, nothing to highlight.

We loved that the hotel was in the perfect location - we could walk to Naoussa town! Our room was cleaned and modern. Anna at reception was so warm and welcoming and gave us plenty of suggestions of beaches and villages to visit. She also made sure that there was gluten free food for me every morning at breakfast!

The breakfast (specifically the eggs and sausages) were cold every morning - would be good if they could keep them warm!

It was our first time in Paros and Mersina Exclusive made our stay very memorable and comfortable. Location is excellent (Naousa) and walking distance to the main city square with a number of great restaurants and bars. Room was very clean with a good mattress and beautiful partial view on the sea with a nice balcony. We absolutely loved the breakfast that was served in the hotel. Staff member (unfortunately did not catch the name) - a very friendly lady who was serving the breakfast herself was making cakes and pastries which were delicious, definitely recommend waking up earlier just to try them as everyone loves them. Also liked the consideration of the COVID-19 and there was no self service so all was served taking into consideration all the hygiene measures. Early check-in and late check-out was not a problem that we appreciated due to the ferry schedule. Reception had very nice people who arranged the buggy for us and helped to get around the island recommending the best restaurants and bars.

Just a tiny thing that did not affect the overall stay. Air conditioning will work only when all windows and doors are closed and then you do not have fresh air. Nothing major!

we were amazed with this one! so close to the town of Naoussa, literally a 5 minute walk and convenient with the little ones. Upon arrival staff were so helpful and facilities in the room and breakfast were superb! so much to do and see! we were recommend to hire a car and so glad we did as we got to see the sights and drive to any beach we wanted to. if you want a clean and quiet stay, choose this one you won’t be disappointed. 10 stars!

One of the best stays of our lives! Great location, extremely cosy, comfortable and cute. Breakfast is also divine. However, the best part is undoubtedly the staff and their service! Anna, Persi and the rest of the staff were amazing and did all they could for us to feel at home. They gave us a lot of tips, helped us with maps and places to visit and helped us with a car. We hope to be back soon!

Had a great 6 night stay at Mersina in the shoulder season. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff who greeted you every morning over the complimentary breakfast buffet. The location is about a 10 minute walk outside of the action in Naoussa town - but for those looking to escape some of the tourist hussle, this is certainly a worthy option. Nearby are the essentials, such as supermarket, cafes, bakery, car and bike rental. The location also makes getting to the nicer beaches via auto an absolute breeze - only 5/10 minutes out to Kolympethres, Monastiri & beyond - essential if there is a northerly wind blowing. Would 100% recommend to other travellers (solo + family).

We loved how central, clean and comfortable it was. The inclusive breakfast was delicious and there was so much variety. But most of all the staff at Mersina Exclusive were exceptional! This hotel should be rated more than 2 star!

Couldn’t fault anything with the hotel itself. I think the road is quite busy. So leaving your balcony door open when sleeping isn’t an option!
